Great hotel! We had a family vacation on my birthday! The cleanliness in the rooms leaves nothing better to do, even if you leave money, even if not, the cleaning does not change! The territory is not large, but it is well thought out! The food is a bit monotonous! Animation, great guys, it was fun, the child still remembers MiMi! The delivery to the beach is constant, it does not bother, and it takes 5 minutes on foot. The beach is good, the sand, there have always been places! In general, I recommend it!!!

We were from 13.09 to 24.09, four of us-2 adults and 2 children (10 months and 5 years old). We arrived in the Urals without delay, without power for 5 hours. Transfer to the hotel in an hour. We arrived at 23.30, quickly received a room (without extra charge) on the 5th floor 534 (we asked for the 2nd floor).We went down to -1, ate sandwiches with tea. The room is small, everything suited us, because with a 10-month-old child. The view of the mountains and the houses of the locals is quiet and there is no sun, which is good, because the air conditioner is old and noisy. We, the heat lovers, hardly turned it on. Pool view-noisy, constant traffic. The numbers are 535,532 more. In the room there is a refrigerator with juices, gas and plain water, kettle-tea, coffee, cream (replenished every day), toilet, shower, hair dryer, shampoos, conditioners, hair dryer, shower gel, towels, disposable slippers in the closet, safe for a fee (we did not need it). The room is clean, but we did additional cleaning ourselves, because the child was crawling on the floor (laminate). Cleaning the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, etc. Women are cultured and executive. TV 4 channels-TNT, Russia, Russia 24 and fortune telling. Very high audibility in the rooms. I chose for myself with walnuts, very tasty, but it was only 3 days. There were enough plates, appliances, and tables. The waiters work smartly. The Internet is used in lobi, in the rooms for a fee. It was enough for us to sit and chat in Lobi in the evening. The pools were tested with my grandson 1 time (when there was a storm at sea). There is a children's slide, 2 adults, 4 slides. I do not advise going to the pool with children, so as not to catch rotavirus.(there were sick guests in the hotels). There is animation (weak, not like before) for children and adults.1 time there was a foam disco for everyone in the afternoon. Other entertainment is available, as usual, aqua aerobics, bocce on the beach, etc. The attitude of all staff to the guests is very good. Aida, a friendly girl, (looking for shopping) answers all questions, tells and tells you where to go, get there. For example, she told us how to get to the Ancient Side -a stop across the street where there is a traffic light, 30TL or 1€$ per adult, children used in one direction. From there, bus 2 is in the parking lot, say "Serenis" when boarding and will stop where it is necessary. We did not go into the reviews of previous guests much, as we understood the big picture - the place is not bad, you can go. We had to insist on our own and not pay anything, since we had already paid for the room on the tour. We were immediately given a schedule in Russian for what and at what time. The room is small, the bathroom is combined. The big omission of the designer is probably that the glass in the shower is transparent and you understand yourself, the one who sits on the toilet while you take a shower sees everything, as well as vice versa. In general, the food is good: various side dishes (rice, ptitim, spaghetti. There were only two mashed potatoes), chicken, fish, grilled vegetables, stewed veal with vegetables, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, olives, olives, etc. There is no children's menu at all, the children are all with French fries, spaghetti and nuggets. Children might eat meat with a side dish, but everything is hot, spicy and spicy, in my opinion there is nothing to feed a small child. One fries with spaghetti and nuggets? Of course, it can be seen in some places that the hotel is already in need of repair and renovation, but we did not notice anything critical. A mini bus from the hotel takes you to the beach every 15-20 minutes there and back. We walk fast, it took us 8-10 minutes to walk to the sea. The beach area is also good, large: a bar, you can make yourself a burger for a snack, cold beer, water, soda. A clean toilet. You come in the morning, everything is cleaned and tidy. There is a great lack of animation for both adults and children, that they don't have animation there every evening, for 3 minutes. I would really like the administration to pay attention to the situation with towels on the sun beds. We are Russian people, we are used to relaxing by the sea and not by the pool, but still sometimes I wanted to swim in cool water, so it is impossible to lie down on a sunbed! Guests have been running since 7 a.m. to throw their towel on the sunbed, thereby "scoring" it for themselves, and this towel lies there all day even though there is no one on it, and some even leave it in the evening… Why doesn't anyone clean them up or come up with rules? It's good that there is no such thing on the beach. Wi-Fi is free only on the 1st floor where the reception is and when in the evening everyone sits down with a glass of beer on the phone to sit, the speed leaves much to be desired, but you can chat calmly on WhatsApp. In general, we liked it) The staff is smiling and polite, no one speaks Russian, either English or German - translator to help or broken English, as a result, everyone understands each other))) There are many Germans among the guests. Overall, the hotel is good. We had a rest in the first half of August. I liked everything except cleaning. They just took out the trash every day and folded the bed. The towels were changed only after the claim at the reception. Beach towels were handed over for washing daily. The sea is amazing. (The warm current played a role) , you don 't even need to get used to it . The shuttle to the sea is regular, I walked with a 7-year-old girl sometimes only in the morning. In the afternoon, although it is up to 10 minutes walk, it is hot. But my friend, a Russian German woman, walked all the time and enjoyed walking. One day the shuttle broke down in the evening, but the driver took us by private transport. (They tipped 5 euros).
We were satisfied with the rest. It is better to ask for rooms with a higher view of the pool. Then there will be a sea view. In general, I think it is already visible from many rooms and from the 2nd floor

