I gave the edifier speakers for repair, the problem was the rattling of the second speaker, after almost a month they said they had done it, the repair part was on their way for 2 weeks, I don't know where from China or Russia, since it took so long, okay, I got the speakers, it turned out that the problem was identified in the woofer dynamics, the one that gives the bass (lower frequencies), although in my opinion, when I gave them away for repair, it seemed to me that the woofer was fine and the problem was different, and that's how I got the speakers and listened to the time, I noticed that the problem remained, I was already desperate, well, I have some wit, I turned on a track in which the problem and the crackle are more pronounced, and by hearing it, I realized that the crackle was coming from the volume control point, and so on, mg, took duct tape and sealed the cracks, and lo and behold, the problem was gone. When the woofer is running, air comes out through the hole in the front, and when there are cracks where the twister was created, as it apparently should be without unnecessary air outlets. Special thanks to the master who made them, carried out some kind of diagnostics, changed the obviously working speaker or did not change it at all, I would meet this person to express my gratitude. Of course, I apologize in advance if the master was deaf, I don't want to offend anyone.
1) the malfunction was not detected
2) I was on diagnostics for more than 30 days, that is, they violated the contract that we signed when we gave the equipment for repair
3) the vacuum cleaner was returned in a disgusting, dirty condition, although it was given to the service completely cleaned
In total, if the service treated you the same way, call the police to them and demand that, on the basis of article 23 of consumer protection rights, they pay you a penalty in the amount of 1% of the cost of the goods for each day of delay. If that's how they treat their customers, you need to give them a couple of fun days.
