The rooms look better in the photo than in reality, the breakfast is modest. But if you need affordable housing, this is a great option, near the metro, convenience stores like 7eleven. Cafes in the vicinity are open until about 9 pm.

On the plus side: good location (close to the center), but difficult to find, I had to wander. And in the heat, even an extra 15 minutes is very noticeable.
The room has good air conditioning, which is also a clear plus.
Of the cons: terribly dirty. The renovation was obviously a long time ago.
So the whole tub is mildewed, the toilet is falling apart, the wallpaper is peeling and bubbling.
The facilities provided by the hotel are either of an inappropriate kind (dirty towels, questionable bed linen) or are missing as a class at all (bathroom accessories that were indicated as present at the time of booking).
I also consider the staff to be a minus, since the two girls at the reception are far from the concept of politeness.
Of the necessary: there are differences, but in the form of a bunch of confused adapters with periodically broken parts. The shower pours in episodes, that is, during a five-minute shower, you can be scalded a couple of times and doused with ice water a couple of times. And you won't guess when that is. The refrigerator is small, but it works. I haven't used the kettle yet. In general, the impression is in half, it is too much spoiled by dirt. If you don't want to wash your room first on your vacation, or you agree to live in dirt and mold, then it's not so bad.
Breakfast is standard - juice, toast, honey, milk and cereal. However, I went into the kitchen by chance one evening, and there is still nothing cleaned, everything is still standing on the table in the heat. Now I doubt the quality of storage of even such unpretentious products.
For me, the experience is more negative than joyful.
