As a result, I tried to call them for a week, the calls were ignored, when I asked them in writing to tell me at what stage the repair was and when the milling cutter would be ready, they sent me to call further. I got through, they promised to fix it within the next week.
In fact, on August 22, after 3 weeks of silence, the service came for me. Where they brazenly began to lie to a person that they called and wrote to me, and I ignored them. They called and wrote to say that it turns out they will not be able to fix it, although they initially said the opposite. They sent me to another workshop, where I was informed of a completely different problem in the device.
The staff is not competent and irresponsible.
