We had a rest in early July. The interior of the hotel is cozy, music is playing around the pool, and the staff is polite. Very close to the beach. The only drawback is a portion lunch and dinner. When you buy "all inclusive" you expect the opportunity to choose food, not a portion of what will be cooked and nothing else) there was no such information in the reviews, so I decided to emphasize this. It is better to buy only breakfast and you will not be tied to the schedule) in general, I recommend the hotel!

The location is good, near the shopping center with a good food court, and mtgros (unipay accept) minibuses, by the way, if you pay with a card, the price will be 12.5 liras, not 25, a water taxi to turunch 150 liras is worth it, a minibus 40 liras along the serpentine, in short, it's up to you)

The hotel is exactly 3 stars, the room is clean, but the balcony door does not close completely, so it is not possible to sleep, since music plays loudly in bars until 3 am. Kondey froze just tin, the temperature from the remote can not be increased. It's okay to eat, you won't stay hungry. The restaurant staff is constantly sleepy, they move, they do everything wrong, as if we owe them something. Thanks to the Russian-speaking girl at the reception, she will always tell you and show you everything. There is no beach of its own. In general, my wife and I liked it for this money. We were there from 06/27/2013 to 07/04/2013.

We rested in September 2021 for 13 days. The 3* hotel is excellent, yes, not new, not big, not completely clean. But our room was cleaned every day, the floor was cleaned and the bed was made. Linen and towels were changed 2 or 3 times. The pool is cleaned regularly. Russian Russian is understood by the friendly staff, and the bartender speaks Russian fluently. Wi-Fi is weak, only in the lobby. Buffet food without frills chicken, fish, beef, but one thing. Alcohol beer, wine, vodka, gin, cocktail "Serine")).
The location is excellent, the center of Marmaris is 15-20 minutes on foot, the exit from the hotel is directly on the embankment, the water is much cleaner than in the center. Beaches are restaurants, order a drink and lie down, there is good Wi-Fi. We went a little to the right to Felix Beach with knitted umbrellas, where drinks are cheaper than on the beach opposite the hotel and the staff is nicer.
Life hack! excursion confluence of 2 seas BIG BOSS ship do not buy in stalls, but go to the center in the evening and look for this ship on the pier by the sign on it, there you can bargain for $ 10 without alcohol and transfer, just come there yourself in the morning. A bad hotel. A disgusting breakfast. We were there last year. The room stock is dead. The air conditioner is the same age as my grandmother. The word doesn't smell like a three there at all. A view of.the sea too. Not really. In general, I do not recommend it. Pay a little extra and take a hotel with a normal rating. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the food.We went July 2021.There is no buffet, although the tour was purchased from an Intourist for 11 days for 38 thousand per person with an early booking with all-inclusive meals.For breakfast - boiled egg, cheese, olives, cucumber, bread.Lunch is brought by the waiter - soup, pasta with French fries and 5 nuggets, 2 slices of bread, a small plate of salad for two and 3 slices of watermelon.There is no afternoon tea, although there should be one.Dinner is the same as for lunch, only the side dish is different.There is a killer with water and a coffee machine in the bar.There are drinks in a limited number. The mode is very inconvenient for eating.Breakfast is from 8 to 9, Lunch is from 13 to 14, but they are distributed closer to 14-00.Dinner begins to be distributed at 19-30.The bar closes at 22-30. There are nearby hotels Sonnen and Sinakturk, they have a buffet with a choice.So I would not recommend a hotel, men will stay hungry.

For 3* excellent! Proximity to the sea is a huge plus. In the morning, the sea is clear, the sunset is a little bit with rocks. In swimming trunks you can walk to the sea, swim and go to the bar on a sunbed)). The food is fresh and delicious. There is meat and fish. Delicious soups. Respect to the cook! The rooms are simple, clean, and bright. Large loggia. Everything in the room worked. The bathroom is new. Comfortable beds. The cleaning is normal. The staff is helpful.
Of the cons, loud music around the hotel until night, poor water pressure in the shower at the pool, weak Wi-Fi.
A nice, clean three-bedroom apartment next to the sea. I recommend it!

I have rested at this hotel several times and always the rest was at the highest level!Check-in is quick (the administrator Olga will answer any question), the rooms are cozy and bright.Room cleaning and linen change are regular.The territory is small, but sooo cozy location is super (the hotel is in the very center of Marmaris, 50 m from the sea), the staff is friendly and helpful.The food is always delicious and in sufficient quantity!Nobody stayed hungry!Thank you very much to the owner and all the staff of this hotel for the excellent organization of your vacation, success and prosperity to you!And I will definitely come back to you again!!!!!Thanks!

Of the disadvantages, a small dispenser is juice, lemonade, vodka, 2 types of wine, gin and beer. It closes at 22.30(
There is also no Internet in the rooms - please go down to the reception.
