We rested here from July 19th to 26th, had a wonderful time! The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, the beach is only a minute away, sun loungers for a drink all along the shore, there is a clean swimming pool on site.
The food was delicious, satisfying and varied, the towels were always clean, the room was cleaned, the sea view was gorgeous! I heard from the locals that this is the best three-star hotel on the coast 😍
Olga is in the heart, she will help with everything and tell you everything 🤍
I absolutely did not want to leave, now I plan to return at the end of the season, thank you for such a welcome!
The excursions were taken in Hot travel, everything is clear, organized and with a soul, the guys speak Russian and explain everything perfectly, and also very pleasant prices, which can not but please, everything is honest and there is insurance! We leave the hotel on the street with tents and go to the right, pass a couple of intersections and they stand right on the corner, they will not miss by
A pleasant 3-star hotel fully justifies itself. The rooms are simple, but clean enough, the air conditioning is new, the TV is flat. "All inclusive" is modest enough, but everything is delicious, the meat on the bone was awesome, and eclairs and pancakes with cottage cheese will be remembered for a long time. The location, I think, is the most successful. The sea seemed awesome at first, but a city is a city, a port is a port, after visiting Icmeler Turunca and the Aegean Islands, it no longer became so. The sea is a minute away from the hotel, but the hotel itself is a little deeper from the line of bars, there is noise, but by closing the window and turning on the new air conditioner you can "escape". Olga is a Russian at the reception, you can talk about everything and agree on it. The territory is small, I would say very small, so, the area between the two buildings with a swimming pool and sun beds, there are also dining tables, swings and 2 bars, everything. People sat in the evenings. But life is boiling around almost until the morning, it was not boring. It's quite a normal "three-piece" for me. If the budget is limited, then there are standards for visiting. I chose the neighboring Sonnen, but it was more expensive for these dates, although I met a woman who moved from there to here, according to her, it was no worse, and even better in food.
We visited the hotel in July 2024 and had the best memories of it. We rested in a big company.
The hotel was completely suitable for us, the service, the rooms, the location, the food is delicious, fresh - special thanks to the chefs, and to all those who worked diligently. the territory is small, but cozy. This is not the first time in Turkey, so there is something to compare it with. Marmaris falls in love with herself. You can walk on it forever. The sea is a separate relaxation, we swam for all 12 days, the water is clean, warm, there have never been waves. We went to the free beach, 3 minutes to the right, the bottom is the best there.
We were very pleased with the trip and will definitely come back again :) to the wonderful and cozy city of Marmaris!
A good hotel, sincere, competent staff. The food is delicious and varied. Some of the rooms have a sea view. The rooms are cozy, with balconies. The pool is open from 8.00 to 19.00, the water is always clean, there are many sun beds. One disadvantage in the hotel is audibility! A very echoing staircase and thin doors. It's like sleeping on the stairs. Otherwise, everything is OK. They clean it every day. Bed linen is changed once a week.
A nice clean hotel, if a three, then a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. In principle, it is clean, cosmetic repairs have been made. Everything is in white. The shower is hot. The hair dryer is working. The food is decent, breakfast, dinner is generally good. Lunch is just like that for an amateur. Food with spices, peppery. Fish-chicken, watermelons every day, confectionery in abundance. The alcohol in the bar is decent, my head doesn't hurt afterwards. Let's just say the price and quality match.I would love to go back there again.
We had a rest in early July, I liked the food (I ate only meat and vegetables, fruits, I didn't try anything else, the child liked the sweets) the staff, the location, Marmaris is wonderful, I will come again, the sea is perfect, there is no storm, Kadyr has a separate hello thanks for the coffee, and in general it was nice to chat. From “Sorry” huge greetings to the employee from the bar🥸)))) I chose the hotel only because of the company we were vacationing with, to be honest, the room is three in principle, as it is🤩
The hotel is great! It justifies its 3 stars and even more. The staff is beyond praise, they really care how you relax.
On the other hand, a beautiful bouquet of flowers was brought to the room.
We lived in a building where the reception, with a partial view of the sea, was quiet, there were no bars.
The air conditioners are new, even with film :)
The rooms are clean (cleaning every day), cozy, nothing is broken, there is a refrigerator.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is enough of everything.
It is 30 seconds to the sea, at the exit there is a beach with the best sun beds.
