Rooms: judging by the reviews, we were lucky to immediately get into a good room on the second floor by their standards. It is somewhat smaller than in the photo, with tired furniture and an old air conditioner, but in general nothing criminal. I even finished off the Internet from the lobby. The bed linen is clean, there are no bedbugs, as they wrote.
Cleaning: maintenance cleaning was carried out every day (garbage, floors, bed was made), bed linen and towels were changed after 2 days. Once they forgot about the towels, but the reception quickly resolved the issue. General cleaning in general, apparently, is not carried out at all, which affects the condition of plumbing and surfaces. But you get used to it over time.
Food: that's where we didn't make it to three... And everything seems to be edible, but an incomprehensible set of dishes, lack of meat (only chicken, you don't even dream of fish). It is normal to serve soup, French fries, boiled eggs, olives, muesli and bread with jams for breakfast... For lunch and dinner, a choice of 2 hot dishes and two side dishes (something must be deep-fried). There are many semi-finished products: vegetables from frozen mixes, purchased meatballs, nuggets, etc. For some reason, there is a large selection of stupid snacks, but there is a queue for the main dishes. In general, those who write that they gained weight - I believe: these are those who, due to lack of choice, ate French fries and bread. On the third day, my husband was already howling from the endless chicken.
Staff: Of course, this is not the top of customer service. But the waiters run fast, and the man at the reception, who works in the evenings, always helped with questions and advice.
Location: 2-3 minutes to the sea, but to the free beach -just to the left next to the ships you can sit on the sand.
The city center is 3 km away, we heroically walked sometimes several times a day.
In general, the hotel has a place to be, given the current prices and other offers, apparently this is normal. We stayed at the hotel only at night, and so we rented a car and went around to the wonderful places that made our vacation.

A year ago I had a vacation in the 3rd Kemer, I can say that the difference is significant.
Seray hotel corresponds to the stated stars, and if we take into account that vacationers showed us photos and told us about their 4, 5 and were surprised that everything is much better in our 3, then I can confidently recommend this hotel.
Wi-fi is in the lobby, but it was periodically caught on our 2nd floor.
The staff is polite, mostly guys.
LOCATION:
It takes 3-4 minutes to literally cross the road to the sea and go down a little.
Go a little to the left, you can lie down on your towels, you can get to all other beaches with sun beds for a drink bought from them, well, or lie down between the rows also on your towel if you don't want to pay.
It is also 10-15 minutes to the center in the other direction (you can walk, we got 40 minutes in the afternoon, and 35 minutes along the beach in the dark)

By minibus (30 lira / 15 minutes, or even less) you can get to Icmeler, Nirvana Beach, well, or any other, there is cleaner water, there are waves, but also biting fish. There is also a Turunch, it is further away, the minibus runs once an hour, we were not there, but we were advised. In general, the more to the right, the cleaner it is, although there were no questions about the cleanliness of the sea at all, the only thing is very salty, you can barely open your eyes if you get wet.
nutrition:
The choice of food is large, varied, the buffet itself was not photographed, I attacked bread and French fries, and so there are different side dishes, there was meat and soy, a lot of vegetables, desserts, fruits. We even came in 5 minutes before the end of dinner and there was enough food. There is wine / beer / vodka / gintonic from non-alcoholic cola / sprite for sure, the rest was not specified. A couple of times it happened that something ended in the evening, but this is not critical, the vending machine with water / juice / tea is always worth it. Wine from bottles, decent beer, like Ephesus.
cleaning:
Russian-speaking girls clean, they clean well. I don't know if they have a schedule, but on the 4th day of rest, we asked the reception to do the cleaning for us and it was done, towels were changed, paper was added, and the day before departure we already did the cleaning without asking. Of course, we did not consider every corner, and the windows to the balcony too, the linen was clean, the remote control from the air conditioner was on tape, but everything worked fine, the refrigerator too, well, we did not turn on the TV, it was not needed.
EXCURSIONS (we considered several offers, spent time, but I will tell you for sure that we did not find it more profitable / honest / better, and after asking the same vacationers, it turned out that they were on the same tour with us, that's just $ 15 more expensive)
Therefore, I heartily recommend "SASHA FROME RUSH", but not those Sasha who pretend to be on the beach, namely Sasha from Krasnodar, from whom you can take not only excursions, but also exchange any currency, at the most favorable rate, we first hurried and exchanged a part not very profitable, also from you can rent a mask, a scooter, maybe a car, I don't know for sure.

