The matrix on the laptop broke, I thought that I would take it to the service where they deal with my laptops, so that everything would be without problems. As a result, I spent time traveling back and forth for 2 hours, I came 3 times, it was always closed, so no one answers the calls, I do not advise anyone to take it to another service, we did everything in 1 day also at a nice price.

The work schedule shown on the maps does not correspond to reality. In fact, even the schedule placed on the room itself is not relevant. The master comes and goes when he wants, in order to come, you need to call and arrange beforehand. I called one price on the phone, when another one arrived. I did not bargain, the priority was fast and high-quality. Rude in communication. He promised to replace the hinges in four days. He warned that if the screen cracks during the repair, it is not his fault and he is not responsible for it. Six days have passed, I received some result only after messages and a call. The quality of the repair can be judged over time, now the laptop is opening. A dent appeared on the lid at the place where the hinge was installed and a new scratch appeared.

The disease of this model 3 was developed under warranty in another service (but to no avail), and even the components were cleaned.