The fortress and the street of bars are a 15-minute walk away.
The Internet works in the rooms (we lived in room 2302, this is the 3rd floor).
We rested from 08/12.24 to 08/17.24, all inclusive.
Positive:
Location
Room with Sea and Mountain View
A number for a solid three plus / for a weak four
Air conditioning, TV
Sea and mountain views
It was more dignified than we expected for a three-star hotel.
Its own clean pool and sun beds inside the courtyard of the hotel
A bar with unlimited drinks and a very nice guy bartender who spared nothing.
Minuses:
Poor breakfast options (no porridge, yoghurts, desserts, fruits). Only a dry breakfast with milk and not always scrambled eggs. There were vegetables, boiled eggs.
The biggest disappointment was the two waiters, who spoiled the whole impression of the hotel and Turkey in general. They took the dishes away by knocking them on the table, muttered something rude to us in Turkish, literally took the unfinished coffee out of our hands, put someone else's dirty dishes on our table. The owners of the hotel talked to them later, after our signal, but the impression was still very spoiled.
We had a vacation with friends in May 2024. We recommend it! The vacation was perfect! A great hotel, fully matching the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted the mood. Cozy rooms with everything you need. Comfortable beds and pillows, we slept better than at home. Good Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Cleaning is done efficiently. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Attentive and sensitive approach to each guest. A manager is present at the reception around the clock, ready to solve any problem. Convenient location of the hotel: the sea is close, there are local restaurants and shops outside the hotel, where you can go for a walk after dinner. I would like to note the excellent quality of the food and the variety of dishes. Even the most demanding gourmets will be satisfied. A beautiful clean pool, a lot of greenery and flowers on the territory of the hotel. A cozy bar at the hotel with a wide range of drinks and cocktails, and there is also a very friendly bartender who will help you choose a drink, tell a joke and make a compliment. All the hotel staff really care about your comfort. It was comfortable and pleasant for us to be here!
We have been resting for a week, we are very satisfied with the hotel, it fully justifies its 3 stars. A varied diet, there is more than enough for everyone. The rooms are certainly not new, but clean and tidy. Our room on the 4th floor has a beautiful view of the sea. Friendly, non-intrusive staff. Great location. Of course, it is not very convenient that there is no private beach, but we perfectly use two free beaches within a 5-10 minute walk (without sunbeds). Overall a great budget hotel!
We are resting now (early August 2024)
The advantages of the hotel are the location. The city center is close, the sea is too (you have to go through the backyard of the hotel and restaurant, which is so-so at night). The neighboring hotels are very loud. The music turns off at 2 o'clock. In general, you can sleep.
The bar is open intermittently (from 18 to 19, no drinks are poured, and they try to sneak out early before closing).
It's very dirty. We haven't had our towels changed once in a week. There has never been a wet cleaning.
The staff is generally approx.
The food is not varied. Not satisfying. It's not tasty. Sometimes people waited for dinner to eat at least more or less normally (it didn't work out).
The rooms are old. There are only 3 sockets in each room, so if you suddenly decide to come here, take an extension cord with you.
The shower is cold.
The only plus is the location is good. There are no more advantages in the Serin Hotel.
The locals ask, "how could you choose this hotel, it's so bad."
A wonderful hotel
They left at the end of May 2024
Free WiFi in the rooms, catches perfectly throughout the hotel
We lived on the 4th floor of the main building, great view
The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning, a balcony with chairs and a table
We were all inclusive, excellent cuisine, a child with little teeth ate everything
Large and clean swimming pool
To the sea 40 seconds to the paid beach (sunbed per drink)
And 5 minutes to the free beach
Everything is within walking distance, the center, shops, etc.
I would like to mention the administrator Olga separately
A wonderful person, he will tell you everything and tell you a very warm attitude towards the guests
Thank you for a wonderful stay
Excellent hotel, I put 5+ for the service, cuisine and location. I was pleasantly surprised, as this is my first experience of staying in three-star hotels in Turkey. The territory is clean, the rooms are cleaned and everything works. The staff is responsive and even a little Russian-speaking.
3- star hotel, all inclusive, good 4. 3 years ago we had a rest-there are improvements: the food has improved, varied, chicken for lunch and dinner + fish (sometimes baked on an electric grill), cutlets, repairs in the building and rooms (painted normally, a small refrigerator appeared, LCD TV with 2 Russian programs), doors and locks. Plumbing would be more modern. For 3 stars, it's good.
