In mid-December, they gave me a vacuum cleaner under warranty, 3 weeks of silence, then it turned out they lost it, and a week later they found it. It turned out that they forgot to tell us that they needed a box. The box arrived. They couldn't pack the robot in it for 2 weeks, they called us to do it ourselves. We came and packed it ourselves. Then they waited 3 weeks for him to be sent to Minsk. And it was only today (17.02) that we learned that they finally deigned to take him to the manufacturer's service center. 2 months just wasted!!! so the warranty can end with such work and they will have nothing to do with it!!!
People don't want to work, they're rude on the phone, they smile and babble in my face. Disgusting work of the service center staff.
Well, so-so experts. The valve in the washing machine is broken. On the first day, the "master" arrived, but the valve was wrong. The next day I changed it, but I put a plastic clamp on the hose under pressure. As a result, water gushed out during washing. It's good that the aquastop system worked, otherwise the neighboring one would have been flooded. The "master" was called again. I replaced the clamp with a metal one. In short: I do not recommend it!
Terrible repair, I've never seen such rudeness in my life, they gave me a vacuum cleaner for diagnosis, they said they would call in 3 days, 3 weeks passed, no one called, I remember the brush was missing somewhere else and the lock from it was broken, I do not admit my guilt.
