We had a family vacation on 09/26/24, the room is on the 2nd floor, everything is clean and comfortable, the room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, Wi-Fi. The sea is 5 minutes away, there are many cafes, canteens, shops, a pharmacy nearby. Excursions are sent directly from the hotel. The hostess and staff are pleasant, friendly people. I had a rest on 09.09.24, the room is excellent on the 3rd floor, the balcony overlooks the mountains and the main street, the railway is almost inaudible, the sea is nearby for 5-7 minutes, there are many cafes, canteens nearby, the staff are pleasant, friendly people, Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Everything was fine with me, I was driving across the sea.

It 's just a terrible place!
Apparently the owners don't know what room service is. During the week of stay, the room was not cleaned once . The furniture is in terrible condition, as is everything else.After sleeping on the pillows, pimples appear on the face due to the fact that no one has changed the pillows apparently since the foundation of this <hotel>. There is a railway under the window where trains run daily and interfere with rest! Parking is paid 500 rubles per day , in addition , you can't get there normally , the whole road is full of holes and mud.

Among the disadvantages: the guest house is located in a fairly busy place (on the one hand there is a highway, on the other hand there is a railway, it's good that trains rarely run).

We wanted to get information from the administrator before booking, to which the habalka woman called me names and in her hysterical fit, as everyone got her, used obscene words. Dear hosts, owners, pay attention to your staff. You will lose your customers so much! I'm definitely not going to consider the Silver Yard hotel anymore, and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

Yes, it's not far from the sea 7 minutes through the park, breakfast at the Joequara hotel is also 5 plus, everything else is fine, there are no advantages. We went with a family of two people, we were given a room on the second floor, a window with access to the garage and a pile of scrap metal, there was a PUDDLE in the shower after taking hygienic procedures, no table or chairs. To drink tea, you need to go out on the terrace where there are dirty tables. Two days later we were moved to another room, it was a little better, but the mood was spoiled in the end when I had to listen from the mother of the owner of the guest house that we were like that with claims.Advice for those who are going to relax in this guest house, COME to your senses, look for a more decent one.

We rested at the guest house from 08/13/22 to 08/19/22. A wonderful place!
We got a room on the third floor with a view of the mountains, from where the hot Abkhazian sun greeted us every morning. There is a very cozy bar on the fourth floor. Here you can not only have a delicious snack, but also comfortably relax from the heat under a canopy in upholstered chairs. On the ground floor there is a reception and a dining room. By the way, the food here is very tasty and varied. Homemade cakes and fruits are always included in the complex! I would like to note that a couple of times, due to late excursions, we missed dinner time, but never went hungry, as the staff left us our portions, warmed up and fed us!
By the way, about the excursions. Here, at the reception, you can choose for every taste and book. We were indelibly impressed by the excursion to the Pyv pass, I highly recommend it!
It takes about seven minutes to get to the sea from the guest house. The beach is clean and pebbly. There is a Ferris wheel and a water park nearby.
And most importantly, the main decoration of the Silver Yard is the people who work in it! Here we had a real rest! Thank you!
The cost is adequate for Abkhazia, and purely for the money, and it's nice. Nice rooftop seating area and cozy balconies. The people who work there are polite and pleasant. Meals in the dining room for an additional fee. Everything is delicious. 4500 for a quadruple room. So far, this is the best thing I've seen in Abkhazia for this money.

Breakfast- porridge (oatmeal, semolina) for 11 days, 2 times they gave sausage with cheese so thick that I can see worse with sunglasses than through a piece of sausage. Dinner was a pearl barley with a taste of meat, there was a terribly over-dried pollock. Serving- for two: 1 saucer with salad or simply chopped vegetables of not the first freshness, four slices of something from fruits.4) the room is a separate funny story))) 2-seater PC. When we came in, we were a little confused by the size, which says that two-way traffic is prohibited, if you want to go out in front, go in the back. We woke up at night from a terrible roar - I thought the house had fallen from the mountains, it turned out that rainwater was accumulating from above and spilling out of a bucket onto the iron corrugated board. Then we jumped off, not just by a passing train, but right behind the balcony at arm's length. While we lived, I assure you all the trains passed with clean windows))) I was wiping🤣PC in one word. The next day, I still wondered what the PC was for them. The answer is that you have all new furniture🙊 Ahhh, there are still rooms without Windows))) and bedside tables, it's probably COMFORT))) in general, it's the 3rd time in Abkhazia, so much fun and on such a large scale for the first time and it's never here!!!!!!
we had a rest from September 7 to September 17, 2021. everything is very good, the hosts are wonderful , responsive.nice and nice people. cook Nana is generally lovely, she cooks very well. Everything you need is nearby - canteens , cafes , shops and entertainment . The sea is nearby , slowly 3-4 minutes on foot . Accommodation in the very center of Gagra , near the Ferris wheel and the water park . Special thanks to the hostess Rima Dmitrievna and Nana. I recommend it to everyone.
We had a rest in July 2021.A very pleasant hostess (Rimma Dmitrievna), the staff is responsive, the dining room was completed, and new rooms, which we had a great tour of.It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea.There are plenty of canteens and cafes, as well as shops, 15-20 minutes to walk to the market, about 10 minutes to the hypermarket (Assorted). I liked everything very much, clean and with a soul! We recommend it!!!