Great vacation! Quietly, calmly, cleanly! The food is delicious! The chef is from God for sure! The administrator Olga is super! Very friendly! He will always tell you everything! You won't regret it for sure!!!
A very cool hotel. The food is very tasty and varied. The rooms are old, but clean. The staff is polite and very welcoming. Everyone has their own requests, but we really liked it. We will come again.
We had a rest in July 2023
It was gorgeous for 3 stars, a buffet for breakfast and dinner, large portions for lunch, it was very tasty
The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy
The only drawback was that there was no Internet in the room, but maybe on a trip sometimes even a plus
We lived in a room with a sea view😍
I would love to come back again❣️
I just love Marmaris itself, I have a lot of memories from my last trip. I only rate the hotel itself.
I understand that this is not 4*, not 5*, but at least cleanliness must be respected.
Where everyone eats the tables in crumbs, the plates are not cleaned for a long time after others, the floors are also not clean.
I can accept that the room has an old shabby closet, the socket is holding on snot, the bathroom door looks like it's from the 19th century and try not to pay attention to it, but the cleanliness of everything in this hotel makes me hysterical.
There's black hair in the sink and on the floor (by the way, I'm closer to red).
By the way, the plates that I tried to change every other time were greasy and streaked, I don't know how clean they can be considered.
I don't care about nutrition itself, so I won't write about it.
Wi-Fi in the room does not catch, only closer to the door.
As for the view, of course, as lucky as anyone, I got the 1st floor, overlooking another hotel, where they always talk about something.
We stayed at the hotel at the end of September 2024. To be honest, by Russian standards this is a 2-star hotel. The room stock is sooo old, like grandma's in the village. The mattress was all depressed, the bathroom doors wouldn't close. The food at the hotel is monotonous, at first everything was spicy, chili peppers everywhere, even in mashed potatoes. After complaints from tourists, they stopped adding anywhere. Drinks at the bar are vodka, gin, wine and beer. The rest is paid, although we had everything included. There is no entertainment at the hotel at all, I even turned on background music for dinner on request. The hotel bar closed after 10 p.m. One huge advantage of the hotel is its location. 50 metro to the sea, cafes, bars, shops nearby. The street of bars is 1.5 km away. Singing fountains 1 km. There are free beaches, they are without sunbeds. You can pay for a drink. Prices in bars and clubs are sky-high from 1.5 thousand rubles per cocktail, to eat modestly from 3.5 thousand rubles. So see for yourself. We rented a quadric and went to the beach in Turunchu, where the sea is completely different, beautiful and clean. Gasoline prices are 140 rubles per liter. The impressions of the rest are twofold, the hotel has ruined everything.
Despite the fact that the rooms are very "tired", the overall impression is positive. The linen is clean, the bed is comfortable, the food is delicious and varied. The sea is less than two minutes away. There is a pharmacy, supermarkets, a shopping center within walking distance. For hookah lovers, the bar is open in the evenings.
I stayed at the Serin 3* hotel from 10-17 June 2023. I really liked it,very clean hotel, cleaning every day, everything worked fine ,air conditioning ,hairdryer, toiletries in abundance, varied food, sausage, fresh vegetables and stews, fish ,olives, various sweets, pastries, did not stay hungry, everything is very tasty, the workers all try to be friendly, not everyone says Russian Russian , but we teach each other English and Russian, smiling. Drinks at the bar range from water, coffee, tea to beer and wine. In general, I am happy with everything. The rest was a success! Excursions are a variety of fascinating, especially the Aegean Islands, Dalyan island turtle island, for the first time in my life I saw huge turtles Carriage-Carriage, they were fed themselves, tasted the taste of crab meat, very tasty! We saw the ancient burials of the sultans in the rock. The guide told me very interestingly.Thank you all!
