A wonderful hotel with wonderful people!
We visited in May 2025. I really liked everything: delicious breakfasts, convenient location (near the sea, shops), heated swimming pool. The room was clean, the furniture was new. The whole vacation was accompanied by extremely well-behaved dogs)
The only downside would be to mention the poor wi-fi: it almost did not catch in the room.
I recommend this hotel, especially for holidays with children!

I liked the hotel, and even very much. Spacious modern rooms, clean warm pool on site, dining room where delicious food is served every day. We took it with meals, everything is fine. Moreover, there is not much place to go in the village where the hotel is located. There is one decent cafe by the sea. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea slowly. The beach is shared, not well maintained, but not abandoned either. There are practically no people. Cafe on the shore with beer for 100 rubles. Sun beds 150p. This is very encouraging. Of the cons, there is a drain into the sea nearby, and if the wind changes, then it all carries to the beach.
The hotel has very nice staff, there are few of them and the hotel itself is small, but they are all so nice and pleasant. And you can also order pizza there in the evening. My friends and I decided that it was the best pizza of our lives. I definitely recommend the hotel for the price / quality. It is civilized and comfortable .

We had a rest from 7.05.2025-10.05.2025, we really enjoyed everything, traveling around Abkhazia for many years we saw such a miracle for the first time. The hotel has large, cozy rooms and a clean heated swimming pool, the breakfasts and lunches are simply amazing, very tasty and satisfying, the location is excellent, parking, pets are allowed. Now we know where else to go back to. 😊

We had a vacation with our family for the first time in sunny and hospitable Abkhazia and only good memories remained. We stayed at the silver beach and were very satisfied. The staff is friendly and friendly, the guys are trying their best. The rooms are clean, freshly renovated. There is a swimming pool, but we never swam, they say the water is warm, we had enough sea. The food is excellent, they will please even the little fussy ones. The sea is 7 minutes away, the beach is public, we went to the right, generally swam alone. Because the beach is pebbly, take special shoes. There are grocery stores nearby, on the way to the beach they sell fruits from the garden, if by car, you can get fruits to the market, it's cheaper there. I advise families with children to come, it is quiet, calm, budget-friendly, few people, which means there are no rotovirus seedlings. Have a nice holiday for everyone!

We had a family vacation from October 27-31. The hotel is cool, the staff is friendly. He responds immediately to all maintenance questions. The organization is excellent. Meals are like at home, and sometimes even better. The sea is 5 minutes leisurely. For a relaxing holiday, that's what you need.
If someone is driving, there is a closed parking lot, the sincere manager will always tell you where you can go and what to see.
There is one thing! If someone wants to cook kebabs, they will not be allowed, although there is a barbecue area on the site for an additional fee.
But nevertheless, everything is fine. Chef Eugene cooks amazingly delicious.
The manager - respect and respect. Many thanks to the administrator Andrey for the quick response and elimination of all pressing issues. Low bow to all the staff of the hotel.

We had a family vacation at this hotel in August from 06.08. to 08/16/24, we really liked our vacation in Gadaut, the hotel is not big, the food is excellent,we were lucky with the weather,the sea is gorgeous, the girls in the kitchen cook sooo delicious,the man (unfortunately I do not remember the name) The god of pizza and khachapuri, you can lick your fingers. Administrator Elena is a woman of fire!! He will always help, tell you, tell you. Thank you for the rest!

Good time of day. A couple of lines about a vacation at the Silver Beach Hotel.
A beautiful, cozy and guarded territory, which is monitored 24/7 at the checkpoint by Bata and Slava. Elena and Andrey are administrators, 100%, any issue is solved once or twice (help with a tour, taxi, etc.)! The author of "gastronomic orgasms", the cook is Ksusha, of course the grill bar is Eugene, and also helped them in this (breakfasts, etc.) Irina and Nanulya, and Nanulya also makes very delicious coffee! Alina is a bartender, a waiter, who, upon arrival, put a couple of glasses of cold, dry, homemade wine on the counter! Get out of the way Super! In general, the fire team!
The rooms are clean, cozy and spacious enough. The pool is warm and clean. We liked everything! We had a family vacation (my wife and I and my son and daughter) for two weeks in the second half of June 2024. The nature and the sea are just fantastic. We were very lucky with the weather.

