I contacted them last year in the fall about repairing the Xiaomi Redmi Note5 smartphone. It was necessary to replace the memory chip - the phone worked but periodically rebooted. I am in Dnipro myself, so I sent them the phone by mail. About six months have passed, they have not found the chip and I asked them to return the phone. When I got it back, I was very unpleasantly surprised by its condition. It was packed perfectly, so this could not happen to it when it was shipped. When I sent it, it was in perfect condition for 5 (there is a photo - I took it specially before sending it). That's what I got... I don't know what to call IT. Very large scratches on the native screen, a chip on the side of the case, scratches and scuffs on the back cover. Plus, there is a huge gap from below in the place where the screen is attached to the body, well, the cherry on the cake - he is an absolute corpse. I called them to find out what was going on - they replied that they didn't know anything and it couldn't be. Before the "repair", they offered to pick it up at a local service center for spare parts for 1500 UAH, but now it's not worth a damn... It's a shame.