We stayed at this hotel in early August. We arrived at 7 a.m., we were checked in only at 15 o'clock, we had to leave our suitcases at the reception. Now about the room, the room is old, with a broken mirror. (it would be better if it were completely removed), the curtains are dirty, the bed linen would allow much to be desired, with some stains, there is such a noise coming from the bars. that it's impossible to sleep.. The next day, Olga, a Russian-speaking woman, was at the reception, I asked her to change the room, she made concessions, and moved us to another room, it was quieter, overlooking the hotel grounds, and more or less clean. In all 10 days, the maid has never cleaned the room. once, upon request, I gave out two clean towels, even if they are not cleaned. The nutrition was average, there was one watermelon from the fruits, the food was so-so, for a weak three. There are two bars on the territory, paid and free, bartenders run, change, replace each other, in a free bar, the bartenders are not always friendly, they look like this. as if I owed them something., once they took protein wine in a paid bar, advised us that it was the tastiest wine, poured into two glasses, 150 grams each, for a cost of $ 10, the wine turned out to be worse. than in a free bar. Of the advantages, I liked the pool, and the close location to the sea, for which I put two stars. I will definitely not return to this hotel anymore.
The hotel is frankly old, but everything works), the staff is friendly, I don't bother with cleaning, I hang a do not disturb sign on arrival, we can take out the garbage ourselves, but you don't expect anyone and you don't expect anything))), the food was very good, for my taste, a lot of fresh vegetables and stunningly delicious stewed, noticed eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, potato slices and mashed potatoes are just super chic, the cook is well done! From fish, first there was mackerel, then trout, chicken, desserts liked the type of bird's milk, fruits only watermelon as much as you want, but buying something else is not a problem, it is quite affordable. The beach is nearby and it's cool, the sea is super, the rest is wonderful. I advise those who like to swim to their heart's content, take a walk in the evening
Reception at the hotel in the form of a grandmother's cottage - tulle, curtains. The hotel is very modest and, unfortunately, very dirty. It works either for breakfast or all inclusive. The beach is public. There are no free beach towels. The safe costs $ 1 per day. Ask for rooms on the 2nd or 4th floor - there seems to have been a renovation recently. Otherwise, the hotel is for very undemanding tourists.
The hotel pleases with its location (first line), cleanliness of the territory, Russian-speaking staff and quite decent food for three! It's a little noisy in the evening, but tolerable, it didn't hurt to sleep))To barstreet and marina on foot about 30 minutes at a moderate pace. The Blue Port mall is 3 minutes away. There are also many private shops and a pharmacy with a Russian-speaking employee within walking distance. The rooms are renovated, but the ergonomics of the space is somewhat ill-conceived-the inconvenient location of the wardrobe and mirror. I would move the mirror to the hallway, not in front of the bed. And I would put a mini-refrigerator in the room. He was really missing! The rooms have a TV with Russian channels, but I'm not a fan of TV, so it's not so important to me. The room is small, but everything fits. The balcony was overlooking the sea - thanks a lot to the owner of the hotel and the employee Ole! Also to Kadyr for his help in solving some issues! Very friendly people! In general, the hotel is suitable for those who come only to spend the night and do not cling to minor flaws. Room cleaning - garbage disposal every 2 days) change of towels - on request. We just threw them on the floor to make it clear. And they asked me to bring toilet paper a couple of times. There are one-time slippers and gels/shampoos. Pretty good quality.
Minibuses with an orange line run to Icmeler and Turuncha. 15 lire in 1 direction. We went to icon beach. Near Nirvana and Palace Beach. Places who love Instagram locations and dancing) Prices are not low, even by Moscow standards.
We only took breakfast. It's monotonous, but everything is fresh. We didn't go hungry) we took dinners a couple of times. 150 lire from the nose. It is quite diverse, tasty and satisfying. Fish, chicken, vegetables, chorba, side dishes, pastries (very tasty). Watermelon and melon are made from fruits. In general, the hotel is not bad for its money!
Good evening. I'm currently resting at the hotel. Three pieces. And that's all for three. The breakfasts are meager. The rooms are old. Today is the "Independence Day" holiday, dancing was requested. We even danced. And then the "not happy uncle" comes and turns everything off. Now we are listening to music from a nearby disco. Ruined everyone's vacation.
An overpriced hotel. It's not worth your money. Disappointment.
This is the best hotel! The food is on top, even though it's three, free wf, very cozy.I specially took a three-piece in Kemer, this three-piece and a five in Alanya to travel, and it was this hotel that came in the most!)
A solid three! Without your own beach. With proper nutrition and good Wi-Fi. A noisy location. There are bars and cafes around, open until 2, 3 nights! Not always a respectful attitude...
