Then they answered that there is one for 27 rubles (I indicated the model and photo initially), you need to come with an old sample for some reason again to Khoruzhey 16 (The second question is-really it was impossible to do this right away, during the first appeal??)As a result, the husband, who went to Khoruzhey , 16, was offered a knife for 55 rubles, allegedly for 27 does not fit.On the same evening, my husband bought a knife from another company for 38 rubles and, it turns out, it can be universal and fits very many models of this blender. When I complained to the spare parts service , they replied that the craftsmen were working and made it clear that a random person was responding .I conclude that the work of this company is absolutely uncoordinated and the employees are not interested in the client quickly and without delay solving their problems.

Принес на ремонт прибор. Мало того, что не отремонтировали (по их словам, необходимая деталь не поставляется), так ещё и 15р сорвали за "диагностику". Отнес прибор в другой ремонт (заранее уточнив, что диагностика бесплатная) и о чудо! Там деталь такую нашли!
P.s. как оказалось, помимо всего, они ещё и не выявили настоящую причину поломки. Написали про одну деталь, а на деле была совершенно другая.

Отдавал в ремонт сушильную машину. Приехали, сделали диагностику за 35р и сказали, что все исправно. На последок сказали: < если что, и так же не будет работать, то надо вести в ремонт>.
Через два дня отдали в ремонт, машинку починили. НО!!! машина после ремонта имеет неприятный запах внутри (по всей видимости проверяли сушилку половой тряпкой или чем- то похожим), все фильтра забиты пылью и песком! Но и это не самое главное! Машинку привезли всю в царапинах до металла и поврежденными всеми ножками (на которых машинка стоит в квартире, выравнивается по уровню и тп.), одна ножка была в прямом смысле вырвана, остались куски в днушке машинки., остальные просто сильно повреждены. Директор на жалобу заявил, что царапины не от них и не от транспортировки (хотя транспортирует 1 человек вместо 2!! тянет по асфальту по ступеням и тд), то что 4 ножки повреждены, замену сможет сделать только на 1. Состояние нашей машины было идеально, но слушать это даже не стали.
По итогу: машинка починена , (но мы до сих пор не можем проверить ее работоспособность, т.к ножек нет, а ждать 2 месяца), но нанесены повреждения как самой машинке так и владельцу; деньги взяли за диагностику (хотя при ремонте она должна быть бесплатной), за ремонт и за доставку в сумме 250р!
Сервис максимально отвратителен, хотите чтобы не просто починили, а еще и УБИЛИ вашу технику в хлам тогда это сюда! Никому не советую ремонтировать тут!
Красивый ответ опровержение обязательно напишет диспетчер, как и в большинстве отзывов здесь. Можете даже не читать, правды там нет!!!!

На варочной стеклокерамической панели не работало2 контура.Контур починили,за 200р.При установке панели на место был заметен перекос.На что мастер Дмитрий сказал- ничего страшного.На следующий день лопнула сама панель.Итог-200р.на ветер и покупка новой варочной.Считаю лопнуло из-за неправильной установки после ремонта.С такими мастерами дел лучше не иметь.
Обратился к специалистам по ремонту водонагревателя т.к отключили горячее водоснабжение, а бойлер приказал долго жить. Общался с Анастасией. в течении трех дней не смогли определиться с мастером, который может приехать на выезд. С таким подходом и ремонт не нужен (включат водоснабжение). Ситуацию Анастасии объяснил, но..... Крайне недоволен отношением к клиенту, думаю господь уберег от сотрудничества с ними, Не рекомендую!!!

Не согласовывают предварительно цену, а потом мастер расказывает, что виноват заказчик ,что не спросил, сколько что стоит. Да ,конечно , закачик виноват, но есть не писанный закон –КЛИЕНТ ВСЕГДА ПРАВ. Это должна делать обьяснять служба приемки и раздачи заказов.
Ни в коем случае не обращайтесь в эту компанию. Чинят не согласовывая стоимость ремонта с клиентом (похожий прибор стоит меньше, чем починка).
НИ В КОЕМ СЛУЧАЕ НЕ ПОЛЬЗУЙТЕСЬ УСЛУГАМИ ЭТОЙ ФИРМЫ! Потерянные деньги, нервы.
В общем не тратьте время на них.
Отдавал на ремонт несколько пароварок. В связи с санкциями поставки запчастей нет, но мы с мастером согласовали замену запчасти на выключатель. Выключатель был поставлен качественный и красивый. Видно было, что сделано с душой. Ко мне зашли два друга, я им показал пароварку и мы все вместе восхитились работой мастера! Благодарю за работу, мастер Владимир!
Остались довольны ! Обращались по поводу ремонта стиральной машины- не закрывалась дверь. Мастер позвонил через некоторое время после того, как я пообщалась с администратором. Договорились о времени, когда он посмотрит машинку. Пришел вовремя. Так как деталь, которую надо было установить, у мастера была, она была установлена и дверь начала закрываться. Что касается полной стоимости ремонта - озвучил мастер после осмотра стиральной машины. Главное дверь стала закрываться.
Обращался по ремонту стиралки. Сначала назвали один срок ремонта, потом другой. Когда назвали третий (еще +неделя), то я отказался от ремонта. За разборку-сборку 60р из аванса отдавать отказались. В итоге не сделали ничего, а денег содрали.
Оставляли в ремонт стиральную машину, менеджер проконсультировал по всем вопросам, после чего в кратчайшие сроки перезвонили и сообщили о выявленном дефекте. Сам ремонт длился всего 2 дня, что не может не радовать. Сделали всё быстро, качественно и надёжно. Будем и в дальнейшем обращаться, спасибо за проделанную работу! Рекомендую.
Не работала нормально стиральная машинка-вызвал мастера.Приехал мастер,полез смотреть что с машинкой,достал верёвочку подвязал трубу,сказал что был эффект сифона и выставил счёт 60 рублей.60 рублей Карл за пятиминутную работу!!!Что ж,это на их совести,но больше обращаться в это контору не буду и никому не советую
