It was repaired well a year ago, but something has changed this year. And this is not only a nightmarish rebranding in the form of a sign in the color of a child's surprise. Laziness, rudeness and disregard for the client were added to the work of the masters. They didn't make a laptop, they didn't make a phone, but they learned to postpone the end date of repairs and be rude to customers with a bang. And the prices for services are far from cheap, by the way. I just strongly do not recommend it.

A question for the management, Will you listen to your subordinates how they communicate with clients whom you hire (I can reset the conversation recording if necessary). The service is very terrible, I wanted to order a TV, so to me, not that an analogue was advised, but in general hung up, the manager, most likely without education, when asked when the relevant information on the site would be, said that it was relevant, and the fact that Samsung TVs did not bother him at all, and it is not clear that they are broadcast what prices. I do not recommend buying in this store at all, as long as such people will work there, the store cannot keep potential customers, well, they do not appreciate those who are ready to buy. If you want to tickle your nerves? Then you are definitely here!
