A unit is a lot for this under-company. The operator is Maria, who sits at night for no clear reason in the office and answers calls. Why do you need an operator who can't help you in any way? You spoil your rating and offend your drivers. The driver bought me an order (please note pills for a small child) and because of your technical problems, the order was canceled. When I was asked to find a driver, I was refused. The operator can't see it. Only her rolling eyes and loud clicking into the phone were visible. The cherry on the cake - they just blocked access to the app for me and a friend who helped me place an order. Brilliant, applause! With such customer relations, you will soon become bankrupt!

Unfair service. We ordered transportation with loading and unloading. The driver arrived without movers, said to wait, because there are no movers available now. We called the service and refused the loading and unloading services. They were loaded and unloaded independently without the driver's participation. The driver named the amount and left with the money. It turned out that the announced amount included the work of movers.