Nice hotel. Friendly staff of the hotel. Everything is clean. The room was cleaned every day. A variety of food. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The center is 15 minutes away.
I do not advise, the room stock is just rubbish in the Soviet Union, the food is normal as in an inexpensive dining room, the class of the hotel is a maximum of 2 stars of the type of a roadside hotel in Russia
It's better not to go here then if you choose a hotel and overpay twenty thousand and go to a normal four
We stayed at this hotel in July 2023. For a cosmic sum. With an additional fee for the sea view. In the end, it turned out to be a mistake. The noise from the cafe does not stop until 2 -3 a.m. And it's just terribly loud. The air conditioners barely work in the hotel. The Internet can also be said to be missing (thanks there is a nearby hotel😃) at the reception, the staff always go to a meeting. Thank them for their responsiveness. The rest of the staff (kitchen, maids (don't expect much cleaning) bar) are always unhappy faces, even feel sorry for them somehow. They won't smile or say hello in response. It was as if we were not in Turkey. The rooms are old, the hotel does not pull for three. There are much more decent threes in Marmaris. We will not return to this hotel.
Good afternoon! Just got back from this hotel. The impression is very good: convenient location, clean everywhere!,good food, polite staff. Those who have found flaws, it means they are spoiled with fives, and for three stars everything is very worthy, and, believe me, there are three much worse, I will not specify specifically.Separately, I want to thank Hadji (sorry if I misspelled the name) for the nice room in which you settled me! Thank you, good health to all, sincerely Tatiana
This is a great hotel! On one side is the city, on the other is the embankment. The food is excellent, meat, fish, vegetables, desserts every day. I recommend

We had a rest in August. One of the huge advantages: the location - it takes only one minute to walk to the sea; the hotel as a whole is almost in the center of all the turbulent life of Marmaris. Just for that, I'll give you another star.
Alas, the advantages end there.
The food is monotonous and tasteless. There were days when people literally fought over food because the choice was so meager and potatoes were the only edible dish. Once we were pampered with pide, the other day with shawarma (I mean only meat from a spit). Of the fruits, one bony watermelon every day. Vegetables are crumpled and tasteless tomatoes and the same cucumbers. The food is the same every day. There were glimpses sometimes - one position changed per day (and then not every day). Desserts include those made from cereals (something like shamabli) and rice pudding.
The rooms are dirty. I'm not exaggerating. We were put in a room with hair scattered in the corners, a layer of dust and a torn curtain. Thanks to the guide, we were moved to another room. Out of the worst, we chose the least worst.
Dirty linen, a blanket with a hole, towels were changed for us once a week - the day before our flight.
I am silent about the fact that they brought us bathroom accessories like shower gel and shampoo.
The water in the shower was cold. There is one free outlet in the room (there are three of them - for a TV and a refrigerator), and a room for two or three people. The fight is not only for food, but also for the outlet. 😂
The location of the hotel still has one drawback - it is very noisy. Parties in Marmaris last until the middle of the night. So if you're ready to fall asleep to the bass of a nearby restaurant…
This hotel has not been three stars for a long time. Attracts only perhaps by its location. Nothing else. We were led to good reviews and regretted it very much.
In principle, a three-star hotel is not bad, cozy, next to the sea in 2 minutes. You don't expect much from 3 *, the food is moderately normal (you won't stay hungry) the service is good. Room cleaning is optional. If you like to spend more time at sea, on walks, then a good budget option. We ate at the hotel, slept and the rest of the time was outside the hotel. And the location of the hotel is generally excellent!
The hotel was chosen on the principle of being cheaper. They took it at breakfast. We were ready for any eventuality. But to our general surprise, the hotel turned out to be even quite good. One of the advantages. The food for the three is good. The breakfast is typical, Turkish. We bought dinners for 150 lira, which is very humane compared to current prices in catering. The dinners are quite good. Cleaning was done every day, change of linen, towels as standard, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo, even disposable slippers, although the cheapest. There is a nice girl Olga at the reception, you can always ask some question. Very friendly. The hotel is literally a step away from the Blue Port shopping center with Migros. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to get to the center of Marmaris. Nearby on the embankment there is a water taxi stop to Icmeler and Marmaris. On particularly hot days, the temperature was over 40, they just jumped into the sea in swimsuits from the hotel, fortunately the buoys were quite clean. Saving on sun loungers) I can recommend the hotel for unpretentious and economical tourists, couples, friendly companies, families with teenage children. We lived in the building where the reception was, it was not noisy. Among the disadvantages - there is no refrigerator, weak Internet, only at the reception. But the latter can also be a plus if you want to take a break from work) A great excuse for management, who tends to pull employees even on vacation - there is no Internet)
Complete delight! Polite, attentive staff, the food was delicious and varied. The room was cleaned every day, linen and towels were clean and fresh. Cozy family hotel. It is not noisy at night, despite the proximity of the noisy embankment. To the sea 2 minutes on foot.

