I will try to be as objective as possible. Wonderful nature, fresh air, beautiful well-groomed territory and has its own access to the lake. The lake is large and very clean, surrounded by trees. There is a small pier with sun loungers, there are also boats and a catamaran (all included in the price) and guests can use it.
We rented a luxury room and it's 1/2 or 1/4 of the house a little unclear! The room turns out to be two-storeyed, on the 1st floor there is a living room, and on the second floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom.
There is Wi-Fi in the house (unfortunately, I "did not finish" up to the 2nd floor). In the month of August, I was very cold in the house, I could not stay there without a sweater or jacket, it was also problematic to wash the child, after a shower I warmed him with a hairdryer.
Breakfast is offered according to the buffet system, but in fact it is preheated semi-finished products! I had to go to Vitebsk to eat and buy groceries in the Crown.
In general, I recommend this place to everyone as a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We were passing through Vitebsk, decided to stop outside the city, it was free in the Silver Spring, and went there. I was bribed by nature, buildings, territory and the lake. We knew that the pool and sauna were not working. We didn't swim in the lake because of the bad weather. The room is spacious, clean, and there is a refrigerator.

The breakfast is very modest, with almost no choice, there is no coffee machine.
The cost of the room is not small, I think it is too high, I would like for such a price, due to the non-working sauna and pool, at least a delicious and varied breakfast.

We rested at the base in July 2023 with a family, with two young children, and lived in a two-story room-house. It feels like prices are very high, which do not meet the quality of services. You need to pay extra for everything, even for a barbecue at home.
I'll start with the cons: this is nutrition. Expensive and tasteless, breakfasts were included, they are very meager, porridge, cheese sausage, the cheapest, tomatoes, cucumbers, frozen pancakes, tea, it seems everything) for lunch and dinner you could order in advance from the menu, but in fact in a cafe we were told what to eat, and there was either fried fish, or chicken, also fried or baked, everything is very greasy and tasteless, they always brought a plate of stale bread, we did not eat it, as a result, we were counted in the check at the end, for all the days. The only normal food was soup, but it was not cheap for such a quality. We lived for 5 days, the food came out at a price as if we were eating in a restaurant, but in the end it was tasteless and it was difficult to feed the children(
The base itself is located 20 km from Vitebsk and it is problematic to travel every time for lunch and dinner. There is no store nearby, only a gas station.
Therefore, if nothing is solved with the food, I strongly do not recommend going there!
The houses have barbecues, but you can't use them! Only for an additional fee each time, despite the fact that we also paid a lot for the house itself (prices were above the average for such a level of bases, we were in the Moscow region a month before for the same money, but full meals were included)As a result, they discouraged all desire to roast something.
The pool is icy and the sauna is for an additional fee, we did not go. One catamaran is very old and rusty, but it rides, we took it 2 times, there are bicycles, they were also taken, they were at least included in the price of our room.
Otherwise, everything is fine at the base, the houses are comfortable, clean, there is cleaning, the place is picturesque, the lake is clean. Peace and quiet, if someone goes for them, is provided here

A good place near Vitebsk. It is located on the shore of the lake. The territory is large. You can fry a barbecue and fish. There is a common building with rooms and separate houses. We lived in rooms.
What I didn't like. The room was cool, one battery was generally cold. They are heated with firewood, so the temperature in the rooms is not constant. It's the same with hot water, there was no hot water at all at night. 10 minutes in the morning, and then the water stopped flowing altogether. The breakfasts are quite meager, every day omelets, sausages and pancakes.
If you close your eyes to the water, then it's a great place to spend the weekend.

We rested in this hotel from January 3-5. Very good service, the staff is responsive. The place is protected, in a fir forest. The hotel itself is decorated in the spirit of a hunter's house with stuffed animals. Very high-quality furniture. The breakfasts are very good, delicious and varied, for every taste. Pancakes with meat are just a bomb! Cheesecakes are divine! Cottage cheese and Sour cream are like grandma's in the village, natural. Casseroles and omelets are super!
Lunches and dinners must be booked in advance. The sauna is excellent. Sauna -no, it's cold. The rooms are large, the beds are spacious, clean. Towels and bathrobes are provided. You need to ask the receptionist for a hair dryer, the room is very warm and even very. The water pressure is weak, so it is difficult to take a shower. Barbecue grills were promised for free, then they were offered for 20 br and 40 if with coals.
It's a little boring for young people and children. I would like evening dances and games with children. But the concept, apparently, is well-read for pensioners and eco-tourists, relaxation and peace, and so on.

