Very nice condo. We had a rest in November 2019. The apartments are cozy, two-room apartments with small balconies. The territory is fenced, there is a cafe and a fitness room inside the building. There are several shops nearby. Of the cons: the water in the pool was a little cool, or so it seemed to us after arriving from Koh Chang. It is not very comfortable to walk to the sea, especially with a stroller. You have to walk along a fairly busy highway for about 20 minutes.

Our favorite condo in Pattaya. The pool is huge and clean. The division into island zones allows you to find a place to relax, near shops, fruit stalls and makashnits for every taste. To the sea at a calm pace of 10 minutes., or you can wait and leave by shuttle bus. I highly recommend it

There are several buildings in a protected area, between the buildings there is a huge swimming pool consisting of several parts, each with its own theme. If you swim slowly from one end, then it turns out to come back in about an hour. The depth of the pool is 1.2m everywhere, there are several slides. The design is very pleasant. There is a cafe on site (not used), a massage parlor (medium quality). Near the territory: 7eleven, an exchange office, a couple of cafes. There are a lot of Russians, as lucky as you are with your neighbors. Noise isolation is combined, mainly noise from the corridor. There is a large parking lot if you rent a car or bike.
Of the cons: 1) the nearby beach is not very clean, it is better to go to others.

Avoid rooms 707 and 708 building B- hostess Natalia. These are disgusting rooms, not cozy, dirty and scratchy. Very prickly.