I rested at this hotel 2 times, the first time I took "everything is included", the choice of food is poor, so the second time I took only breakfast and here I realized the difference in relation to the staff, on the first day we sat in a company on the territory and drank whiskey from dutifrey, the manager came up to us and said that I did not "everything is included" therefore, you can not drink your drinks on the territory only in your room, (that is, a bottle of whiskey at the table, 3 people, 2 can drink, but I can not) but on this day he allows, after 20 minutes he sent a waiter with 2 glasses to treat himself to whiskey, I allowed to pour from the bottle, so this the "man" poured 100 grams into each glass, of course I did not take it away from him) but said that he was fucked up. After the manager dug in, I took a towel from the room to the pool, then the girl who poured coffee at their bar and treated me, the same waiter-bartender who had drained 200 ml of my whiskey before showed me why she was treating me?
Don't expect anything supernatural from this hotel! We've been in threes and better. Among the advantages: the location and the Russian-speaking staff. The food was monotonous, but the cooking was generally good. For lunch, there is only one type of bread and that white one, the absence of a toaster (it seems to me even in the most rotten hotel there is one). There is a paid and free beach, you can lie on your towels. Regarding the purity of the water in the sea, everything is fine before lunch, after lunch it is muddy, like on a river, in general, another time it is better to go to the neighboring Icmeler, it is quieter and cleaner there. Marmaris is for those who like to hang out.

If it were possible to put less than one star, I would definitely do it.
I understand that the hotel is 3*, but basic things must be observed. Let's start with the pros (surprisingly, they are there too):the first line of the sea (the beach is really a couple of minutes on foot), a beautiful view of the sea from the rooms in the 1st building (1403,1404,1405) the rest are side. They serve dinner at late check-in, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, it is stable enough, TV with Russian channels, +- fresh air conditioning. That's the end of the pros.
Minuses:
Okay, the hotel has not been renovated for a long time, OK, but it is so dirty that words cannot convey it. Dirt is everywhere-reception, dining area, plates, cutlery, sun beds the color of the earth, dirty pool, stained bar, dirty and frankly battered rooms.
The bar has low-quality alcohol and incompetent staff.
There was no cleaning in the rooms for 6 days, NOT ONCE!!! We even had to take the toilet paper ourselves.
Towels were changed once, after they threw everything to the door, but they constantly broke down to make the bed (the question is why?!)
They gave it is unclear what shampoos and gel, which gave off ammonia - we do not use, we carry everything of our own.
Breakfasts are a separate disappointment - although I don't eat in the heat, but even for me it was too much, there was absolutely nothing to eat for breakfast: they collected evening salads that were already rotten and all that was left.
Lunch and dinner - there was fish and chicken, there was no meat. If you were given dishes from the grill, then the staff with undisguised mockery will give you a piece at a time.
Dirty tables that are even scary and disgusting to look at - not what to eat at them. If you want to eat at a clean table, take a napkin and wipe it yourself, the staff does not do this.
This is the first time I've seen the staff eat with the guests…
The level of service is at zero, rudeness and disregard of all staff. But when the Turks began to settle in, the staff began to run everywhere and fuss like ants in order to ensure the comfort of their fellow citizens...judge for yourself.
Complete lack of entertainment , the pool is open until 6
A horde of hungry cats on the territory of the hotel
The only fruit was a watermelon
If tours there cost 40-60k for two - ok
And when you pay 100k+ for this unsanitary condition, it's too much
I strongly do not recommend it
The food is cold, even if you arrive at the beginning of lunch or dinner. There are no hooks in the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang clothes or a towel. There is no toilet paper holder..Little things, but they spoil the rest.
