Great hotel! The best, even compared to the Turkish 5-star))). We were given a room on the 1st floor with direct access to the street. And outside there is a garden with palm trees and olive trees, very beautiful and cozy! Quiet and peaceful. The room is clean, odorless. The bathroom has a little swollen paint on the walls, but we tried not to pay attention to it, because in general the room was gorgeous, with large closets, a refrigerator, a comfortable bed, floor-to-ceiling windows. The food at the hotel is wonderful, delicious and varied, and most importantly, the children always had something to eat and drink). Our children ate too much pizza and French fries, got drunk on soda. In the end, they could no longer absorb all this and switched to fruits and vegetables.
Delicious salads, meat and fish dishes, dessert is just awesome. The animators also worked at their best, playing darts every day, or archery for adults, yoga, aqua aerobics, disco for children. There is an equestrian club on the territory, children were taken to ride ponies and horses. On a pony 20 dinars for half an hour, on a horse 45 dinars. You can come and just feed the horses with fruits from the restaurant. There are also tennis courts, but we didn't go there. Now about the bad)). Very annoying locals. As soon as we went to the beach, they immediately swooped in, very persistently sold their goods at an inadequate price, stood next to us, whined that they needed to feed their family and all that sort of thing. The nut seller just came up to everyone, poured his nuts on the chaise longue and left. Then he came back and demanded to buy his nuts. 3 small bags of 600 rubles for our money. He just wouldn't leave people's side until he was paid. In general, then the guide advised us to ignore these sellers, just keep silent and not answer, and even better, put on headphones. We have not seen such trade pressure anywhere else)). The second disadvantage is the spa in this hotel. We were lured by a 2-hour program, which promised a hammam, a wrap and a massage). And it was more profitable to take 5 days. Take a one-time visit and that's enough! Because they try only the first time)). The following days are just a conveyor belt. 5 minutes of hammam, for 5 minutes they smear with algae, then massage, during which you are smeared with sunflower oil so that it is difficult to walk afterwards, because it is slippery. The perfume from this sunflower oil is characteristic. Of course, something is added to it, or massage oil is diluted with it. But 520 dinars is absolutely not worth it. If at the rate of 27, then it turned out to be about 14 tr. in 5 days. And in total, it took about an hour. In general, two tips: put on headphones at the sight of sellers and do not go to the spa at the hotel)). And so a wonderful hotel, very beautiful and clean, and even beach towels with a deposit of 20 dinars did not change our opinion))).
A wonderful hotel. Well-groomed, green area, 2 swimming pools, varied food, and Tunisian cuisine. The first line, 3 minutes to the beach immediately from the hotel, the animators are super guys! Thank you for a wonderful stay♥️👍
I really liked the hotel. I was on vacation with my son, 8 years old. He was absolutely delighted. The food is delicious, the infrastructure is good, it's not boring to stay in the hotel and not go out.. The only thing that wasn't great was the evening shows. They take place in a stuffy room... and so the animators are wonderful!! And special thanks to Larochka, who helped with the clothing and fur store!!!
