A half-empty shopping mall. Household goods and an English language school are among the permanent ones. Now they also sell kitchens and mini-sofas and food...
I don't even know what to write in the review, because it's practically empty. There used to be more shops and pavilions inside. There is no desire to enter now.
The architecture is interesting - everything inside is made in the form of a mountain serpentine. When it opened, it looked like a shopping mall. Lately, there has been peace and quiet. They become purely office. The building houses the Honorary Consulate of Ukraine.
The taps are negative. In short: The initial price announced by the manager for the cabinet is 1350 rubles. The price of their measurer with a DISCOUNT for the same cabinet is 1780 rubles. (after all, the measurer did not know that the manager had already calculated the price for me). As a result, I found where they made exactly the same cabinet from exactly the same materials for 1100. If you want to overpay for air and empty promises, order from them.
A strange shopping mall... the area is large, you can make a good complex, but something is boring and scarce... apparently, because of the large rent, there is practically no one and nothing there
The center is quite interesting, and the place is not bad in a residential area, only there are a lot of empty pavilions inside, probably the rent is off the scale...
A heavily empty shopping mall. There are few shops, although there is a lot of space for them. Apparently, the location and expensive rental of places force entrepreneurs to look for more profitable points.
The concept of the building has not been fully thought out. The execution of the roof elements is terrible. There is no ventilation in summer. The staff lowers the degree by opening the doors of emergency exits. But at other times you can't run out through the spare doors - they are locked with a key. And where are the firefighters looking? Oh, yes, they are sleeping))
A large shopping center (4 floors), however, either the rent is expensive, or there is a crisis - there is no one there. Only a couple of outlets on the ground floor... Not the most popular place in the area.