Very nice hotel, attentive staff. It was the first time, and we had a very good rest. Clean, cleaning every day!!! The only disadvantage is that Wi-Fi does not catch in the room. The advantages are very tasty food and talkative, friendly waiters
We stayed at this hotel from 13 to 08/19/2023. (full days)
I liked only the attitude of the staff (and then selectively - waiters and cooks) and the food tasted good. The rest:
1. Check-in
For the first time in Turkey, they did NOT immediately check in upon arrival (there were 4 and 5 and several times in 3*).
The three of us with a 6-year-old child arrived at 7 a.m. The receptionist (a Russian woman) said that check-in from 14h, did not go to the meeting, even for the tip offered, arguing that there were no available rooms, although they were 200%, the hotel load was not even 50%. We had to leave our suitcases at the reception, change our clothes in the toilet and wait by the pool.
2. The territory
It's dirty. By the time you get from the pool to the sunbed, your feet are dirty. The sun beds are also dirty
Cleaning, thank God, if once a week. We found the cleaning of the territory and the washing of sunbeds only once in our days.
3. The dining room.
It is small, given the fact that there are two five-storey buildings, seats for all are not exactly calculated (but since the load was not strong, in principle they were seated).
It is also not very clean. Some terrible filthy, gray with dirt and dust, tulle hang on the windows. It would be better if they took them off altogether and did not disgrace themselves, since they do not erase them.
4. Food, alcohol
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, without snacks (this is also the first time, even at 3 * at least cookies, but they give. Not here)
In principle, everything is delicious, we did not starve.
The assortment is not particularly rampant.
There are always boiled eggs for breakfast, several types of breakfast cereals for mixing with milk, if you're lucky you'll get fried omelets, rustic potatoes (by the way, they serve it at any meal (both for lunch and dinner), greens, olives, olives, a loaf, once there were pancakes.
For lunch and dinner, there is always rice in many variations, there were broccoli, cauliflower, once vermicelli, there is always one type of cream soup.
For dinner 2 times there was a cr. Fish, 2 times some kind of white fish, the rest of the days chicken and sometimes turkey. Cucumbers, tomatoes, salads, greens always.
Of the fruits, only watermelon. There are six types of pies, the practical ones are always the same.
From alcohol: gin, vodka, wine kr and bel., beer.
5. The room
It can be seen that not so long ago they did minimal repairs - they replaced the entrance doors, painted the walls.
The beds are normal (or we were lucky)
We were given a 4-bed room.
Furniture:
3 bedside tables (one of them has three legs, so it stands sandwiched between the beds so as not to fall)
The mirror is hanging, even without a frame. It is better not to touch children, so as not to cut themselves
Wardrobe
There is an air conditioner, tin is noisy, but we found a plus in this - it creates a background and you can't hear the noise on the street so much and you can even fall asleep.
There is nowhere to hang paper in the bathroom, you just have to put it on the floor, and there is always water, since towels are not pampered.
There is no glass for the brushes. We had a sink with a huge crack, which was strange to touch it, suddenly the floor of the sink would fall off on my feet.
There is also nowhere to hang a washcloth.
There is a hair dryer, it works.
6. Room cleaning
She's not here. The maid came every day, noting this only by making the beds.
Towels, linen change, soap and soap, toilet paper - everything is on demand. I swept the sand a couple of times at the entrance.
In general, THIS IS THE WORST 3* of all the 3 that we have been.
We were in Marmaris for the first time, the sea is dirty. Alanya and Kemer are cleaner
03-09 October 2022 For the first time I was on vacation in Turkey alone, I chose a budget hotel for a long time and stayed at Serin 3*. A good hotel-small, clean, cozy, quiet. The staff is polite. The furniture is not new, but clean. The garbage was taken out every day, cleaning on request. The air conditioner was working. I had a view from the balcony to the sea, the only drawback is that there is no refrigerator in the room. The food is delicious at home.Wi-Fi caught perfectly at the reception and by the pool. The sea is 5 minutes away. There is no private beach. There are many coffee shops and bars with their own beach on the shore-you can buy any drink and sunbathe on the beach all day. The sun beds are good with a mattress, the sea is clean, Marmaris is a party town and you will not be bored. I recommend the hotel. Have a great rest.
We had a rest in July 2023.
In general, there were no high expectations, we understood where we were going. But I would probably say that this is not a 3-star hotel, but a guest house.
