Great hotel with kind staff and tasty diverse breakfast. I recommend 👌

The staff is helpful, the administrator knows Russian, they will always help, prompt, and breakfast is served on the veranda on one side overlooking the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosque on the other. The breakfasts are normal , not super -duper , but it 's okay to live until lunch . In the evening , you can go up to the top floor and have a takeaway dinner , thank you for this opportunity . The hotel is located near famous attractions . The room is sooo hot , the batteries are heated like in a sauna . I rented a star for a room, the family room is in the basement with a view of the wall . It felt like we were going down into a hobbit hole every time . Special thanks to the maid , we have not seen such cleaning in more than one country .

We stayed at the hotel for three days and three nights) I liked the hotel, they clean the room every day. It's warm and cozy and clean. A good breakfast. Very polite staff, they speak Russian. I recommend.

We have been to this hotel three times in 5 years. The hotel is the best in terms of price/quality. Excellent breakfasts on the top floor overlooking the Golden Horn Bay, the cook is preparing a delicious omelette for you. A varied breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. They clean up sooo clean! We have something to compare it with, because we rested in different hotels in Istanbul. Now we only go to Seraglio. My friends liked it too. The location is perfect. The very center, the main attractions are within walking distance. And it's quiet at night. Thank you for your level and hospitality, we will come again!)

The hotel is very cozy. The staff is polite, tries to help in everything. We are now at the hotel: the breakfasts are wonderful, delicious. Historical sights are very close. By the way, the hotel is located on a quiet street, so the night passed in silence. I highly recommend it. We live in the main building, we like it here!

I really liked the hotel, every morning, the smiling chef personally cooks scrambled eggs and all the waiters are very pleasant and helpful, the room is clean and changed our bed linen and towel every day, which was not unimportant! And special thanks to the Russian-speaking Kenan guy at the reception! Thank you all!

The hotel is excellent, convenient location. We stop every time we arrive. The rooms are large, especially the three-bedroom apartments.
