The staff responds quickly and is friendly to requests and problem solving. There are practically no Russian speakers. The hotel is more designed for Europeans. Among the vacationers are Germans, Poles, British, a few Muslims and Russians. The hotel has few pensioners and children, few young people. The sea is often not calm, a red flag. There is a dive house on the beach with a good price-$35 for 25 minutes. There are few free sunbeds on the beach, but they were found. It is often windy, although according to reviews, there is no wind. On the beach, they often come up with offers of excursions- it's better to take them, because hotel guides make a big mark-up. The reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish! We stayed at this hotel on purpose, because it has such a reef! Don't forget to bring your snorkeling gear! Surprisingly, it was very cool in the evenings!warm clothes are not in vain by the way. It's nice to sit outside every evening and listen to live music. There are different performers every day. There are shows on weekends. A hotel for a relaxing holiday, without parties.

The food is great, there are seafood, lots of cool cheeses, fruits, berries and nutella) You can sign up for restaurants three times (which are paid). We had a rest in November, lived in the main building, the rooms are a bit old, but clean. The air conditioner makes terrible noise, the balcony was opened, but it is worth considering that events take place until about 23:00 and, accordingly, everything is audible in the room. The territory is huge: a water park, attractions, swimming pools (one of them is heated). There is a shuttle to the beach, we usually did not wait and walked by ourselves, the driver stopped and drove us. I want to warn you that the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are not presentable. One day, the pier was closed due to the wind. Three times we were given the opportunity to book restaurants with different cuisines, you need to think about booking in a couple of days, since there is a lot of demand. The food is varied and delicious, and the drinks at the bar are excellent. There were bartenders who make cocktails not according to the bar card, but there are few of them. All the staff are friendly and helpful, they didn't ask for tips themselves, but we left them. Dollars were exchanged for a smaller bill at the reception, they can be exchanged for lira in a currency exchange with a small commission. The staff is English-speaking, only one knew Russian well. There are more guests from Europe. In my opinion, Alma is designed for recreation with children, since there was an animation program every day, alpha has older vacationers. By 17:00, the pier, pool and water park were closed, it was boring until 19-20:00. There was a live performance a couple of times in the evening. For $13, you can smoke a hookah on the street or on the balcony. In principle, I recommend staying at this hotel, the staff is open to communication. It may be a bit far to live near the water park, but it will save you from the party noise. I think this hotel has paid for itself.

The sea: the pier is often closed due to the waves, the entrance from the shore is terrible. In general, the beach is not very good: rocky, unkempt. I liked the hotel. The food is delicious, the choice is very large. I also liked the drinks, including alcoholic ones. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are no problems with sun beds. The audience is democratic, without pathos, you don't have to dress up. Ten-year-old shorts and a pair of T-shirts will be enough 👍That is, complete relaxation. But the main advantage of the hotel is entertainment for children: water park, luna park, etc. The child was busy all day 👍 If you find fault, then you can note the tired numbers, but it didn't bother us, since they only came to sleep 😉 In general, we are completely satisfied with the rest. We hope to come to this hotel again.

A great hotel for a holiday with or without children. The territory of the hotel is quite large and spacious. There are 5 separate restaurants with different cuisines of the world (visit by appointment), the main restaurant and an Italian restaurant with open access. The menu of restaurants open to the public differs only for dinner. The breakfast menu itself is quite meager, which cannot be said about the lunch or evening menu: there is at least meat or chicken to choose from, about 2-3 times a week fish appears on the menu. There are many types of ready-made dishes and up to 3 types of dishes are prepared at the counters to order (2-3 minutes). The overall feeling of the kitchen is excellent! The number of bars on the territory of the hotel (hotels, there are 2 of them from the same chain) is also good. In whatever part of the hotel you are, you will be able to find a bar where you can take water or drinks (including alcoholic), almost all the main types of alcohol are present, the only one, wine and champagne I have seen only in isolated cases and then from other vacationers. The quality of the drinks is very good. The staff at the hotel is super friendly and polite, it's worth mentioning that this is my first trip to Egypt, but when compared with other countries, the behavior of the staff is dramatically different in a pleasant way. The waiters unobtrusively approach and ask about drinks, and when ordering they bring them within 5 minutes. No one at the hotel has ever asked for a tip or an additional payment. At least a few standard phrases in Russian are known by every employee, but it is easier to explain in English or German. Speaking of the population of hotels, the bulk of vacationers are Germans (up to 70%), followed by the British, French and Russians. A few words about the beach. There are enough sun beds for vacationers, but the condition is quite tired, just like umbrellas. The main access to the sea is expected through the pier, since the beach is located on a reef. The reef is beautiful, in the morning the fish are trying to get to know you and pose for the camera, but an hour after the pier opens, all the animals swim deeper because of the number of people. The bathing area is limited to about 20 meters from the pier in each direction, but in October, for example, this is more than enough not to swim over each other's heads.