We spent two weeks in this hotel in 2022. I liked the kitchen, the territory is large, the staff is wonderful. Its own beach with an almost full-fledged dining menu. There was a bus to the sea. There is a lot of entertainment, including for children. Side is 15 minutes away by minibus.

Do not choose this hotel. I had a vacation in September-October 2024,
it's not worth the price at all. It pulls in fact by 3*, but the price is taken as for 5 *. Therefore, I put 2 points, both for poor quality and at the same time unreasonably inflated price. The Germans paid 1.5 times less for a similar room. the weather was great, the sea too, but the hotel is not very consistent....The most disgusting thing is eating (3 times a day) the restaurant and all the bars. Meals for 3 points, bars for 5 * - clear 2 , WiFi for 3 points, bus to the beach -5 points, the beach and the lack of everything pleasant that happens (besides the sea) for 3, cleaning and a bar in the room for 2 points. There are 4 bars, except for "vinishko" white and red and beer- there is nothing else. Even in the lobby bar, which is usually the most packed, there is no champagne, brandy and whiskey of local bottling, BUT there is no money either - the bars pull for a 5* hotel for a clear two at school. Everything seemed to be in the restaurant, but it was disgustingly inedible, I would have put only 3 to the chef for cooking. Although the assortment is not bad - there are a lot of fruits and good, there are a lot of sweets, but I need food and edible food. The Germans ate bowls of fries and spaghetti, but to choose five stars and eat such food as spaghetti every day - well, it does not even pull at 4 stars. The fish was dry and salted, there was a grill, but always the white chicken meat was dry and overcooked. So all 14 days, after the first week, the rest was greatly spoiled. There is also a Migros with food and alcohol far away. There is not even background music anywhere, especially on the beach or at least in a beach bar. There is no adult animation (fitness charging with good music) on the beach either. The sea is cool, clean, but the sun beds are arranged like in a camp barrack, one close to the other. From your face to your neighbor's face is 10 cm. How do you like it? A beach bar for three, shabby, without music, beer- it seems like it's not beer at all. The bus was running at 5, everything was clear, without breakdowns. Room cleaning: if you didn't leave any lira at the beginning of the check-in, then you will be left without cleaning for the whole vacation, I carried bottled water myself. The minibar in the room is non-alcoholic and is stated in the services. But you will not wait, only 1 time upon arrival. I myself, once every three days, carried supplies from her cart. The Germans give them tips in euros for everything, no one in the hotel wants to do their job without them. I've encountered such a top five 1 time. Perhaps there was a rest by the pool in a different way, but by the sea - only weak ones are attracted to 3 stars, I had a lot of rest earlier at 3 * and 4*, it was fun, especially in the evening, I ate acceptable, sometimes very tasty. And here, sometimes, and never, never, and nowhere. WiFi is only at the reception and lobby on the 1st floor, respectively, everyone came at the same time after dinner in the evening, well, it's clear that WiFi barely pulled. No need to choose this hotel, there are 3* and 4* better organized, and the price tag will be lower.

