We stayed at the Serenity alpha beach hotel.The hotel is beautiful, large territory, several swimming pools, buffet, restaurants, entertainment program every day. Very polite staff, always ready to help. The room is clean, but a little shabby. The room was cleaned every day. The bar in the room was replenished with drinks daily, which is very pleasant. The beach is clean, there are many sun beds, there is a bar nearby, there is a shower room. Spending time at the hotel was wonderful, we will definitely come back!!!

Excellent sea with clear water. The landscaped territory of the hotel. Friendly staff. Sandy beach to the surf line. However, there is no sandy smooth entrance to the sea. It is difficult for those who cannot swim and small children to swim. But if you go down the stairs from the pier to the sea and put your head under the water, you will have a great view of the coral reef and its inhabitants.

there is no Internet in the hotel, by no means at the reception they constantly say that there will be "tomorrow", but there is no Internet! There were no slippers and bathrobes in the hotel, although the hotel is 5 stars! it was in very poor condition dirty and defects everywhere: broken tiles on the floor dirty and old blankets, pillows with stains also the balcony was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell everywhere, there was a TV, but it worked very poorly also the same situation was in the yard: tiles were broken everywhere dirty towels by the pool and sunbeds also on the the beach beds are in poor condition, the towels are dirty, if you wanted natural you had to pay, only circles and mojitos were delicious!
The waiters only notice women constantly looking at my girlfriend!
There was even a situation when a hotel employee touched her by the pool, it was ugly and very unpleasant. There is a downpour near the pool, which closes very poorly, I broke my leg a little. then I called the doctor, only after 1 hour the "assistant" of the doctor came who did not even examine my girlfriend, said that she was allergic and began to give her an injection, although he does not understand medicine at all, it all took 15 minutes that he just talked to us. We paid $150! They said that you already have insurance compensation.
And upon arrival at the airport, Blue style employees met us and sold us a visa for $ 27, although later we found out that the visa price was $ 25, it was very unpleasant that it was the travel agency that was deceiving us! We are dissatisfied with the rest, we spent money and time, we were very disappointed to lose our vacation!!

We stayed at the hotel from February 2 to 11, 2023. Mostly Germans aged 50+ stayed at the hotel, there were couples with young children. The hotel is designed for a relaxing stay, one Russian-speaking manager works at the reception from about 12 o'clock. The rooms are large, open daily in the morning, quickly and unobtrusively. The beach is large sand, coral entry into the water, only in special shoes, you can swim only from the pier or into the pool, the heated pool is not very large, they conduct aqua aerobics classes in it, it's fun enough.During this period of time, strong winds, during the day up to 25 in a sheltered place up to plus 30, there was always a red flag at sea near the coastline, but from the pier, if you swim well, you can swim. it's cold in the evening, the temperature drops to +13, the air conditioner in the room does not work for heating, so it's cool, we took extra blankets. Separately, I put a large +++ restaurant, clean, everything is cleaned quickly, there are no queues, the food is varied, for every taste. There is no such thing as someone who managed to eat it. Everything is replenished in a timely manner. It's a bit boring for outdoor enthusiasts. The gym is small and the photos posted on the hotel's website were taken at its opening, the simulators are 30% in disrepair, no more than 7 people can practice at the same time, and since the Germans are active people, they simply cannot get into the gym from 16 o'clock. We went on excursions to Luxor and Cairo. Despite the fact that the trip to Cairo was easier. We went to see the fish on the bathyscaphe, there were a lot of small children, they really liked it. And we were also very lucky to have a separate guide, Ihab. We were like behind a stone wall behind him, he solved all the issues, he was constantly in touch. Thank him very much. I recommend the hotel to those who are tired and want to relax in a peaceful environment. And yet, despite the fact that there were no more than 10 Russians in the hotel, the attitude is very good both from the hotel staff and from vacationers.

We have been staying at this hotel since January 15, 2022. There are no complaints about the Intourist, everything is fine. The hotel is nice, clean, linen, towels are all snow-white, our room was not new, but everything is working, the water is hot, the pressure is excellent, washing facilities, tea, coffee, water in the room are updated daily. We checked in at 10 a.m. without talking. The food is excellent, beef is cooked perfectly, chicken, fish, grilled outside, there is also meat or chicken, shrimp, salmon, vegetables, salads, potatoes are cooked in a very diverse way, pastries in the morning, cakes at dinner, good cheeses, I will not mention everything. There is a lot of food, it is fresh, varied and delicious. Coffee from the vending machine is not a masterpiece. The wine is quite good, dry, the beer is an ordinary lager. The Germans drank heavily and did not wince. I didn't drink strong stuff. There is a restaurant on the beach, not an extensive menu, but it is quite possible not to go to lunch, but to have a snack there: pizza, burgers, potatoes with fish, salads, fruit salad, ice cream. Beach. The entrance is from the pier, the stairs have been knocked down, but they are working, the reef is fabulous. In January, we swam quietly, but we are from St. Petersburg, it is warm everywhere after Lake Ladoga. Sun beds, umbrellas, everything is working, everywhere there are bins, ashtrays, not new, but it performs its functions. The pool is heated, very warm, very comfortable to swim in. There are bars by the pools too. The animation is in the same place. Yoga, stretching, step, aqua aerobics, some kind of games. The audience was mostly elderly, silence, peace, that's what I need. In the evening there is music and dancing in the bar. But it's not disco. The "Elderly flex" completely satisfied me. The staff, no complaints, everywhere and everywhere, everyone is kind, sweet and courteous, waiters circle the tables, clean the dishes, bring drinks, tirelessly wondering if everything is good. The hotel restaurant is clean, everything is washed, tinder, swept constantly. Some observers are walking around, watching to see if everything is on top. Special thanks to the chef, many of the dishes were very tasty, you can feel the hand of a professional. In January, it is cold in the evenings, the hotel is not heated, the rooms are cool, you need to dress warmly. But in the morning the sun is shining and you can sunbathe and swim. Spa: we bought a massage, 12 sessions, two of them with a scrub and a Jacuzzi, along with a massage you can visit the sauna. Bargain about the price. We bargained for 25,000 rubles, it was worth it. Masseuse Dahlia, it's just a song, made my vacation. I bought 1kg of coconut scrub at the spa for 20 bucks...There are no words, as if you have turned into a Raphael. Don't go on an excursion to Hurghada, it's a waste of money and time, there's nothing there, just a divorce. Luxor, well, it's a long drive, there are a lot of people, ruins are like ruins, only big ones. Bedouin tea is fenugreek seeds, no one needs rupees a kilo, oils are also not impressed, although I bought them on the beach at a hair and massage store, do not forget to discount the price twice when you bargain. We had no problems with the gastrointestinal tract. The overall impression of Egypt is good, the hotel is wonderful, thanks a lot to all the employees. I recommend the hotel to lovers of silence, delicious food, relaxation. I consider all bad reviews to be custom-made. Among the disadvantages: not a well-maintained gym.

A good hotel, the territory is large. The cuisine is specific, but I think it depends on the season! There are restaurants and swimming pools on site! Entrance to the sea from the pier as the coast is coral! There is not enough sand on the beach, but in general it is fine!
