Disgusting!!!!! I made an order for a car air conditioner refueling machine on 04/15/2016! We agreed that in a week they would make a delivery to me in Kiev on 04/18/2016, because they would go to install a lift for one of the clients and in addition, I dropped the prepayment as confirmation of my desire to make a purchase. 5 days after the order was placed on 04/21/2016, we called in advance to agree on the details, but they already said that due to some overlays they would be able to deliver on 04/28/2016. Okay. Well, on 04/27/2016 they already called back and said that they allegedly had problems with customs and would be able to bring them in two weeks (and that's not a fact - maybe another excuse)!!! This is really too much!!! As a result, there was a big overlap and a penalty at my station due to the fact that I did not receive the equipment!!! I had to look for other suppliers, overpay from the price previously included in the expenses!!! In general, I do not recommend ordering from this company, for someone everything may go smoothly, but I was ready to pay relatively small money and ended up with a large amount and a delay in time!!!