I bought a ticket for my mother and son to this hotel, because they constantly rested in it earlier and were always happy to return again, so they decided not to experiment in a pandemic and confidently booked the hotel once again, but it turned out to be a big mistake. It all started with the settlement. Before the trip, I asked for a room for them in the main building on the 1st floor (without elevator). The man is elderly, cannot live high, dizzy, used to constantly stay in the same room. I was immediately refused, because the floor was completely closed, I was not pleasantly surprised by this fact, I would have known it, I did not buy the tour at all, it was important for us when booking. Then I asked for a room with a terrace in this case, I received a sharp refusal - not for two and that's it. Upon arrival, they were given a terrible room, on the second floor with broken plumbing. It was probably a compliment, for regular guests. There were not even all sets of towels in the room, not to mention shower gel, shampoo in individual packaging, as it used to be in the hotel. But now there was a piece of soap and shower gel in the sanizer, which washes hands only in a public toilet, in general, in one word - the savings are terrible even on this. The faucet in the room opened very tightly, splashing water in different directions. After my next complaint about such a check-in, my mother and child were moved to a room with a terrace, which was initially categorically refused, but now for some reason they offered themselves. Why it was impossible to immediately give a room to an elderly person (a regular guest) and not mock, I do not understand, especially since there were not so many guests upon check-in, because the hotel opened not so long ago. Only Russian and Tunisian families rest in the hotel itself, there are very large arrivals on weekends, it is not comfortable at all for many reasons in such a company, the hotel is focused exclusively on locals and this is a minus. In terms of food, the hotel is no longer the same, it has become 3 stars cleanly, 2 times, of course you won't be hungry, but I compare it with what it was - changes on the face and it's sad, because the cost according to the new price list was high, and the choice of dishes is very small. There are no dates anymore, as before, only in cakes. Fresh- only lemon is left, previously there was always a good choice of juices, now drink only lemon. My child was given orange juice, for old times' sake, thanks to the waiter. There was no seafood in the main restaurant, as before, there was a small, not tasty fish that you won't eat, although at the end of the rest fish began to appear, complaints can be seen. There are only two types of tea to choose from, there used to be a lot……The child did not wait for donuts, which he always liked to eat at the hotel, now they are simply not cooked. The hotel cannot be compared with what it was, the savings in food are noticeable everywhere you look and it's sad. Before check-in, I asked the hotel if they accept bank cards to pay for the SPA, and received a positive answer. Upon arrival, the cards were not accepted, well, the service. I had to go to the SPA at a nearby hotel where they accept cards. The atmosphere in the hotel is not what it was. In a word, it was boring, it was not interesting to relax here at all. It was not a pleasant case, one day the child rubbed his feet in the pool, maybe there was sand and it was not cleaned, or just something happened to the coating, we did not understand, but we were treated by the hotel doctor, for which we thank him very much for the help. Beach: it would not hurt to clean the thorns. Also, the employee of the beach, who is supposed to bring mattresses to the guests, does not do this, waits for money, just sits and watches as the guests carry the mattresses themselves (terrible-looking, all old and battered). They do bring mattresses by the pool, but at least this. Summary: I do not recommend the hotel to regular guests, although I always advised it to everyone in Hammamet as one of the best, but the pandemic certainly affected and it is very noticeable. The rest can only be enjoyed by those who have never been to Fenicia before and have nothing to compare how it was at this hotel and what has become. We will not come again, the hotel simply does not justify the cost that we paid for the rest, the overpayment is huge for the service and 3-star meals. For the money that it cost, I could take better vacation options on Djerba, where now during the pandemic the French and Czechs are resting in large numbers for whom they are trying very hard for service and nutrition (I was there in June and looked at everything, I know what I am writing.) Russian Russians, perhaps the management thought that such service and food would be suitable for Russians and you can turn on austerity mode and not worry, because Russians are not whimsical, it will do for us anyway, although I will note how many times my family has been to this hotel, there was no such thing. But I repeat, now the focus is on the locals, in large numbers. 26/06 we left the hotel and that day there was a huge arrival of Tunisians
Positive: good sea, sand, lots of sun beds. The green area of the hotel.
Minuses: the food is poorly cooked. Even the simplest dishes, which are almost impossible to cook tasteless, are prepared this way. If you can take a delicious croissant with coffee beans for breakfast, even though you don't want to eat rolls all your vacation, then what to take for lunch and dinner is simply unclear.
Last year we were in the UAE for two weeks, every time our eyes ran away, it was hard to choose, the overeaters left.
There is not even freshly squeezed juice here.
The fruits are stony, unripe.
The dishes are bland, although we do not salt ourselves at home.
No one expected anything from desserts, even in the UAE they were synthetic from vegetable fats.