I stayed at this hotel from September 27 to October 7. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for their responsiveness and attention to each guest. I stayed at this hotel in June. The staff is excellent- attentive, sympathetic. Regarding the service : 1. towels were changed only upon request 2. Bed linen was not changed in 9 days 3.meals: I liked it, it was varied and delicious... There are of course some gaps, but that's if you just find fault. 4 the hot water was turned off several times, but not critically. 5. The pool is lovely, cleaned regularly. The territory is clean and well maintained. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, the beach is clean, pebbly, sparsely populated and it's wonderful. There was a sea with branches for a couple of days, but the locals explained that it brought twigs from the mountains to the rivers. But they are being cleaned by the owners of coastal cafes. The Wi-Fi in the hotel wants to be better, the bad one probably lacks power. And I would like to make repairs in the bathroom.

We are already resting for 4 days at this Hotel. The staff is all hospitable and friendly. Breakfast is included, but you can also have lunch and dinner, very cheap and delicious. The rooms are cozy and beautiful, there is a swimming pool in the courtyard, swim at least at night. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. We are very glad that we are resting in this place, we are thinking of returning here again. Great place! We have been vacationing there for several years, we like everything. Great rooms, staff, food and pool! The clear sea is nearby! There are large shops within walking distance (Babylon accepts MIR cards). They provided an outlet for charging an electric car. I recommend it for a family vacation!

The hotel is great! We were very satisfied with the atmosphere, cleanliness, service! All wishes and requests are fulfilled quickly and kindly, the food is a delight, the pool is gorgeous!
The sea is clean! To the sea sooo slowly 7-8 minutes, to the store 5. To the center of Gudauta, the market, by taxi 5 minutes 150-200 rubles. Excursions can be purchased directly at the hotel at very reasonable prices.
Thank you so much to the whole team for their work and for our wonderful vacation! Elena is the queen of the kitchen and bar, and just the soul of our big, motley, long-distance company))) Eugene is the maestro of the grill and oven for insanely delicious dishes))) Farida - the girl-smile for responsiveness and benevolence))) Tatiana, Oksana, and everyone else, the girls from the kitchen, the maids, the guards - you are all wonderful people and you all contributed a drop of your soul to our magnificent vacation and, in turn, took a piece of ours!

I drove a car, the parking is guarded, without additional charges. The food is delicious homemade)
I didn't appreciate it until I talked to a woman from St. Petersburg from another hotel whose child became ill after eating (although I didn't remember where) and they went to a local hospital. Therefore, thanks for the food separately, it is delicious, inexpensive, varied, and can be adjusted to your wishes. Either with breakfasts or fully with lunches and dinners. It is convenient that an individual approach is tailored to the budget and everyone's wishes. However, my son had to eat everything on his plate. And it was a lot and delicious. I helped.
The staff was easy, simple, and welcoming. The children swam and got drunk, the temperature allowed, in November it was + 23.
We were completely satisfied.
The sun, the sea, the air, the climate, the weather are the basis of a good rest. We had all this within walking distance, at a low price, with delicious homemade food. You can talk a lot about the Canaries, Seychelles, etc. But this is my personal review and personal opinion. There is lightness and harmony in the soul from rest.

We had a rest in early August. We liked the hotel. The rooms are clean. There is air conditioning, refrigerator. Towels are provided for both the pool and the shower. The staff is polite and very helpful. Someone wrote that it smells like sewage, but we didn't smell it. We lived on the second floor. The Internet is weak, but we connected via TV and everything worked fine. The whole meal was cooked very tasty. The breakfasts are hearty, like at home. For lunch, too, we often went to the hotel, because there is nowhere to eat around, and it is not particularly tasty. The first, the second, salad and compote, everyone ate enough. Dinners could be ordered there at the hotel, the prices are average. But you know for sure that everything is fresh. They cook right in front of you. Many thanks to Lena, Zhenya, Vika and Farida. They are very friendly, they work with a soul. A huge advantage is the pool. Big, clean and warm. Salvation in the heat, especially in the evening. It takes 9 minutes to walk to the sea at a slow pace. There are few people on the beach, it is clean enough. The sea is clear. There is not much to walk in the evening. We took a taxi to the center , 10 minutes for 150 rubles . Oksana, the manager, helped us sort out the excursions, advised us where it was better to go ourselves, and where to go with the tour. Everything is very kind. Many thanks to all the staff for our good rest.

