I had a 2010 MacBook Pro 13. Of course, it is inoperable. I brought it to them for diagnosis. The diagnosis lasted a whole month. A month later, they finally "conducted" a diagnosis and said that let's pop the problem is PROBABLY in the bridge. They told me 1500 UAH on the phone, and 2500 UAH on the spot. I don't know what ceiling they're taking the numbers from. But there was another surprise waiting for me! Even two:
- first of all, they broke my trackpad, And now I've been waiting for the third month for them to return it to me.
- the second thing is that both I and the employees of another service center found that the bolts are completely different from my MacBook, but in apple technology it matters!
I can say that I have not seen a more unqualified service center yet, at least if you have a MacBook, I highly recommend that you do not carry it there.