I have just returned with my son from a vacation spent there, and I will never return to Serenis.
We were settled for about 4 hours! And this is with a child. I came up several times, and until I started swearing, there was no room available. We waited for the guy who would bring our suitcase to the room to come running! And I didn't need it, I could do it myself. But they refused me. It turns out that the guy earns so much. Until she gave me the money, I didn't leave.
The room is clean, cleaned every day, but the floors are not washed. The food is varied, but not for children. For them, the maximum is French fries and a hamburger patty. Only chicken and fish are made of meat. Meat-eaters won't get high here. There is simply no animation. That's probably the moment when we ran to the toilet - she was there. But she wasn't with us.
The bus to the sea is regular. There are no questions. Aida is selling a jacket and fur coat shop on the beach. Don't get fooled if you don't have to. Although the quality is excellent there.
There are only Germans who smoke all the time. The hotel staff are not oriented towards Russians at all. There is even a feeling of neglect.
I would never go to this hotel again, even if I had been fully paid for my trip.

A very good hotel for 4+ Returned the other day from there, after reading the reviews, I went worried that everything would be bad. But again, it depends on why you are going. We needed the sea, the beach, a beach bar, slides, a warm pool and delicious food. That's all we got.
The sea - we walked there, because the mini bus from 9 and towels too (we handed them in at 12 p.m. and received new ones at one or two days, because they do not change a towel for a towel, but only a towel-card once a day), we drove back from the sea, since it was already It's hot. But the transport runs back and forth and it's very fast, you don't have to wait. From 12 to one o'clock, the driver has lunch, then again in a circle from 13 to 18. Walk for a maximum of 10 minutes, the two of us with a 9-year-old child walked faster.
Lunch is from 12.30 to 14.00, tortillas are made from 11 to 15, fruits and burgers are also given in the bar at some point, they make shawarma, something like crumbs of potatoes, fries, etc. they try to diversify, well done. Ice cream is served at the pool bar from 15 to 16. Drinks, tea, coffee, sweet, plain water, ayran are all constant. Freshly squeezed juice or milkshake 4 €. Dinner from 18.30 to 20.00, followed by a late dinner.
We got a room on the second floor, on the side of the neighboring hotel. After reading it, I immediately decided not to pay anything extra, what they will give, it will be so. Probably lucky. In the morning, there is no sun in the room, it is not hot, it is not noisy, everything worked, they cleaned every day and changed towels every day, bed linen 2 times in 9 nights, water and juices were left in the room. But it was all with me, since the cleaning fell on the time when I was in the room from 14 to 15 hours approximately. For $ 1-2, they are perfectly cleaned.
The hotel is not new, but it does not matter to us, if it is important to someone, then you will notice everything that we did not notice))
There is animation, but not much, there is a children's club, there are no playgrounds. There is a park on the territory with loopholes for older children, paid.
In general, the rest was great for us! The staff is friendly, although they do not understand Russian, but the translator will help us. The Internet is free in the lobby, then you can purchase and there will be Wi-Fi everywhere and on the beach too. It costs 20 €. I needed it, I bought it.
Germans, Russians, Turks, and Poles mostly rest there. Everything is occupied by the pool, but you can find places if you want. The beach is half empty at sea, we were having a blast there.

Some evening shows pleasantly surprised us. A convenient shuttle service to the sea, which runs every 15 minutes. There is a very nice sandy beach and volleyball was often played on the neighboring beaches. In general, these are decent 4 stars, I hope that after the reconstruction all the shortcomings will be taken into account and the hotel will be entitled to be called a five-star hotel.

The renovation in the rooms is far from fresh.
Apart from the buffet and water slides, there is no entertainment. Animators appear a couple of times a day. Almost nothing is carried out from the program announced at the stands. The gym is a separate story: 3 treadmills and one exercise bike. All.
The bus does not run regularly to the sea. It's easier to walk.
Russian Russians account for more than 50% of the visitors, but the staff does not speak Russian.
The woman from the fur coat store speaks Russian well, but her only goal is to send you on a fur tour.
Don't get fooled. If you do not buy anything, you will look for a taxi back on your own. And this is not close at all.