We stayed overnight as we were passing through. The room is large. But it's not cozy. In the bathroom , there was a very creepy smell of sewage, it was not possible to enter . But by morning the smell had almost disappeared, but there was the smell of cigarettes. There are no toiletries in the bathroom except toilet paper. Even for money at the reception, you can't buy it either .
It's good that there is a swimming pool. The only advantage of this institution. And plus the fact that it is being cleaned . They clean it the same way whenever they want. And not from the very early morning , when no one is there .
Breakfast is meager .
I work in a hotel myself, and for such a small number of rooms, it would be possible to spend at least on toiletries and get rid of mold.

We rested at the Silver Beach hotel for the second time. We stayed a full two weeks this year. The hotel remains family-oriented, with many families with children. The food is high-quality and varied, the portions are large, there is a children's menu. Regular room cleaning and bed linen change. A large warm swimming pool, a favorite place for children and adults. But it was very important for us to have the sea, it is 7 minutes away, the beach is not overloaded with vacationers, there is a cafe. The hotel's territory is small, but very comfortable. The excellent atmosphere and cozy interior of the dining area by the beautiful pool creates a feeling of complete relaxation. Of course, I would like to thank Tatiana for all this, and also to say a big thank you to the administrator Elena, the chefs and kitchen staff for the excellent organization and serving of breakfasts, lunches and dinners, for delicious and varied dishes (we tried to try everything that was on the menu), for helping to feed our little child, the lord of barbecues and stoves Eugene for super delicious pits, kebabs and infinitely delicious eggplant. Unfortunately, we only spent 3 days at this hotel... but... This is the best time of our vacation in Abkhazia. We really liked the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms with everything you need. Delicious cuisine. Breakfast is included in the room rate, the breakfasts are delicious and hearty. Lunch and dinner are for a fee, but it's worth it. Delicious pizza, the children were delighted. Thanks for the pizza Eugene. Thanks to Elena for her responsiveness, she is always ready to help in any matter. The girl Farida, who serves tables, is always smiling and friendly. A separate + for a clean, beautiful pool, our children did not climb out of it. You can swim in the pool at any time. We were vacationing with a family of 3 people with a child of 10 years old. 10.07.2024-17.07.2024. The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are large and spacious. There is a swimming pool on site, where you can swim until late in the evening. Three days before the eviction, the child's bed was replaced, an uncomfortable cot was brought!!! Terrible attitude towards hotel visitors .. We will not come there anymore and we will not advise or advise anyone!!!!!!And the most terrible thing! The attitude of the hostess of the hotel! We wanted to make a refund from work. My employer requested a document without which the refund could not be made. Tatiana promised to help!!! She fed me breakfast for half a year , which the document will do . In the end , she completely ignored my messages .. As a result, I flew by and I couldn't make a refund. Although before arriving at the hotel, Tatiana promised that all the documents would be in order and she would help. As a result, they received a boorish attitude on her part.

Make arrangements for all excursions with one taxi driver! There are both 8 locals (for two families, of course it will be beneficial) and 4 locals, mostly right-handed Japanese. You negotiate with the taxi driver and he will immediately take you 3-4 excursions (depending on where you want to go), in general, from morning to evening he will wait for you wherever you are. Don't deal with Elena, she doesn't even give anyone the tour sheets once again, so that all your interests (excursions) go through her.When we figured everything out and began to go on excursions directly with the taxi driver (he basically told us everything about her mediation business (she is 1000, she is still 1000 from him for clients), she immediately stopped having a friendly dialogue with us)).The food is delicious, "nauboy"), saves the pool that is at the hotel (in bad weather)The hotel is not the cleanest, the fences are dilapidated, and in principle they do not deal with the hotel at all, they do not repair it, you will always find dirt, a three-piece tidy, the bed will be replaced, the garbage will not be taken out, tiles (floors)they wash with bleach (+), there is no kettle in any room, the shower stalls are mildewed. we booked a 4-bed room -they just brought an extra cot...

Yesterday we returned from a rest at the hotel, we liked everything very much, the rooms are large, cleaning every 2 days is very thorough, linen is changed every 5 days, the breakfasts are delicious, lunches and dinners were taken there for a fee, also delicious. We had a rest in September at this hotel, what I didn't like right away was the transfer, we arrived at 7 pm in Sochi, we were at the hotel at one o'clock in the morning, i.e. we drove a distance of 80 km for 6 hours, it takes a very long time to deliver.( but I think this does not particularly apply to the hotel ) Okay, we are young, but for those with small children, it will seem like hell at all. Upon arrival, we liked the room and the hotel itself, the room is clean and cozy, everything you need is available (refrigerator, wardrobe, hairdryer, TV, safe). The breakfasts were very hearty and delicious, the pool is clean, large, available at any time of the day. We will not like the nearest beach at all, it is uninhabited, except for paid sunbeds, and a couple of cafes in which the menu does not correspond to reality, there is nothing there. Cows and dogs are everywhere... the sea itself is clean, warm, and high. The nearest shops, pharmacy are available. I recommend a cafe near T.C. Babylon, called "Inna's". Very tasty and the prices are adequate.

