The beach is beyond praise, the entry into the sea is uniform, biting fish have not been detected on this beach. We previously vacationed at Side Crown serenity. They have a huge problem with the beach. 3. Animation - for those who don't like noisy parties, the hotel is perfect. The animation ends around 23.00, then silence ensues. 4. The Internet - free wi-fi in the lobby works quite well, there is enough traffic for correspondence in messengers, there will not be enough for calls, the connection will disappear. The advantages of the hotel ended there. Minuses Russian russians are not liked by the hotel staff, and to be honest, most of the staff understands Russian, but for some reason they hide it in every possible way, as if they are ashamed. The attitude of the hotel towards us was not very good, and this is not due to the fact that we were outraged about the room. I met our compatriots and they all said the same thing with one voice. Our citizens are put in the most miserable rooms and until you start openly brawling with the hotel manager, they will just kick you off. Every day I watched the same picture, as one of our people swears because of the quality of the room. In the restaurant, waiters are also reluctant to serve Russians, they even personally serve the table and bring drinks to guests of other nationalities. They just don't notice us. This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude from the staff during 5 trips to Side. 2. The numbers are given simply by the dead. We did get a room change, but it was a little better than before. The sockets were sticking out of the wall along with the wires, the balcony door was broken, there was a strong smell of sewage from the sink, the mirror and the shower door were broken. Plus, the audibility in the rooms leaves much to be desired, the neighbors could be heard very strongly. Unfortunately, we became unwitting witnesses of the fight of the guests from the next room. They were trashing the room so much that we were afraid they would break through the wall to our room. As a result, the night ended with a police call and a long showdown. 3. My nail clippers were stolen, thank God they didn't take away more valuable things in the room. 4. The bed linen and towels were washed very poorly. There was a powder on them that made us itch all the time. 5. The hotel security categorically did not allow the transfer from the Russian tour operator to the parking lot. I had to go to the reception with my things, although buses from foreign companies are allowed in without any problems. 6. Cats. They will be a disadvantage for those who are allergic to cats, as they easily enter the rooms on the first floors and pack their bags. (Photo attached). Since my husband is allergic to cats, I attribute this moment to the negative, because an allergy attack will be 100% guaranteed if you do not fight once again about changing rooms, although I indicated a comment about a room without animals when checking in and booking a room. There was no such problem for breakfast and lunch. As it turned out, the restaurant has a separate area for guests without children. Let everyone be over 16 years old. It turns out that people with children can't sit there, they don't hang around the restaurant in one circle or even two. Those who seem to be more mobile and can look for and wait for a place, voila, there is a separate room for them. With all this, they can also take seats in the common room. The alcohol is absolutely terrible, we couldn't drink anything except beer. Everything worked in the room at once, but in the shower there was mold in the cracks in some places. The cabin drain worked poorly and on the third or fourth day the water practically did not go away at all. We were told about it at the reception, and everything was fixed on the same day. There is no cleaning in the room at all, they will make the bed at most. Soap supplies were constantly not reported. I've never had any problems with this item. I always went to the cleaner and they gave me everything I needed, also with a large supply. But not here. If you ask for soap, they will give you one more piece with such a dissatisfied look, as if she is giving away her possessions. I've never encountered such greed for supplies before. The hotel, as they wrote, is aimed at Germans, there are more than 70% of them in this hotel. I didn't notice any difference in the attitude of the staff towards the Germans and Russians. Everyone was served the same way. The behavior of the Germans themselves leaves much to be desired. They behave like savages. Although it is clear that there are many newcomers among these Germans. The queue is not observed anywhere, everywhere they try to get in first. When boarding a gazelle that takes you to the beach, moms with babies climb ahead, who, by the way, came to the bus earlier. And that's how they behave everywhere now. Like pigs. As for the territory of the hotel, it is not large, moderately well maintained. Several pools, slides, everything worked. The big disadvantage is that there is no shady place in the water in any pool. There's no place to hide from the sun at all. Children bathe under the polar rays. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the sea. If at sea, then it's from the hill, if from the sea, then uphill. It's definitely hard with young children. The bus runs every 15 minutes, there is a lunch break, just before the break and after the gazelle is packed. For understanding, the gazelle is at least 20 years old and it is without air conditioning. The driver does not control the boarding of passengers, who is more arrogant, and the slippers. It came to swearing when Russian men tried to educate Germans. The beach and the sea are good. Pool view-noisy, constant traffic. The numbers are 535,532 more. In the room there is a refrigerator with juices, gas and plain water, kettle-tea, coffee, cream (replenished every day), toilet, shower, hair dryer, shampoos, conditioners, hair dryer, shower gel, towels, disposable slippers in the closet, safe for a fee (we did not need it). The room is clean, but we did additional cleaning ourselves, because the child was crawling on the floor (laminate). It was enough for us to sit and chat in Lobi in the evening. The pools were tested with my grandson 1 time (when there was a storm at sea). There is a children's slide, 2 adults, 4 slides. I do not advise going to the pool with children, so as not to catch rotavirus.(there were sick guests in the hotels). There is animation (weak, not like before) for children and adults.1 time there was a foam disco for everyone in the afternoon. Other entertainment is available, as usual, aqua aerobics, bocce on the beach, etc. The attitude of all staff to the guests is very good. Aida, a friendly girl, (looking for shopping) answers all questions, tells and tells you where to go, get there.