The room has climate control. The food is always delicious and varied! But .. there are always queues, as the distribution table is made in the form of a small circle, and sometimes it is even unclear how to get in line. And the queue is there all the time. The beach is not far and not close. To whom as. But we went by Shuttle. In the evenings we walked, listening to the sound of the sea. There is also a bar on the beach, snacks, ice cream at certain times. There are 4 pools, large and cool. There are good slides. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. Also, among the disadvantages, not everyone at the reception is happy with Russians, for the first time they felt like strangers, as if they were not welcome. The local seller Aida from the hotel store offers to take us to the Ancient City for free, but on the way for 15 minutes we need to visit their fur shop, as a result, they left us there and did not take us to the Ancient City. There is a bar on the beach where you can drink water, lemonades, beer, wine, ayran, there are French fries, salads, burgers, meat, side dishes, they make shawarma with you. There is tea and coffee. Fruits and vegetables. The beach is gorgeous. Clean. Swimming is a pleasure. The hotel's pool bar serves ice cream for an hour at 15:00. There are many shops near the hotel, bike and ATV rentals. The hotel has 50% Russians, 25% Germans and Poles, 20% Turks, and a little bit of French and other Europeans. The rooms are tired, but there were no problems. Everything is fine with nutrition. The only advantage of the hotel is good food and the beach. The reception staff asks for dollars and euros at any request. The attitude is terrible. We were at the hotel at the end of September 23.
The contingent is international, there are very few Russians. By default, the staff speaks German.
Good food. There was always fish, chicken, meat. Often heavily fried, not the highest cuisine, but edible. There was always something to feed yourself and a 5-year-old child.
There are a lot of fruits: watermelons, melons, peaches/nectarines, pears, apples, grapes, plums – all this at almost every meal.
Ice cream 1.5 hours a day, in balls, is not bad.
Cocktails from 10 to 24, poured into glass, which is nice. You can drink, especially mojito, but surprisingly they always regret ice (3 small pieces per glass).
At the bar and on the beach every day from 12 to 16 snacks in the form of burgers, potatoes, greens. On yarn tortillas, very tasty with sugar, there is also cheese with herbs.
The beach is great, perfect with children - shallow, warm, sand. There were always enough sunbeds. They clean up the bar area well, and the sunbeds are also constantly collecting garbage. The shower area is cleaned of sand.
The view is gorgeous on the sea. But! Very noisy from the animation of another hotel. Do not open the balcony with a child until 23 o'clock. The air conditioner is noisy, too, be healthy and is not particularly regulated by temperature, but we were comfortable.
The room is very shabby. It can be seen that the hotel is very old, it was not very pleasant.
The Internet is only in the lobby for free, but we had enough.
Animation barely) One dance in the morning and at lunch, in the evenings children's disco and some activity (lottery, what, acrobatics). There was a foam party once in the afternoon, and an inflatable trampoline in the pool once.
Aquagorks are modest, but we had enough. The lifeguard does not really follow, even children of 3 years old were riding (but I was scared to watch).
Conclusion: the hotel is normal, no complaints, but everything is there. The second time I will look for something more refined, although who knows what kind of space the prices will fly into.

We had a vacation with my sister in May 2023 . I no longer trust reviews on the Internet. So it happened this time. The hotel is cool! I'll make a reservation right away. If you need a fundamentally noisy daily animation, this is not the case here. There is an evening program for children. They also have an awesome safari park (all kinds of hinged ladders, etc.), it is fenced and there is a person who monitors it. In the evening, all kinds of cars, steam trains and slot machines work. They are positioned so that they do not interfere with anyone. Young people went to discos with animators every evening.
A chic pool bar, under a canopy. If you are too lazy to go to the bar from the bass, the bartenders go and deliver cocktails to the sun beds. Ice cream every day by the hour, by the pool. Five-plus meals. There is a bus to the beach every half hour. There is a bar on the beach. The pool is two-level, plus a bass with slides, plus a bass for kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We flew back early. They were picked up from the hotel at 4 a.m. And so. The restaurant was open and we had breakfast. Of course, there were no hot dishes. But otherwise, there was a regular buffet, but at four in the morning. We really want to return there in September. But prices are still biting.

We were at the hotel with my daughter for 10 years from July 7 to July 18. This is such a 5-ka economy. If you want luxury, the beach right under your nose, etc. it's about other hotels, for other money, for example, it's obvious to me. There are a lot of Germans, British, French, and not many Russians in the hotel, but the contingent is pleasant, mostly families. This hotel is about people who try to do everything to make you feel comfortable and comfortable. All the staff are without complaints, polite, smiling, always ready to help with any question.
There is little animation, some familiar evening shows and artists too, but on the contrary, I did not need it, I wanted calmness, relaxation. There are problems with sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens in the neighbors)) Very uncomfortable blankets, this is the first time I've seen such a solution. It's just waffle rags, hard ones that bite into and rub the skin, which is already suffering from the sun💁♀️
You can always diversify your evening or day with a trip to the nearest Side, Manavgat and Antalya. We've been everywhere and had a lot of fun.