In general, having traveled the world and lived in hotels from 3 to 5 stars, I can say that food is a very important component of recreation. And Fenicia is by far the worst food hotel we've been to.
The salad bar is even tasteless all over, the cabbage is kind of tough. One good coal slow is enough for us. And here the choice is huge and everything is tasteless from plastic vegetables.
In general, for the quantity - definitely here. For quality, no.
The food score is 1 out of 10.
Thank God they didn't take 2 weeks.
Ps: the Spa has a good massage.
The best family hotel in Tunisia, If you do not like the Turkish heat, if you have small children, if you are not afraid of a cool pool, then this hotel is for you. Do not look for a marble Jacuzzi in a 150-meter room, Polina Gagarina and Biensi will not perform in front of you, but you will never get poisoned, as usually happens in pompous Turkish hotels. You will spend time with friends, with the most sincere animators and vacationers. Wonderful climate, just a super-super beach and clear sea, excellent cuisine, very nondescript and delicious fruits, excellent excursions. If you go, give my regards to Mario and Vindiesel. Yes, take an excursion to the Colosseum and Carthage, in no case do not settle for a pirate ship.
I was at this hotel for the second time. The hotel is great. I really like the service. The only Wi-Fai periodically disappears and needs to be configured. But this does not create discomfort. The staff is polite and friendly. Animation: Well done guys!!! They are trying to get 100 points. And what I was amazed at when I arrived at this hotel for the second time was that the staff was trying, and many of them really spoke a little Russian. The rooms are clean and cozy. They clean every day, towels are changed every day. Yes, we practically spent only the night in the room. We came to enjoy the sea and the sun. We found a lot of friends here. Everyone is very friendly, and most importantly, they are positive. We had a 100% rest with a friend. Thanks for keeping it that way
A nice and cozy hotel, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A free room with a balcony, the room is cleaned every day. Great food, the only thing is dinner in 2 shifts, which is not very convenient. Among the disadvantages, at the reception desk, when checking in, they ask for money for a better check-in, but if you ignore this, they will still settle.(But this is a feature of Tunisia)
In general, the hotel is good for relaxation. But without children, the animation is lame (I was at the end of the season)
I really liked the hotel. The food is varied (beef, lamb, chicken, seafood).
We were at the end of September - the hotel is almost empty, there are more people on weekends, as locals come.
The attitude of the staff is good. Always with a smile.
We had a rest in early May 2019.
+ Delicious cooking. Good ANIMATION. The modern rooms are very spacious. The hotel has a large territory and a lot of greenery. A variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. There is a large heated swimming pool. They are fed 24 hours a day.
- When checking in at the reception, they immediately show 2 different rooms, the most miserable and normal, if you want to live in a normal room, give 50 euros. There are few fruits. The room is poorly cleaned, dust and dirt. Mattresses are constantly hidden from sun beds. A dirty beach on the sea, namely the entrance. A very bad disco.
A great hotel with good service and a beach. There are many different pools, there is a SPA.
Only this hotel is not shown in the photo. 😏, and the one next to it
The hotel itself is not exactly luxurious. But there is a magnificent green area, a nice clean beach. The view of the sea and the mountains is intoxicating in its beauty. Delicious menu, wonderful animation team. The disadvantages, if any, are insignificant, well, except that the prices for holidays in this hotel have increased significantly.
We've been to the hotel twice. There are no complaints and complaints about almost all aspects of the hotel's activities, and even more so there are no employees. I will be very happy to spend my vacation in 2022 on the shore of a beautiful beach, the best, in my opinion, in Hammamet. Many thanks to the owner and all the staff for your hard work and attention to us.
It is not clear why the hotel has such a high rating (4.72). The hotel is tired. The room stock is very mediocre. The territory is not large, but it is beautiful and green. The sea is great!!! There seems to be a lot of food, but there is not much to choose. Room cleaning is normal, swans, fortunately, were not made of towels))) I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of bedspreads. And given the small size of the room, there is nowhere else to sit except the bed.
