People's work is disgusting. In mid-December, they gave me a vacuum cleaner under warranty, 3 weeks of silence, then it turned out they lost it, and a week later they found it. It turned out that they forgot to tell us that they needed a box. The box arrived. They couldn't pack the robot in it for 2 weeks, they called us to do it ourselves. We came and packed it ourselves. Then they waited 3 weeks for him to be sent to Minsk. And it was only today (17.02) that we learned that they finally deigned to take him to the manufacturer's service center. 2 months just wasted!!! so the warranty can end with such work and they will have nothing to do with it!!! People don't want to work, they're rude on the phone, they smile and babble in my face. Disgusting work of the service center staff.