We stayed at this hotel from September 7 to September 12 (although the payment was made on 09/13/2013)By agreement with the tour operator, they asked to book and pay for a day more.They didn't want to check out at 12:00, it was too early for us.On the day of arrival, our room turned out to be occupied and we were asked to stay one day at our grandmother's house next door.Allegedly, there was an overlap with the tour operator, but these overlays are put on stream here.The next day, Grandma had two more people from our hotel.Despite the fact that the room was booked for seven nights, we were asked to check out on the 6th day, arguing that the transfer would arrive for us in the evening, ignoring the payment for seven nights (it was good that we took a tour that day, we did not have to wander around the city until 20 00 pm, before the arrival of the transfer)..I do not recommend this hotel.BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS WHO WORK HERE!!!!!!!!

The rooms are large, the mattresses are super, the pillows are not comfortable. There is a smell of sewage and dampness (as others have written). The territory is good, the pool is normal. We arrived at the end of May, there were restrictions on the menu in the kitchen. Also, the breakfast included in the price is modest, there is no choice of dishes, only for extra money. In the beginning, there were just not enough glasses!! The prices in the menu are too high, they do not correspond. They ate cheaper and tastier at the cafe on the beach. Perhaps all this is due to the change of the food organizer at the hotel.

A hotel for a relaxing holiday. I've been there with my family twice. Excellent large swimming pool, regular cleaning, helpful staff. There is a cafe on site, the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable.
If we compare 2018 and 2021, the hotel is of course "tired", repairs and constant monitoring and care are needed (we noted some points, like shaky railings, both on our first arrival and this one).
The sea is 10-15 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The beach is pebbly. There is a changing room, an improvised shower. There is a cafe on the beach (we liked it).
In general, we did not pay much attention to the little things, we were satisfied with the rest. Good luck and prosperity, Silver Beach!

Also later, entering the dining room, Elena began to be rude and praise the cheesecakes , saying how delicious they are , we finished them for you, after that the hostess began to squirm, upon arrival we were met by dogs on the hotel grounds , I have allergies , of course some of them were closed , but mostly they walked around the territory and they stole our food, I have nothing against dogs, but when they walk around the territory, steal food and bark all night at the door, it becomes unpleasant, they planned to stay longer, but took their things and left from there, thank you, for a wonderful vacation in Abkhazia, Gudauta is a beautiful city, but silver beach - not the best hotel in Gudauta

Thanks a lot to all the staff. The food is very tasty - homemade. The rooms are large, clean, and the pool is great!!! It is 5 minutes to the sea , the bottom is flat , sandy , pebbles only at the beginning .
Do not be afraid of the views on the way to the beach (abandoned unfinished houses), they are everywhere. As we wrote above , there are dogs , but it didn 't bother us .

The hotel (hostel) is generally complete garbage. I don't recommend it to anyone. The room stinks of sewage. There is an administrator Lena there (if only she could cheat people, she overcharges everywhere). If you do not order dinner from her within 1500-2000 rubles, she stops smiling at you, does not talk and the next day does not even greet you. Draw conclusions. The staff is excellent. But Lena is from Moscow and makes money on her own. Abkhazians do not cheat and do not inflate prices. I'm not going there anymore.

The hotel is on a weak 3.
Pros: swimming pool, settled ahead of time,delicious food,closed area with Parking,security,cleaning,wi-fi,refrigerator, air conditioning, near the beach
Cons: the smell of mold in the bathroom, the repair is tired, everything is in a blackening sealant, there is no main lighting in the room (very dark), there are no glasses, a kettle, a 2-double bed of 2 single beds, there was no 1 bedside table, no blanket, the cleaner often came to nap, did not always hear a knock, can go into an awkward moment ("do not disturb" tags are needed on the door), the lights were turned off stably once a day, the prices for food in the cafe are quite high (1 dish ~300-400₽)+10% service fee, there is no service, self-service, the cook smoked and drank beer in the kitchen during cooking, dogs and cats throughout the territory (even in a cafe)
It is not clear where so many + reviews come from
We wouldn't have come to the hotel a second time
