The DeLonga coffee machine was repaired under warranty in 10 days (including 4 days off).
Everything is polite and understandable. They send an SMS with a link to the order, which can be used to track the repair status. Very convenient!
They also inform about readiness.

The attitude towards customers is shameful!
Why does a man who communicates with people in the center, allows himself to be rude to the buyer, refuses to explain what to do with the received Act, goes personal? Think about the fact that this person is the face of your company!
