Everything was worked out clearly. On Wednesday evening at 18-30, I handed over a flooded netbook. Moreover, when flooded, everything was done incorrectly. I should have immediately pulled out the battery, turned the netbook over, and not tried to turn it on. All three conditions were violated. On Thursday, they called back, voiced the problems they found, and said the cost of repairs. I agreed. A few hours later, they called back and said that the netbook was ready, but some of the keys on the keyboard were not working. I agreed to replace the keyboard with a new one at an agreed price. On Friday, they dialed, said that everything was ready, in addition, the netbook was cleaned, the thermal paste was replaced and the cooler was cleaned. They gave a warranty card with a list of completed works and their price. I'm happy with everything, thank you. Actually, I'm writing from it.
By the way, this review was originally written for their superiors, they have a review form on their website with a proposal to rate all participants in the process: the master, the receiver, the issuing one, indicating that this directly affects their salary. And a field for more detailed comments. Another "control loop" is not superfluous at all.