We stayed at the hotel with a large company from 12/30/2023-01/3/2024. I am writing this review so that the hotel management will pay attention, because the hotel is generally not bad and I would like to return there if they fix huge problems with food!
I'll start with the pros-a cozy area, lots of greenery, a large lake nearby, in summer I think it's generally gorgeous. We were pleased with the clean rooms and fresh bed linen, there was an opportunity to use a barbecue, an excellent sauna and a professional massage therapist.
Now, the cons are the food, the big problem of this hotel. We had included breakfast, a New Year's table and a full meal on January 1. Coming to breakfast, every day there was utter disappointment, there was simply no food at 10 o'clock, although breakfast time was set aside from 9-11. I have not seen such a disgusting buffet anywhere in 15 years of traveling. It was hard to call it even a buffet. The menu included fried eggs and sausages every day, frozen pancakes that did not have time to warm up, a couple of pieces of sausage and cheese, bread and butter. Drinks include juices, coffee and tea. Every time the food on the line ran out, the waitress girls did not replenish them until they were told about it, then they had to wait for the food for 30 minutes when it was cooked. There is a separate story about waitress girls in general, they were always with their hair down, a sour face, and without proper clothes, they went from the kitchen to the table. There were constantly not enough cutlery and dishes in principle, and some were even dirty…
There was not enough traditional Belarusian food for breakfast, but I would like to try it, because we were traveling from Russia, there were no simple vegetables for breakfast and, in principle, there was not enough food. It was still bad for lunch and dinner, even though we only ate like that for one day. The only thing that saved them was that they could fry meat near the house and set the table for themselves, but paying a lot of money for food, I would like to eat delicious and satisfying!
One day we just couldn't stand it when we came to breakfast and there was nothing, we turned to a girl named Valeria (the receptionist) and only she tried to fix all the horror and shame that was happening there.
Personally, she set the table for us, brought sliced cheese, cottage cheese with sour cream (which, by the way, was never there, probably the chefs just don't want to put it out, like other products, well, or take it home), made coffee in a turk. The next day, when it was time for us to leave, we came to breakfast at exactly 9:00, and were in a pleasant shock. The buffet line was fully set and not only fried eggs were cooked, but also many other things, vegetables were put on display for the first time, an omelet was cooked, a large number of dishes were put on display (I forgot to add that all the dishes before that had only one spatula, which needed to be put on everything), of course I was very pleased, that they did it to somehow fix everything that happened! In general, I would really like to come to this hotel in the summer, but if these global problems with food and staff, who apparently lack training, are fixed!
Another disadvantage was the fish-scented water that flows from the shower. I remembered the times of toxicosis during pregnancy. It was impossible to brush my teeth.
Well, the price of the house was unreasonably high, and the renovation inside leaves much to be desired…

The hotel is located in a forest. The territory, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The rooms in the common building are large, everything is there. The breakfasts are delicious. It's a bit expensive, but the concept of such a hotel requires a lot of money. Therefore, it is up to you to choose whether you are ready to pay for a vacation in the forest on the shore of the lake in comfortable conditions. I recommend it to the elderly, couples with kids or large companies, and all those who want peace and relaxation. On weekends, there may be noisy companies, but we did not find them, on weekdays the hotel was quiet. Only the sounds of nature.
It won't be convenient without your own car. It takes half an hour by car to Vitebsk.
A nice relaxation area by the water. You can swim, fish and go boating in the lake. There are practically no insects on the territory, no repellents were needed.
There is no shop or cafe near the hotel. Lunches and dinners can be ordered, but are quite expensive. We bought food in Vitebsk. Next to each house there is a barbecue and on the territory there are several outdoor recreation areas for different numbers of people and different events.
The staff is pleasant, they respond to all requests immediately. There were no problems with the water.

We come to the SPRING for the second year in a row, we feel at home, the staff is very hospitable, the girls at the reception are always smiling, they solve all issues, we have never been denied anything (they even allowed us to ride bicycles). We lived in a cottage, everything was thought out and clean. The breakfasts are quite hearty, and porridge and omelette, scrambled eggs, pancakes with cottage cheese and jam, juice, coffee, cheese and sausage, cucumbers and tomatoes, you can eat before dinner))!You can order both lunch and dinner, everything is homemade, I really liked the stuffed peppers this year, praise the cook, yes everything is delicious! There are barbecues on the territory, coals, you can use, and the place is very beautiful and secluded, you can swim in the lake, and even go fishing a little, in general, if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, then you are here! Thanks again to all the staff for their kindness, courtesy and hospitality.

I really liked it! The place is located in a picturesque place,clean air,forest,very beautiful,near the lake,there are peacocks on the territory. We had a family vacation with a child and were very satisfied because there is a children's room. We chose a Standard room in the main building and were very pleased, there is a fireplace. Many thanks to the staff for their attentive attitude and provision of all services. Very clean and cozy - the price matches the quality! The place is good , beautiful lake , nature . But there's no service for that kind of money . The pool is icy , the exercise equipment does not work , the sauna is for an additional fee of about 3 thousand , with a room price of more than 7 thousand. Dinner is very stingy , potatoes and chicken . Breakfast is also not varied. The staff is polite, they tried to solve the problem with broken appliances in the room, pancakes made a bonus, but the impression is still so-so after a rest.