We took only breakfast, for another 10,000 thousand it was possible to take everything inclusive, but we decided that it would be better to walk and eat in the city, since there were few reviews on food.
The breakfasts for all 7 days have not changed once =)
Omelette, fried soy sausages, fried potatoes, boiled eggs. Bread, butter, cucumbers, tomatoes and some greens. There was also jam and cereal. The coffee machine broke down every other time, well, the coffee was relative there = (The tea boller also worked every other time, but the cooler with water worked stably.
The room was cleaned on the first day, then they stopped coming, they clarified at the reception how often they cleaned, they said that once every three days, but at our request they cleaned on the day we asked and what is most interesting, then they cleaned every day. So we did not understand, once every three days there is cleaning, or if you are silent, then they will clean once, if you ask, then every day. After cleaning, the garbage was only taken out of the bucket, the sand was poured at the entrance and remained😅
There is no safe in the room, you can store it in a special safe on the ground floor for $ 1 per day.
Water is also not brought to the room, there is one cooler near the pool, so get some water.
Overall, the impressions were pleasant, but for me personally, it wasn't 3 ⭐️ We were in different hotels. Both very good and average, but the same three in the Side was much more pleasant.
For those who do not plan to stay at the hotel, but want to travel around the city and on excursions, this option is suitable, since it is conveniently located in the center, and there is an exit directly to the beach. (Though it doesn't look like an exit, we went around for the first few days, until they showed us which corner to turn and go straight to the embankment)
But if you want to relax in a hotel, then I definitely do not recommend it.
We rested from 06/27.23 to 07/24.23
Room 2306 was clean but half, the floors were dirty and there was a dirty sheet "a trace of a dirty hand"
The sheets were changed without any problems.
The room stock is shabby, the furniture is tired, the mattress on one side was completely collapsed due to broken springs, the walls seem to have been painted not so long ago.
They gave out 2 medium and 2 small towels, they don't give out towels for the beach, you need to bring your own or you will buy them at the local market.
The air conditioner was working, but we only found out about it on the second day because it is very old and the remote control is pressed with great effort.
TV is working, you can find a couple of Russian channels (TNT on channel 358)
Wi-Fi is only available at the reception and a little on site.
There is an elevator, there is more or less a swimming pool, but until 18:30
Food 3 times a day if everything is included, mainly chicken or turkey, once there was fish for lunch, in the morning the most delicious fried eggs.
The food is all salty and almost everything tastes the same, but you will not stay hungry.
The beach is nearby but shared, there are many cafes on the embankment (prices correspond) all the sun beds are cafe-style, you can rent any one for an order at the bar, for example, iced tea will cost 50 liras to carry
We liked the Stella cafe, reasonable prices, good milkshakes, and Wi-Fi is better than in a hotel, if the Wi-Fi password is relevant stella2023😉
For tours, I recommend an excursion to the Aegean Islands, we liked it
The food is fine, you will not go hungry, the chefs and waiters try to make your stay pleasant. They are cleaned every day. The staff solves problems. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning was working. Only there was a huge stain of streaks on the ceiling. Adults should go on vacation, although there is a swimming pool for children. If I return to Marmaris, I will come back to this hotel.
I had a rest in the Screenshot from 1 05 2023 to 8 05 2023 number 1406, and I'll tell you, you won't find it better for Russian tourists! Firstly, the best hotel manager, Mehmet Selim Samsa, perfectly accepts Russian tourists, I would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff and especially to manager Suleiman, waiter Musa and of course the head chef who creates culinary masterpieces. I can say one thing if I go to Turkey again, then only to Serin.
Thank you so much for your hospitality, care and kindness!
The youth hotel is based on the principle of spending the night, for three very good breakfasts (boiled eggs, fried, a bunch of feta cheeses, etc., sausage and ham, yogurt)custard tea, vegetables. In general, there were no high expectations.
Our room was a little cramped, the air conditioning was working, which is a huge plus!
The most impressive excursion in Marmaris was the Aegean Islands 👍👍👍👍
Of the cons, the beach is of course nearby, but the whole area is filled with paid sun beds, we went to the municipal
A good hotel for unassuming guys. A clean, cozy hotel, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, you will not stay hungry. The only thing is that the menu is not so diverse. It is better to take breakfast, and have lunch / dinner in a cafe. A good budget option! I recommend it:-)
