I had a vacation with my granddaughter in June 2024, super! We had a great rest, we liked everything, the room, the cleaning, the food, and of course the responsive and friendly hotel staff, very responsible staff at the reception, solve all issues promptly, thank them very much for that! It's summer, and we're finally flying to you!!!! We are happy to return to this hotel, now our daughter is with us, a room for three, I think everything will be just as cool, and we will return here more than once, we will rest from June 4, 2025, soon!!!!!!

The hotel was from 20.02 to 02.03.2025 a wonderful hotel in terms of location, everything is within walking distance. After the first visit, not much has changed, you would have used beach towels right on the beach. The second time we were with our grandson, we were given a baby cot, the food was simple without frills, but we didn't go hungry, everything was fish and meat, porridge was different, which is a plus for children and lovers of a healthy lifestyle. I would like to prevent vacationers without children from entering the children's eating place! Because they eat children's food. It is also advisable to update the dishes in terms of quantity and remove plastic dishes from the main restaurant. The beach is gorgeous with small children, and there are plenty of sun beds even when the hotel is fully loaded. The bars on the beach have everything from different types of alcohol, but you can try it, it all depends on your taste of cocktails and juices. It is also necessary to set up the coffee machines correctly so that there is a normal drink everywhere. In general, everything is fine, it's nice that they remember you and try to please and help if problems arise. I won't talk about the national question of Ukrainians, they behave the same way everywhere.

Nice hotel. Excellent location in the old town, a wonderful bay protected from the wind. The entrance to the sea is sand. The beach is nice, its own. The territory is large, well maintained, and beautiful. The food is good. Everything is there, both meat and fish always. The pool is heated, the slides are working. The room stock is a bit old. It would not hurt to make repairs in the rooms.
Overall, I liked the hotel, I recommend it. Perfect for a family holiday.

I have been staying at the hotel for the 10th time since 2007. I have been coming periodically. The hotel is purely family-type, comfortable with children, not expensive. There is entertainment, a beautiful beach, a large selection of rooms on the 1st floor.
The food is not super, but you will not stay hungry, the assortment includes beef, veal, chicken and usually two types of fish. I didn't pay the staff anything, they respond normally to comments, correct all the shortcomings.
The animation is of the same type, but the people are dancing, having fun). In general, this one is different from the 9 previous arrivals. I won't come again, I warned the hotel manager. A flight from Lviv arrived 2 days before departure and the flight started. They shout at each other like deaf people, laugh at the whole beach, accost the staff with the words glory to Ukraine. They can't get enough, they fill up with full plates, and everything is pouring out both in the restaurant and on the beach. It's just awful. The hotel is shocked by such guests. Everyone is looking for a place on the beach and in a hotel away from Ukrainians. It's good that we're leaving already.
Now I will check with the hotels in advance about such guests. God forgive me, but this is terrible!

We stayed at the hotel from April 13 to April 19. The location is excellent, everything is close from the room to the beach and to the pool in 2 minutes. Wi-fi is available throughout the property. Be sure to take glasses with you, there are not enough of them, and if there are enough, they do not wash them, but rinse them off and give them to the next one. Plates, spoons, forks in the dining room also need to wait for 15 minutes. There are always queues for food. Sun beds on the beach are occupied at 5 a.m., otherwise you won't get it. I didn't believe it, but that's how it turned out. There were 2 TVs in the room and both were not working. Well, I'll give you 3 stars, because I'm not whimsical. If the service had been debugged, it would have been 4 (not 5 because the numbers do not pull).

The best hotel for winter holidays. We rested in it 6 times. We tried to relax in others, but we always come back to the Charm Network. The entrance to the sea is gorgeous. Sand. Good afternoon! We rested on the Charm Network at the end of November. The location of the hotel is close to the old town, where you can always go to shops, restaurants and pharmacies. The beach is flat, without corals, the sea is clean. Sometimes you can see fish. The room was Superior, overlooking a piece of the sea with two separate beds, but on request they were moved into one. The cleaning is excellent. The staff of this hotel is always ready to help by calling the reception. The animation is great, there is always, both children's and adult. Every day at the hotel there was a show with invited dancers, jugglers, etc. We took excursions on the beach from Martin. I am ready to tell you, to show you what interests you on excursions, to advise you without imposing, as individual guides do. A very positive person, the price and the organization are excellent.
Among the disadvantages are dirty and chipped reusable glasses on bars. They don't bother much with washing.
With a choice for breakfast, it's sad.
For breakfast, dinner after the opening, a huge number of people are queuing for omelets and some kind of cutlets. There are not enough plates, appliances, too, and the cups are all knocked down. Therefore, we went closer to closing time.
Will we return to this hotel again? No, because we travel on the principle that there are many places in the world that need to be visited. New destinations and new countries are waiting for us 😉

