We stayed at this hotel from 09/20/2024 to 09/27/2024. We really enjoyed the rest, the hotel is super. The food is excellent and varied, the alcohol is excellent, the bartenders are handsome, they do not regret alcohol, especially in the 24-hour bar) The staff is friendly and friendly) the animation is great, the sea is super, the beach is not big, but there was always enough space for everyone) a bunch of bars and where to eat, you will not stay sober and hungry)) in general, everything was fine, my wife and I really enjoyed our vacation at Senza the inn)) Important tip: if you want the room to be clean every day, leave a small tip for the cleaners (we left $ 1 every day and we changed towels every day and changed bed linen twice a week, do not be stingy, friends))

Pros:
* nice big pool, interesting animation it has;
* the choice of food at first glance is varied, but on the second or third day it gets boring. For the most part, the food is delicious.
Cons:
* the chrome parts in the room are in an inappropriate form: bathroom faucet, front door handles. This applies to the Standard room, there are rumors that things are better in Comfort;
* elevators look disgusting: the glass looks like pigeons have made a mess;
* There is no free Wi-Fi even in the lobby. Moreover, the tour operator said that it was available, a colleague was on vacation in May 2024, wi-fi was;
* in general, alcohol is a minus. As far as I am aware, 'Ultra all Inclusive' implies imported alcohol, but there is none here, regardless of the cocktail chosen, it is made on raki, it can be replaced with local rum/whiskey, if you point it out. Beer is nothing.

I liked the hotel, I was with my girlfriend and her little daughter in early November. The room is nice, 3 separate beds, which is quite important, clean. The plumbing is certainly not new, but everything works fine. The only thing is, the elevators are very dirty, beautiful, but it was not very pleasant to enter them, especially for the first time. All the hotel staff are very friendly and attentive, there is quite enough entertainment for children, a playground, a children's pool, the animators of the girls are also good. There is definitely a lot of food))) But to be honest, almost everything is not delicious, well, or I'm too picky. There is practically no choice of fish or meat. Maybe it's just the end of the season.

Cons: of course this is the beach, very dirty sea👎, we went to Cleopatra beach a couple of times, in principle, it is not problematic (the fare is 40 lira, the time is 20 minutes and there), animation is in principle there, but there have never been any visiting artists, a very big minus is also the music by the pool - it is not exactly designed for Russians. We didn't pay anything extra for the room, we had a late check-in, we came to the reception at 12 o'clock, our bracelets were not removed, we used the territory and went to lunch))) So, there will be more positivity and the same attitude towards you😉 For the price we paid, I am very happy in principle, despite the disadvantages. We rested at the hotel from 4-14.10.24
We drove from the airport for about 2 hours, thanks to the guide (we are from anex), the trip was fast and we learned a lot of interesting things about the country, since this is our first time in Turkey.
Upon arrival at the hotel at 13:00, we were offered early check-in for $ 10 per hour, of course we refused, put our things in the luggage room and went to explore the surroundings. We returned at 14:00 and we were safely settled.
Our room was standard on the ground floor, the room was not bad - stylish interior, balcony.
Of course, there were nuances in the room: when taking a shower, water runs all over the bathroom, because the threshold in the shower is very low.
The room also smells of sewage. At first we thought it was from the bathroom, but then we found a way to get rid of the problem: just always turn on the air conditioner, no matter what temperature and power, the main thing is that it just works and there will be no smell!
TV, mini-bar are working. There are Russian channels on TV, many foreign ones in different languages. There is a kettle, but pay attention to its cleanliness from the inside. The bottom of ours was covered in white plaque and these white flakes were floating! It is better to take boiling water at the bar.
Room cleaning:
The cleaning is actually very mediocre, one day the room will be cleaned, the other day only the bathroom, on what principle the choice is unknown to me. But at least they offered cleaning every day, even if they included "do not disturb".
Towels were changed about once every 2 days, bed linen 1 time in 10 days. Soap and snout reported, please note that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided - take your own.
Meal:
There is a lot of food and you can eat 24/7. There are many bars and restaurants.
There is a large selection in the main restaurant, not everything can be eaten, but you will definitely not stay hungry. Lots of salads, cheeses, sausages, vegetables/fruits. Very tasty pancakes for breakfast, delicious mashed potatoes, grilled turkey, fish (but not all)
There are a lot of sweets, but they taste disgusting, although they look very beautiful
There is also a wide variety of drinks. Alcohol: wine/champagne sucks, cocktails more or less, strong alcohol will do.
Ala kart fish restaurant: very tasty shrimp, squid in 50/50 batter, fish and soup are delicious. The only disadvantage is that you have to wait until the waiters bring your dishes (10 minutes each dish)
The guests smoke always and everywhere, even at the table. If you don't want to smell these scents, dine indoors, not on the terrace
Animation:
As such, I didn't notice the animation at all. In the afternoon, about every hour, there was a five-minute session by the pool (something like a warm-up), sometimes water polo was held, and evening animation was complete boredom. But it's not critical for us, that's not why we came.