I advise you to buy a case for underwater shooting (ONLY BUY AT HOME!!!!!) in the hotel, the most discount-free costs 6 bucks, on the WB the same 100 rubles))))) The sea is mega warm, but you definitely need special shoes. At the pier, they can give free fins and a mask to swim and look at the fish. We had our own, but I consider it a nice bonus) The pool is cold in October, just noticeably cold....a cool swimming pool with waves, a huge water park. The rooms are frankly tired, it's noisy at night somewhere until 00:30, while the conder makes noise like an airplane turbine at 1 speed. Cleaning is good, every day) The staff is absolutely friendly, everyone will say hello to you and wish you a good day! NO ONE IS ASKING FOR A CHANGE!!!! I think this is a huge plus. They pour alcohol a lot and everywhere))) In general, I advise the hotel with all my hands and feet. There will be children, we will definitely come here with them)

A wonderful hotel for families with children. We lived here for a week, went to the sea once - a beach with a rocky entrance to the water up to the waist, strictly in coral. Or, as in Charm, along the pier and immediately into the depth. Yes, there is a good reef there, but the lifeguard whistles like he's out of his mind if you sail more than 10 meters away from the pier. There is a bus service between this hotel and the beach every 10 minutes. The hotel itself has a wonderful swimming pool, a children's water park with slides for small children, as well as a full-fledged adult water park with large slides. Even people over 120 kg in weight are allowed, everything is done reliably. In addition, there is an amusement park on the territory of the hotel, they are also in perfect order, there is a race track, carousels, roller coasters, etc. There is a snack area next to the water park. There are not just French fries or burgers, but also pizza, rice with meat, and salads. There are bars throughout the territory, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are poured everywhere, the staff is friendly, they hardly speak Russian, there were mostly Germans in the hotel (in July 2023). The cuisine is diverse, high-quality, there are many dishes, the chef watches, goes out and looks at who eats what, how the waiters work, the staff is well-trained. There is a grill area and fresh tortillas. They served rolls, yes, almost like in a normal sushi bar! And large grilled shrimps were for dinner every few days. There is nowhere to walk from the hotel, there is a desert around, but there are shops and a pharmacy right on site, as well as an ATM and even a whole bank. Currency exchange at the ATM at the reception. The Internet in the hotel is given 8 gigabytes per room, catches throughout the territory. Either for free and unlimited - next to the reception. Ala-kart restaurants have not been visited, but they are also praised - Italian, Egyptian and Asian. To visit them, you need to buy a bracelet of a different level, more expensive. We recommend rooms in building 5000 - this is the golden mean between the noisy area of the water park and attractions, as well as the concert area next to the dining room. Most likely, we will come again, honestly, the hotel is very good! This is some kind of new formation of hotels that follow trends and change according to the expectations of vacationers.

The hotel is cool for a large family, in March the pools are cold, the wind is cold. But there is a heated swimming pool on site. The cuisine is good for Egypt. The whole area is well maintained. The staff is really not very friendly, even arrogant, but it does not bother. The restaurant by the pool serves delicious pizza, pasta, chicken pieces, fish, burgers. The lunopark is very decent for both kids and adults. We bought a lot of tickets at once and rode all the attractions in 2 days. On the territory of the 1st line there is a golf course, a volleyball net. In the evening, a disco until 23.

A shuttle went to the sea. It takes about 10 minutes on foot. The reef from the pier is very beautiful and deep. However, we were unlucky, we were allowed to swim only 2 times during the whole vacation. Near the shore, the sand is mixed with chopped corals.

a great hotel for families with children, we were on the second coastline where there is a water park, we lived on floor G, with a terrace. The staff is not all Russian-speaking, but everyone understands. They are very responsible guys, they are responsible for everything that was done 5***** and higher.! Well done. The rooms are not very new but clean and spacious with comfortable large beds, which is very rare. The food is very tasty and varied, you chew constantly, cook a lot on the grill, any drinks and delicious!❤ Super kids rode carousels every evening several times in a row. The second hotel is newer but boring, quiet, there is no entertainment, everyone went to the one where the water park is, watch evening shows, they go at 21:30 hours- modestly, without pathos. In Turkey, there were very cool animations at Longbeach, but the food is more dietary. We ordered a trip to Cairo for 5 people separately from everyone just by going to the store in Hurghada on the marina embankment for $ 350. The result is a separate minibus, without strangers, our own guide, 2 drivers, they took us to the museum, pyramids, papyrus factory, fed us in a restaurant for this money. very cool guys. the name of the store will be in the photo. Cairo is very similar to a garbage dump, but we did not go to the city but to look at the history of Egypt, so no comments. the beach is not for swimming for children, but the coral reef is very beautiful and there is a place for swimming and diving.
