I say a huge thank you to VAG service and personally to the head of the bodywork department, Arthur, master Nikita and master receptionist Roman. For almost two years we have been servicing our car in this service, and these professionals did their job perfectly and, what is very important to me, they know how to communicate. Accustomed to the sullen, laconic car service specialists, I was very happy to talk to the VAG Service staff. They willingly answered any questions, explained everything several times. And it's all on smiles. Arthur, Roman, Nikita, thank you! During the repair, Arthur sent a video showing the repair process, explaining why a particular decision was made, coordinating important repair steps. It's worth a lot. In just two years, we managed to solve many deep-seated problems of the car. I am very happy.

Thanks to the guys for the high-quality and prompt repair of the Tuareg!
On the way from Batumi to Tbilisi, the starter wire was shorted, which rubbed the automatic transmission tubes.
We took a professional approach to the repair, were constantly in touch and sent photo reports on the work done.
Special thanks to Kirill and Ilya! The guys were working on the car until one o'clock in the morning. Thanks to them, we were able to pick up the car the next day.
It's good that there is such a car service in Tbilisi!

I really regret that I didn't find out about them a year ago. They are competent, they do everything quickly and efficiently. The attitude is wonderful, the Slavs work like at home, no hamarjobs. Expats only here