The beach on the sea is small, there have always been sun beds as well. The entrance is pebbly, but we are on our beach and have not swum once. We always threw things on our sun beds and went to the next beach on the right. The water is much warmer there, the waves are smaller and the approach is more gentle and without stones. In the evening, the water is already cloudy, it is better to come in the morning. There is a bar on the beach: drinks and French fries + burgers. There is a normal clean toilet, shower, changing room. We always walked to the beach - it took 7-10 minutes to walk, we never accidentally got on the shuttle
Water park:
There are mini slides and there are basic ones. The main slides are for older children and adults, but keep in mind that the pool itself is shallow and when leaving the slide (personally, I) constantly hit my back / ass on the bottom. In general, it is normal, but it certainly cannot be compared with the slides in land of legends.
WiFi is paid, it's better to take a SIM card so as not to be tied to the hotel. The SIM card cost us $ 38 for 30GB of Internet - we took it from the anex guide, but there are a lot of other places - the choice is yours
Many people still write about music by the pool, to be honest, I didn't notice it at all - it plays quite quietly.
By the way, I already wanted to write that there are no cockroaches, as 3 days before departure I met him in the toilet at night. It was unpleasant, but I didn't see them anymore.
The staff, except for the reception, speaks Russian poorly or does not speak at all, so remember basic English.
The general impression is that it's fine for your money, there are disadvantages, but generally uncritical. We liked it.

General information:
If, like us, you are thinking of not taking any things like slates, razors, hats, etc. with you, be sure to take your own!!! Prices in stores are 2-3 times higher than in Russia. It is better to buy on the WB for pennies than to overpay here.
It is better to go shopping in migros (5 min walk), it is more expensive at the hotel and at the market. By the way, they don't like to bargain in the market. At best, they will throw off a little, and then they will give up and leave😂
As for the currency, the locals like the currency of $ €, because of the high inflation in the country, but it is better to have lira with you. Because sometimes the price of a product is 8€ / 8$ / 340 liras, if translated into rubles, then it is not the same thing. But most often it is more profitable to pay in lira. By the way, we always paid in lira. Some shops on the market accept rubles by transfer.
Excursions: we took the hotel from our guide from anex, but they are a little more expensive than near the hotel. But keep in mind that the group will be Russian-speaking, including a guide, and if you buy around the corner, then the group is a combined hodgepodge and it is not a fact that someone will be Russian. We preferred to overpay a little for our comfort. Anex buses are very comfortable and new.
By the way, I recommend visiting an excursion to Pamukkale (balloons, Lake Salda, wine tasting and Toros Safari (rafting, buggy, zipline, jeep safari (in fact an open gazelle). In Toros safari, do not spare money for a wetsuit - the water on rafting is very cold!
We also went to the hammam and the Turkish Disneyland. Keep in mind, everywhere you will be bred for money, do not be fooled by this.

THE BEST VACATION!
We went to Turkey for the first time with my husband and a 3-year-old child. Before that, I was only in Russia and Hainan.
PROS:
1. Varied and delicious food. Fish, meat every day. Various fruits. Delicious desserts.Delicious pancakes for breakfast.All the most delicious things are cooked on the grill.
2. Good non-alcoholic drinks and alcohol.There are juices, coffee, soda, they can make a cocktail without alcohol, good Efes beer is tasty and without bitterness, champagne from bottles is good, wine is not so tasty, dry. Tequila is super in its pure form, brought in shots with lime. You can make gin and tonic, whiskey cola, blue lagoon, etc. My head doesn't hurt the next morning.
3. There are a lot of places where you can eat. You won't stay hungry.I attach photos of all places where you can eat.
4. Although the beach is small, there are always free sun beds, in the evening there is almost no one.There is a pebble to the left of the breakwater, it is not very convenient to enter, but if the waves are good, you can swing. If you walk to the right of the beach, there is perfect sand, a gentle entrance to the sea and fewer waves.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach through an underground passage. You can drive a blue tractor (shuttle) from the water park.
5.A good water park separately for children and separately for adults, there are queues. The slide on the tubing is a buzz.