There are not many Russian tourists in Marmaris, prices are mostly indicated everywhere in pounds.
Migros is a supermarket with regular prices, in other stores 15-20 liras is usually more expensive.
The bazaar mainly sells things, you can bargain.
I also recommend visiting Kapurcuk (a two-storey cafe, a museum on the second floor, traditional desserts on the ground floor, very tasty with figs, nuts, tea, coffee and sodas, this has never been seen anywhere else (we were advised on one of the excursions) Open until 17 o'clock. In front of Anatoly's cafe to the left, apparently few people know about the place, because there are no people, and the tour was quite interesting (in English), and we left 320 lira there for everything (I attach a photo)

I would like to say separately about the service. He's just missing. No one speaks English or Russian. Minors who smoke and do nothing work. There is often no beer or other drinks at the bar. Nobody cares about anything. Everything is dirty. Not cleaned up. In general, I think that this hotel is not worthy of a single arrival and not a single tourist. Don't spoil your vacation with these negative moments. Find a better hotel than this one.
We stayed at this hotel in September 2017. A very old, tired room stock. The "restaurant" did not have time to clean up. The choice of food was meager, some salads were served for breakfast, lunch and dinner, without changing the dressing. There is no beach of its own, only a municipal one, similar to asphalt crumbs in cigarette butts. Perhaps those guests who plan to exclusively drink cheap incomprehensible alcohol in the pool 24/7 will really like everything.
The city of Marmaris itself is wonderful, the sea is clean. We paid for deck chairs on the beaches of other hotels, it saved the rest.
Russian Russian is a normal three) the contingent is mostly Russian, and the staff does not understand Russian, however, this is normal for Marmaris. The kitchen pumped up, of course, mostly vegetables)

Disgusting hotel! I do not recommend it! Meals for 3, a very small selection on the buffet, only cheeses and watermelon are delicious. Of the hot drinks, only tea. The reception is zero, they do not fulfill any requests (change towels at least once a week, do cleaning, restart the Internet, which does not work all the time, etc.). The rooms are old, dirty, with tangles of dust and hair, the linen is dirty, towels are given out with stains and other people's hair. Plumbing is just falling apart before our eyes. The most pleasant thing about the hotel is the swimming pool. Big, clean, the water is not cold. The location of the hotel is good, in the center of Marmaris, it is convenient to walk to Icmeler and the old town, there are many cafes nearby, a supermarket.
Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, nothing catches in the rooms, the TV does not work, the towels are all dirty (even when they are changed, they are immediately given dirty ones) the staff is rude, few people speak Russian. There are problems with the bed linen in the room itself , it is also dirty

The staff is nice, I'm a cold person, so a blanket appeared in my room promptly)) everything is clean and tidy, I really liked the room, like 306. Wi-Fi is easy to catch when there are few people on the 1st floor))) it doesn't catch at all in the room, but for us it was even a plus))
The hotel corresponds to 4*! The room was always clean! The air conditioning in the room is working. A pool with clean water. We were always fed fresh food! There were a lot of vegetables, but no fruits. Mostly chicken dishes, rarely fried mackerel. The sea is very close, the municipal sandy beach. The hotel is on the main street, where minibuses run. Migros is nearby. The market is Turkish. I really liked the excursions by the sea! And be sure to get a hamam right after arrival, before tanning! The tan really lasts longer!

I gave it 5 stars because I like the simplicity of the hotel. Nothing superfluous. There are rooms that are clean and relatively worn out already, they have air conditioning, but it rattles a lot. The food is very tasty and no frills. The choice of dishes for a normal person is large and varied. The main advantage of this hotel is its location near the main street of Marmaris. You can leave the hotel and immediately take the bus and go to Icmeler to the free and beautiful Nirvana Beach. The price of this hotel is very attractive. It has everything you need to relax and without unnecessary frills. There is a swimming pool. There is a Migros hypermarket 100 meters from the hotel. The only negative is the noise from the street at night. Only Russians and occasionally people from Jordan stay at the hotel. The hotel staff is very kind and everyone speaks Russian perfectly.
We stayed at the hotel for seven days. The most terrible hotel. The indifferent boorish reception staff. Terrible food, leftovers from breakfast turning into dinner, etc. From fruits, only unripe melons and watermelons. There was no iron. We went all vacation crumpled. They said it burned down. They were very surprised and opposed all our appeals and questions. The furniture in the room was falling apart. The hotel grounds are filthy and microscopic. The pool is terrible. It's dirty!!! There was no WiFi. Only near the reception. All the hotel guests tried to connect to it at once, sitting and standing in a bunch. Everyone, of course, failed. The air conditioner was dripping, a huge puddle flowed down on the balcony. The hotel bracelet could not be removed either day or night. He was scratching his skin hard. A hotel from which you immediately want to leave!
Plus: it's a 5-minute walk to the sea. Minus: if you want to lose weight, you are here!!! Food that flies are constantly sitting on. Artificial sausage sausage, fish meat is missing. Of the fruits, only watermelon with flies. Very dirty! The rooms are practically not cleaned! There is a chance you will get a used towel! Staff on 3-.
I was on vacation with my wife and six-year-old son in August 2019. The kitchen is terrible. The food comes with a taste of mold. Soured salads in the evening. Of the fruits, only an unripe watermelon. The child was brought home with food poisoning. I do not recommend it to anyone
I do not recommend this hotel. The interior and location seem to be quite good. But there are big problems with food. very , very poor cooking quality . It's just terrible. Believe me, my assessment is objective and honest.