The hotel itself is great. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. The location of the hotel is not far from Vitebsk, if necessary, you can drive in 20 +/- minutes! It is also worth noting a special advantage - this location on the shore of the lake: beautiful views, fresh air, silence, only birds singing outside the window.
But I take off 1 star for the level of service in the room and for the very condition of the room. In 2 days, they never came, they didn't change anything. The refrigerator was unplugged, I had to turn it on myself. The trim from the bathroom door fell off. There is only one socket by the bed, which includes a table lamp. Accordingly, you need to choose: either you have a bedside light, or you plug something into an outlet, but without light.
To summarize: the restaurant, the staff, the location - on a solid 5th, the condition of the rooms - on the 3rd, total: 4.

Cons- with almost full occupancy, there are not enough beds and benches by the lake, the buffet breakfast is super economical, dinner is paid - but the price and quality clearly do not match, the level is not at all restaurant-like. Another big disadvantage is that during the entire stay there was always no hot water in the evening, it was impossible to take a shower before going to bed. And after 23h, even warm water was not running, the boiler in the boiler room was turned off)) They come to clean the house only on request, similarly, for a change of linen. There is a swimming pool, but without heating. Even in summer, the water in it is colder than in the lake. There are few simulators and they are all outdated. It seems that they save as much as possible on everything. The cost of living in houses does not correspond to real conditions at all))

We had a vacation with our family in the summer of 2022. At first I wanted to write the pros and cons, but I'll do it differently, I'll call all the points features, and you yourself attribute it to one or the other.
So, let's go, features:
1. Nutrition. there is breakfast, but the choice is small, especially sausages leave much to be desired. After talking with the administrator, who themselves understand the absurdity of the situation, they offered coffee for tomorrow from the coffee machine.
A little later, fresh cottage cheese appeared, pancakes with meat, cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, omelette and casserole. Lunches and dinners should be ordered, but like either a cutlet with mashed potatoes or nothing, and then if there is any left. But if it is acceptable to eat, in general, but we decided to go to the city and eat there, or take it with us from the city. No delivery from Vitebsk delivers there. Some more experienced tourists take a slow cooker with them.
2. Families with children make up at least 50%, while there is no playground as such (there are children's toys, a couple of larger tractors and a truck, a children's horse on which you can ride, a children's house. The tricycle is broken, but it stands like nothing ever before. There are balls for children's games.
3. Spa and swimming pool. The pool seems to be there, but the water in it has not been changed for 100 years, which causes the smell of mold, etc. it does not heat up and the water in it is colder than in the lake, in general, if bad weather comes, you will not be able to buy. They didn't even ask about the spa or massage.
4. Bicycles for rent, they really are, but these are 3 stork/ desna type bicycles, one with a ubiquitous eight, I just remembered how I rested in the village in childhood.
5. The place is very beautiful, clean, cozy, atmospheric.
6. The territory of the base is clean, the grass is trimmed, the fountain is working, the lanterns are at every step, it is beautiful.
7. The staff is very friendly, ready to solve any problem at any time of the day or night, the girls at the reception are really good, they try to compensate for the disadvantages of the holiday home.
8. Closed guarded parking.
9. The price is adequate.
10. There are catamarans on the move, but they are old.
11. There are barbecues and gazebos for rent, good condition.
12. We were in a suite, the room is large, two-storey, but we always had to forgive flooding, the humidity is high, it's cool and towels with swimsuits do not dry
Summary: the holiday home lacks the owner's hand, it feels like a lot of money has been invested, but it functions as it functions.
I regret the trip - no, I would go there again - 50/50.

Bathhouse! The bathhouse is a separate story. The bathhouse itself is beautiful, huge, the place and the idea are gorgeous, but the cold in the bathhouse is crazy. It's only warm in the steam room. I never washed the child, I was left dirty, because it was possible to get sick there. The drains in the showers don't work. In short, the price for a bath is over the limit, and the service is zero. The cottages and the standards were heated at night only, during the day it was cool in the room. When you ask the girls to warm up, then after 30.40 minutes it became warm.
Oh. At the expense of eating. It's tinny. Where did they get the replays. People!!! The breakfasts are good. You won't stay hungry! But lunches and dinners, it's just a matter of time. We made a cutlet for a child, you can play football. In short, it sucks completely. That's all. You decide for yourself. To go or not. But they get impudent at prices on the go. They tell the mermaids in their eyes that we have raised your prices because you are foreigners. The horror is shorter.
