The staff conducting fingerprinting is very rude. A remark to the senior lieutenant of the police of the OMC UP of the Bostandyk district, Musilim D, for allowing himself to "poke" and rudely communicate with citizens. A buggy device is used for fingerprinting, because of which the employee freaks out and allows himself to snap at foreign citizens who are required to undergo this procedure.

I was here for fingerprinting. The queues are huge, people come several times, at 8.30 am there are already a lot of people. However, apart from the queue, there were no problems, the staff were polite, the device was working fine, the responsible policeman helped to roll off the fingers quickly.

the place itself is not bad, the girl at the reception is polite and helps. There is only one employee conducting fingerprinting, and there is not enough of him. He was polite to me and did everything as quickly as possible. There is no queue organization, so of course they need to allocate more employees and organize a queue, because everyone gets confused and swearing begins.
From the beginning to the end of the queue, fingerprinting took 4-5 hours.
It is optimal to arrive before lunch because of this waiting time and clearly monitor the queue.

Fingerprinting is performed by very rude staff. Their equipment is lagging, the employee is furious and rude because of this, switches to "you" more.