It's a great place. Windless due to the bay. The beach is simply magnificent, the sand, the entrance to the sea is very pleasant, there are no corals and it does not require wearing special shoes so as not to get hurt. The sea is clear, it doesn't take very long to go deep. The beach is within walking distance.
We especially liked the slides and the heated pool, as we had a rest out of season.

Every evening there is live music and songs in Russian, different performances. Various sweets ---- ice cream, cotton wool/went with the kids/. There is a large market nearby, which was open until late. Beautiful well-maintained territory, trees were covered with smoke from mosquitoes. There were none at all. The food wasn't bad, there was plenty of everything! Although even then there were many negative reviews on these issues. People are different---different tastes and views! . In August 2025, we bought tours to this place - we hope not to be disappointed!!!

We had a rest together with my husband on May 9-16, 2025. The biggest plus is the sea. The water is clear, warm, and super cool. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately offered to pay extra for a nice room with a sea view, in general, we paid $ 30, maybe for nothing, but we arrived late and were very tired from the road, by the way, the view was really great. The lobby bar offers to buy bottled beer, and they did it very persistently every day, although their draft beer is very good to my taste. It's best to take your glasses with you. The paper ones are very small, and the plastic ones are a little bigger and they are simply rinsed, given to the next ones and they have some kind of taste.Tourists take sun beds on the beach from 5 a.m. If you like to sleep, as we do, and come at 9-10 a.m., you may not find a free sunbed. But when you come to get towels, they ask you, do you need an umbrella?! The staff themselves book sun beds under umbrellas and earn money accordingly, we paid $ 2 each a couple of times.
Food is a separate topic. My advice is not to come to the beginning of breakfast-lunch-dinner, people line up in huge queues and behave like savages, as if there is not enough food for everyone, although this is certainly not the case. In general, the food is average, you won't stay hungry, but I wouldn't say that it was just something very tasty. The animation is varied, we liked everything. The old market, which is within walking distance, is very beautiful in the evening. The only thing sellers are just a nightmare, they cling, they sell their goods. You have to bargain with them very well, but it's exhausting. At the end of our vacation, we were advised by the fix price supermarket. It's a pity that we didn't know about it before. Everything there is at a fixed price and much cheaper than in the old market. And the assortment is exactly the same. The only thing is that it is necessary to change money to Egyptian pounds, they do not accept any other currency. You can exchange dollars for pounds at a bank near the fixed price. In general, a four-day vacation, if you do not pay attention to the little things, such as the condition of the rooms. Take a fumigator and mosquito spray with you, they bite in the evening.

If you want a gastronomic extravaganza, it might be better to choose another hotel. The room is very tired. Plumbing is a sad song. The air conditioner is about to end its days. Cleaning is symbolic and you need to ask for it. Staff... I can't say that I'm very friendly. If perfect cleanliness and service are critically important to you, then this is not the place for you. There is some kind of "movement" in the hotel every evening. I can't say which one exactly - we didn't go. Children's disco. There are pools and slides. I can't appreciate it all - we didn't go. It is close to the airport, about 30 minutes. The territory is completely shadowless. Walking through the midday heat to the dining room (it's on the beach) is an adventure. Very decent WI-FI.

Overall, the impressions are positive. The room itself, of course, is already tired, but everything is working (No. 821). The air conditioner is quite noisy, it resembles the operation of an old car. The cleaning is at a good level.
Meals without much variety — breakfasts, lunches and dinners practically do not change. But there is enough choice, you definitely won't stay hungry. The bar is open 24 hours a day. The only drinks we tried were beer, which was delicious. Strong alcohol of local production, imported — for an additional fee.
You can have dinner once at the a la carte restaurant, choosing Italian or Egyptian cuisine. We settled on Italian, which is a good option, something different from regular dinners, but without any special expectations.
The pool is sometimes cold, sometimes warm. There are slides that both children and adults can ride. The beach is nice, there is a small floating pier from which you can dive.
There is a spa on site, they took a massage course (5 sessions) - inexpensive, you can pay in rubles. In addition, we went to the sauna, and one of the sessions included a Turkish hammam with washing.
Overall, it's a great option for the four. The convenient location in the bay is a windless area, which is a big plus. And across the street is the old town, where it is convenient to go for a walk.

