Awful. I gave the TV away for repair, the backlight needed to be replaced. They assured us that they only work with original components. As a result, the repairs lasted for a year. After opening, it turned out that the backlight was not completely changed, as the service assured, but only burnt-out diodes. Cheating in general!!!

There was no answer on the phone. At first, they said the expected time was 1 minute, which was constantly growing. They did not respond through the dialogue on the site either. On a weekday afternoon. Don't waste your time!

Обслуживание хорошее. Вежливый персонал. Но есть главное но! Сдавал в ремонт домашний кинотеатр Самсунг. После часа работы постоянно открывался привод дисков, хотя дисководом даже не пользовался. Использовал его колонки для просмотра тв. Причину неисправности выявили быстро, сказали, что нужно менять привод. Заменили. Привёз домой, через три дня работы ситуация повторилась. Кинотеатр стал перегружаться и сам выходить на режим работы дисковода. То есть всё тоже самое, как и до ремонта. Кстати ремонт был совсем не дешёвый. За замену привода отдал 212 белорусских рублей. Сейчас повезу в сервис снова. Благо дали гарантию 4 месяца. Выводы о работе данного сервиса делайте сами.