14. The hotel is 17 km from Alanya. You can get away from the rest of the public transport by 101.01 bus for 40 liras per person. It takes 30 minutes to drive. The buses are comfortable, with a conder, you can pack your luggage.A taxi costs from $30. In Alanya, you can ride a cable car for 345 liras per person. Nice, beautiful, big hotel. Cozy rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, the only drawback is the beach. I don't like to write negatives, so about the beach - it's all the details. In the village of Turkler, this hotel was accidentally visited by T. Unfortunately, there were no seats in the Senza Grand in Mahmutlar. And they bought it there. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, which was reviewed, then we were returned to Mahmutlar. In Senza Grand.
We always relax with a positive attitude, so we took these trips to 2 hotels with a sense of adventure character. We liked the hotel very much, cleanliness, beauty, delicious,))) and by the way, we had very nice bonuses for our ordeal ..... in the form of free Wi-Fi in both hotels and rooms with sea views!! A GOOD HOTEL WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
I don't understand bad reviews , if people go deliberately looking for cons who always don't like something , so it's better to stay at home , I think so !!!
We liked the hotel, we arrived earlier than 14.00, but we were almost immediately checked in, waited for 30 minutes, we were told that the room would be prepared and you can check in!
The room is not large, but the furniture is modern , everything worked and plumbing including , cleaning was daily , we even refused several times because we were in the room at that time, towels were also changed systematically, in 11 days of arrival we changed bed linen 1 time, there was a lot of food , meat, chicken, turkey, beef , fish, snacks, salads , cheeses , vegetables and fruits , sweets as much as the whole table , we were always full , we always found something to eat , there is also a restaurant where pizza , spaghetti, burgers are prepared , they work according to the menu and also all inclusive , one free visit for a stay of over 7 days in a fish restaurant , alcohol is locally produced , we were fine , we drank beer , various cocktails .
Now to the cons, this location is located in the area , it takes 30 minutes by bus to Alanya , there is nowhere to go in the evening , some shops with a surcharge of 2-3 times , this turned out to be a minus for us , since we really like to go shopping after dinner , and there is nowhere to go , not so far Neva outlet , we went for variety , but there 's nothing to buy there , just old junk and fakes that pass off as originals .
Another disadvantage is the beach , the canopies are comfortable , it is not convenient to sunbathe , we had to put sun beds between the sun beds so that the sun gets in , the sunset is rocky , and there are a lot of people , we found a wild beach between the hotels , if you look at the sea , you need to go left, there is a sandy sunset , but lately there have been a lot of people coming there but it 's still more comfortable than on the main beach .

There are many different nationalities staying at the hotel, there were no problems during the entire 10 days. The territory of the hotel is small, for such a giant. 10 minutes walk to the sea, walking distance. Also, the blue tractor shuttle runs every 30 minutes))) one of the disadvantages for me personally is food. I have something to compare it with, I was in 3*, 4* and 5*. The nutrition here is solid 3. Already on the 4th day you are happy with French fries... Variety at the dining room level. During the entire rest period, there were meat dishes: fried chicken wings, overcooked cutlets, questionable meatballs. That's all... I was at 4 and everything was much more interesting there. And, as expected, the wife has food poisoning. Separately, a couple of lines about the restaurant (as stated at the time of booking, during the rest you can visit the fish restaurant by appointment. Located on the territory of the hotel) visited, the same food from the hotel restaurant is only served in portions and by the waiter). Oh yes, the most common question of our (Russian) tourists is alcohol. I drank and stayed alive))) the usual alcohol of Turkish hotels P.S. in general, we were satisfied with the rest!

Public toilets don't have time to clean up. Turkish fries alcohol, their production, quality is below average, you can only drink EPHESUS beer. Cola fanta sprite is delicious. The beach is small, they don't clean it. Among the advantages: several pools, a water park- always clean. Next to the hotel there is a Migros store, as good as the Crossroads network (Pyaterochka), you can buy anything you want at an affordable price. But.. the nuances begin upon arrival. Minus 1 star in the rating: Your ticket was activated when you boarded the plane. You arrive early in the morning, and check-in is at 14:00. That is, everything is paid for, but you cannot use anything before check-in. And here you have a choice, either sit in the lobby without food and water before check-in, or pay $ 50 at the reception (naturally without a receipt), and they put bracelets on you, you can have breakfast, and you will be checked in early to a "better room". You can eat, no one has ever been hungry😊 But it turned out monotonously.
Despite these nuances, the rest was good, it flew by quickly. To say that I would like to come here again-no, I don't want to. There are better options.
When choosing this hotel, do not count on 5* service. This will not happen, but if you are determined to have a good rest, not paying attention to some moments, you will have a good rest, just like us.