Almost all rooms on the 2nd floor have access to a balcony and side sea views. The view is beautiful. Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel, even on the beach is great!!! The food is varied: beef, chicken, seafood, turkey, boneless fish, vegetables, fruits, delicious melon, ice cream. You can drink beer and white wine (I haven't tried the rest). There are French fries, hamburgers, etc. on the beach. If you are with children, they mostly eat French fries, pasta and chicken, it makes no sense to overpay at 5+. The big plus of this hotel is the beach and the sea!!! A long and wide beach strip surrounded by palm trees. There is a lot of shade, which is necessary in Egypt. You won't find such a sea entry in Sharma anymore. You can swim from the shore. Fish can be viewed from a pontoon. If you want to go diving with fish, then you need to walk to a nearby hotel or choose another hotel. If you can't find any deck chairs on the beach, don't get hysterical, approach the employee (there is always someone on the beach) and they will give you/find a chaise longue. The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, everything is illuminated in the evening. The hotel is constantly being updated, the SPA building is being renovated, and a new stage is being installed for evening shows and animations. The beach chairs have already been replaced with new ones. There is good animation during the day: we got to a foam party, there are life-size dolls. The room was cleaned, the bed and towels were changed. They made animals out of towels. The convenient location of the hotel is close to the Old Town, you can go for a walk in the evening, which we did. (Just cross the road). There are disadvantages, but for me they are not critical: standard rooms are tired, but those who travel across the sea are not afraid. The towels are not white from time to time, but you can see that they are clean. In general, I like it here! I'll be back, especially with a child, the main sea and the beach.

There are few plates, there are queues for them. Drinks are served in squalid plastic cups of 150 ml, which are already scratched and cracked.
4. The food is ordinary, pasta is mostly rice and potatoes, there is not much meat.
Russian Russian is not known at all, there is almost nothing for children, 1 a broken playground by the beach, which is askew from old age, and a children's club that works 1 hour a day in the evenings, and there is an Italian animator who does not understand Russian.
As for the sea and the beach, the sea is a credit to nature, it's good, the beach is not bad, but almost all the places are already occupied by 7 a.m.

There is always no milk in the coffee machines, and the milk is very, very diluted for breakfast. They opened a coffee shop, but sometimes there is no coffee, then there is no waiter, then again there is milk.
There is practically no animation (there is no bocce, the vacationers brought a ball and a pump themselves), in the evening there are invited artists dancing randomly.

A great hotel for a family holiday! A gorgeous beach, access to the sea. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Old Town. The territory is compact, everything is within walking distance, especially the sea, 2 minutes and you are on the beach!

Finally, a long-awaited vacation!!!Guys, the hotel is a miracle!!Married couples will have a laff here!It will probably be a bit boring for young people…So, it takes exactly 10-15 minutes to drive from the airport, which is a huge plus!!!The territory is quite large, two swimming pools, houses on three floors (as I understand it, it is designed for two) and rooms with panoramic windows for a family of 4 people.The sea is a fairy tale!!!The entrance is sandy, no rocks, that was the most important thing for me.Yesterday I saw a small stingray near the shore, it seemed cool and at the same time , it became a little scary.From any rooms, it's a two-minute walk to the sea.zh.Outside the hotel, there are a lot of all kinds of shops, we bought mangoes for $ 2 kg, just a bomb!!!.
The excursions were bought on the beach, from the tour guide of the travel agency it is twice as expensive.
Now the cons:There were water outages, there was no hot water for two days.Animation is at zero, I have never seen such rotten stuff before!In terms of food... very poor.I understand everything, now you will say that this is Egypt, the food is all like that, but I have not met this either.In general, there is a twofold attitude, it seems to have more advantages, but a couple of minor disadvantages are present.I recommend this hotel, I recommend it only to those over 50+.There's definitely nothing for young people to do there!!!I take off a star for the food.

They were from December 14 to December 24 , 2024 . The beach is amazing, entering the water without "corals" even for children. No wind!!!! The food is without lobsters and lobsters, but everything is acceptable. The rooms are cleaned daily and well.
