The studio is very nice: cozy, clean. The coaches are great. I especially liked the morning stretching with coach Lyubov. Coaching with her is very exciting and fruitful. Lyubov is friendly, correct, at the same time, she is a demanding and highly qualified coach who is attentive to each of her wards. Love explains each exercise and puts it on the shelves. I strongly doubted my abilities before meeting her, but I was very pleased with the results of the training sessions. Thanks to the coach))