There is a Russian-speaking staff - Julia is at the reception, they communicated quite easily with the rest in English. The guests were mostly French and Arabs, Russians made up 20 percent during our vacation.
In general, I did not like the hotel itself. It gives off a "scoop" very much.
Very kind and customer-oriented staff, excellent rooms, the hotel is not new, but you can't tell at all from the interior appearance, delicious food, clean, 2 swimming pools, good access to the sea

Nice 4* hotel in Hammamet. Clean rooms, helpful staff, there are Russian speakers, Julia can help with all questions. The food is varied and at the level. You can read about more detailed points on special websites.
Among the disadvantages, I will note the location of the beach bordering the river flowing into the sea. In case of heavy rains, the river overflows and flows into the sea. The sea turns a faecal brown color. It's nice to swim 4-5 beaches to the right or the same amount to the left. Probably, this is the only disadvantage on vacation. Otherwise, the hotel is very good.
A good hotel, normal rooms, but I must say right away, the rooms are cleaned, well, not good at all, no more than 3.The food is good, varied, fresh. There are no retail outlets near the hotel, there is a shop at the hotel, but it is very expensive there, so if you buy something you need to take a taxi to the center of Hammamet. But I'm not a workaholic, so I was fine with everything.
Friendly and hospitable staff, many of them speak or understand Russian. It's very cozy. Nice area and beach. Several pools, including those designed for children. There is a playground and a mini club for children. Ideal for families with children. Good food, you can always choose something delicious, especially meat. Good drinks.
Excellent cuisine, the staff is polite and ready to help, the rooms are clean, the territory is large and green, there are palm trees. The beach is cleaned every day. The animation is super.
One of the best hotels in Tunisia in the Hammamet area.
The food is varied. But, there are nuances, for example, dinner goes in two shifts. Each shift has exactly one hour of time.
The rooms are designed in the same style. But there are cockroaches in the bathroom. What can I do, regional peculiarities.
There is a fitness center on the street in a separate house.
We were in September 2019, compared to 2017 - there are a lot of people, you probably need to borrow by the pool upon arrival at the hotel, there are plenty of sun beds on the sea, for some reason the
sea was dirty, in 10 minutes I collected two hands of plastic, garbage..... And this strange tour collection..... Taxi drivers are getting impudent.... Trying to take a ride off the meter.... Food - nothing has changed in a year.... I was upset, I never set foot in Tunisia again.....
The hotel is a three-star hotel , the extortionists checked in on the third time they tried to settle in the back of the room and with a view of,, the stinky river,, we will not go to it anymore
Excellent 5* hotel on the beach. The beach is sand. In October, the river dried up nearby and the riverbed was sipping rottenness from the side. The territory of the hotel is large and green. We liked it
The hotel deserves its 4*. Very beautiful territory, good service, I went All inclusive, so no problem. Wi-fi works absolutely everywhere. For all this, 5 points, but a weak diet is 4, although I am an omnivore. The sea and the beach are gorgeous, we were just unlucky with the weather, there were rains and the river brought a lot of garbage into the sea, but this cannot be attributed to the hotel. I had a rest in the first half of October. Thanks a lot to all the staff.
We had a rest in August, an average hotel, old, Wi-fi is not working well, the territory is large, the food is average, there are only 2 types of fish from seafood, local drinks. They love tips very much, the attitude is changing literally before our eyes.
Very nice hotel! The ratio of price and quality. Polite staff, good cuisine, clean and beautiful area. We are staying at this hotel for the second time.
Cozy, comfortable, unobtrusive. Warm sea, clean beach. I have been to Fenicia 2 times already and I will come again

Excellent 4* hotel, reasonable prices, visa-free, unobtrusive animation. Food and local drinks are fine, euro drinks are available separately in bars for an additional fee.the fee.
