An excellent park for walking in general at any time of the year, an abundant number of plants, when compared with similar places in the city. Squirrels live, so a whole city is specially equipped for them on trees from feeders.
Among the disadvantages: very often (most likely almost always) the paths are not cleared of snow and leaves; shops are far enough away from the center of the park to purchase water and the like if necessary.

My reviews of Sevastopol Square will be slightly biased because this is the territory of my childhood and youth. The square was not just within walking distance, but across the street. In summer, they rode bicycles, football, volleyball along the paths, in winter - skiing, sledding, slides. Now there are playgrounds. There are places for walking and training dogs, and a little deeper into the square there is peace and quiet, and all this in the city center.

This is the nearest park from my house, I walk there often.
Paths are paths trodden by people.
One of the advantages is a playground.
But the park is VERY beautiful, there are a lot of squirrels, there is a field and there are alleys, so you can hide from the sun and vice versa sunbathe.
If they take over the park and make improvements, then it will lose all its charm.
The only thing I would like to add is the lighting at night.