Hello! I want to share my impressions about my vacation in Turkey, which recently ended. The hotel left conflicting feelings. On the one hand, the appearance and positioning as a five-star hotel are impressive, but the service leaves much to be desired.
I'll start with the number. The walls were not washed, cleaning was not carried out for three days, the supply of tea and coffee was not replenished. Instead of a duvet cover, an old plaid was given out, which created a feeling of saving on the quality of service.
The restaurant was also disappointing. There were no tablecloths on the tables, only old napkins. There were not enough waiters, the tables were practically not cleaned, dirty plates had to be rearranged. The waiters did not offer drinks, and you had to stand in line for them. The bartender worked slowly.
The inside of the hotel was also not cleaned, there were greasy stains on the glass, walls, railings and tables. There was a heavy smell in the restaurant.
Another problem is the noise from the fan outside. He howled like a wolf around the clock, which prevented falling asleep and created discomfort.
The Wi-Fi in the hotel was paid and of poor quality.
The hotel staff seemed indifferent and tired to me. Perhaps the reason is the small salary.
A broken shelf was found in the steam room, about which you can get hurt on nails.
The indoor pool was closed for renovation, and the water in the outdoor pool is not heated, it is impossible to swim.
There is animation in the hotel, but maybe the guys are tired too.
The water park also disappointed — the pool is not heated.
Despite all the inconveniences, a vacation in Turkey in November can be pleasant. But if you want a quality vacation, it's better to choose another hotel.

Wi-Fi is paid in the arrival area of the hotel. It is also paid in the room and the administration raised the price for Wi-Fi 1.5 times 5 days after arrival. 1 day - 2.5 dollars or euros.
Instead of a blanket, there is a thin cotton bedspread. And in November, the nights were already cool, and we slept in sweatpants, socks and shirts.
The floors were made of ceramic tiles, and there was not even a small rug near the beds so as not to get up on the cold floor.

And here there's a village, blackness, no embankment, just an unlit path. But in other respects, the hotel is good. The food is varied, booze, sun beds, animation, a good gym, hammam, cleaning. It is easy to get to Alanya. It was November, and there were a lot of people. Everyone behaves culturally. But if they drink, they make noise. So, if you like silence, don't settle down with a view of the pool. The beach is clean, the water is clean. It takes 10 minutes to get there, but it's good, there are no extra people, they drink by the pool. I'm really writing about November, it's probably different here in summer. There were no incidents. They didn't take a paid safe, the Internet was on 2, and it was expensive at the reception. Near Migros and all kinds of shops, a music school.
We also took a transfer from Alik, and we got there quickly. What else can I say? Don't go with the old-style 100 and 50 dollars, we transported them and only in Russia I barely changed them. Buy lira in Russia. The Lira in Turkey is the very thing.
I didn't see Alik before I left, but I wanted to thank him for handling difficult transfer situations. I recommend it, especially if you don't speak Turkish. I had no problems with him, everything was clear, both with transfers and with excursions.

We had a rest in July 2023. I liked the hotel, there are many options to eat, a great restaurant on the 1st floor: pizza, burgers, pasta. They cook great! The main restaurant has a variety of delicious desserts. The animation is unobtrusive. A great water park for both children and adults, the children were delighted (7 and 18 years old) . The only negative is the tour operator Biblio-Globus, disappointed with the organization, changed flights and just 2 days disappeared from our vacation, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

2) Food. The choice is disgusting, everything is tasteless, greasy, the assortment of fruits is just no and everything is not tasty. As a result, on the 3rd day I had to buy a remedy for heartburn, the staff had nothing, and the doctor does not stay at the hotel all the time.
3) Drinks, the hotel was positioned as a UAI, which should include foreign drinks, in fact they are for money, only local swill is free, which is even difficult to call alcohol.

We were put in a dirty room with dirty pads on the floor, someone else's hair and dirty towels, but our guide promptly decided everything the next day. However, the smell of sewage throughout the room, a broken hair dryer and sometimes missing hot water has not been canceled, as well as an open balcony door, take what you want.
The food was good, the bar can be considered non-alcoholic, since I do not know how much to drink to get at least a little in my head.
The waiters are wonderful, everyone's work is prompt, a very nice guard.
Paid Wi-Fi, but I think it doesn't matter.
Most of all, it's a shame for the pool and the stench in the room, and I also had to live in the mud for the night.

We rested at the hotel in the middle of May. This is not the first time in the hotel.
The rooms are clean and cozy. We had a wonderful view of the pool and the sea.
The room has various hygiene products, slippers, kettle, tea, coffee, cups, mini bar is filled on the first day.
