It is very convenient, especially when you are going to Poland. Make an electronic registration and go for an overnight stay. 10 minutes from the border, parking for a car here, on the territory, behind the gate. On the way there is a shop where you can buy groceries for dinner and breakfast or you can use delivery services (coordinates are available in the house). The apartment has everything you need: kitchen, shower, comfortable bed, Underfloor heating. Wi-fi. However, I couldn't turn on the electric stove, but maybe we just didn't "agree" with her, I didn't ask the owner any questions. I used the microwave. There are not enough outlets for connecting appliances and recharging equipment. You can advise the owners to buy one "tee". As it is, everything is fine.

I recommend the apartment was with my family on March 9th to March 10th, the 24th year is very clean, the renovation is fresh, the most important thing is the beds are clean, the bed linen is clean, the shower toilet is perfect, thank you very much, we rested very well and were satisfied!!!

Not bad. The beds for two are a bit narrow, but the mattresses are good. The cabinets are a little old. There is no recreation area - except for the table in the kitchen, the company has nowhere to sit. Although a place for a sofa and armchairs can be found . They require not to leave the dishes in the sink, and the hood is dirty. And it's dusty.

Lovely guest house, stayed for 4 nights in April. It is convenient if you are by car , 5-7 minutes drive to the center. A pleasant area with a gazebo where you can barbecue . Questions are only for the kitchen set , it already needs repair .

The owner Sergey is running a DISHONEST business.
1. Declares a free booking. FICTION - requires prepayment, threatening to cancel the reservation. unfair.
2. They tried to reduce the stay to 2 nights (for personal reasons) - BLACKMAIL. They demanded to pay the amount for 3 nights, arguing that accommodation would be unavailable.

A cottage in a quiet private sector. Convenient access, 10 minutes by car to the city, closed Parking. There are three beautiful lakes nearby.
The cottage is divided into several rooms with isolated entrances. We only met with other residents in the parking lot. There are three large gazebos with barbecue grills on the territory. The sound insulation is good. The renovation was done with soul and good taste. Everything works, the cleanliness is perfect, the rooms are spacious, the linen is new. The room is equipped with everything you need for comfort and any household chores.
The hosts are very nice and helpful people.

The place is very nice, clean, well maintained, the owner is very pleasant, although we talked on the phone. The prices are very decromatic, in relation to other cities of the Republic of Belarus. The reality corresponds to the picture. Such a simple fact that a family with children has been coming there from somewhere near Moscow for several years speaks for itself. I was surprised by the climate in Brest. Some 700 kilometers from Smolensk, but it is 10 degrees warmer. People are friendly. Well, one of the disadvantages, how can it be without them, is the lack of public transport. The taxi fare is about 7 rubles. Or someone on duty at the wheel. In general, this is even a plus. Sobriety is the norm of life. There were 4 adults and 4 children: two dads with daughters and a couple with two preschool children. Everyone liked it. Recommend. Which doesn't happen to me very often.

We didn't like the room. Initially, we booked a normal room with a discount. Then it "turned out" that there were some problems with this number. We were offered a room with a sauna. We agreed, because it was not convenient for us to change the hotel, we were vacationing with friends.
The reservation for the previous room was canceled at the booking office, but the new room was not officially confirmed. It turns out that we can't leave a review on the booking, because it's like we didn't live there.
I did not like the room because it is in the basement, it is always dark and humid there. This is not a room with a sauna, but a sauna with beds. The shower was in the sauna... This is completely inconvenient, after I washed, the water stood near the sink for 2 days.
Towels, like bed linen, have seen better days. Since we were with a child, we were somewhat squeamish.
I must pay tribute, my friends had a cool room on the 1st floor. Wi-Fi was bad both for us and for them.

В целом хорошо, но... Бронировали заранее. Но уже перед заездом, когда нам тяжело было что менять, хозяин сообщил, что не может предоставить нам заказанный номер и предложил выбрать другой. Мы согласились. Но никак не ожидали, что это будет цокольный этаж, баня. Низкие потолки, отсутствие нормальных окон и душновато. Ни вентилятора, ни кондиционера нет. Места много. Изначально заказывали через букинг, но так как пришлось поменять, то все прошло мимо букинга, следовательно там отзыв оставить не можем. Хозяин радушный.

Attention! It's a scam!
I booked this accommodation from May 25 to 26, 2017 for a working trip to a conference in Brest.
I wrote an "official" request to Sergey in viber with a pre-booking (by phone), after which he called me a few days later and I confirmed that we would arrive!
BUT... on the evening of the 25th, when you need to check in, the head calls, and they tell him that he got there wrong.
When I called, it turned out...the apartment has already been rented to other people!
And due to the fact that the Brest Biker Festival will take place on May 27, it is very difficult to rent an apartment or a hotel!
This is the first time I have encountered such an unfair situation,
I hope you will take this into account when choosing an apartment.
