Extortionists and deceivers!Complete irresponsibility and non-compliance. We are very sorry that the official indesit sent our car to this service for repair.
Not only is the diagnosis of complex equipment according to their method - a visual inspection without disassembly and an immediate diagnosis, but they also deceived.
Initially, we called Ravis and I told them the problem, they agreed to make repairs, ordered a part, the part went for 3 months (!!!), and then they refused to repair at the stated cost, because they forgot to put in the magazine "the nuances that we discussed earlier" and no one could prove anything anymore.
The telephone operator, whom I asked again literally before the planned day of picking up the car, that it was for sure that our car would be taken away given these conditions and then she confirmed, now she has already babbled that she has a lot of orders and she will not remember all (our car was disassembled earlier by another master, but there are no small details, assembled as much as possible so that nothing fell out, there was no point in paying for the assembly without repairing it, if they would disassemble it anyway in Ravis).
As a result, Ravis refused to repair the machine at the stated cost and demanded a lot more for the work itself (compared to other indezit services, which I then called to find out the price of such work), and then they called back and refused to do it at all.
If you suddenly decide to contact Ravis, then be sure to record all phone conversations with them and the conditions of repair and delivery on a dictaphone, otherwise expect surprises from these crooks.
