I recently visited the **SenHanoi** restaurant on the Concourse food court and decided to try their fo bo. The impressions were very pleasant.
The broth was rich and fragrant, and there was a deep taste of spices. The beef, like the rest of the ingredients, was fresh and perfectly cooked. The portion turned out to be large enough to satisfy hunger well. I was especially pleased that all the additives (lime, chili, greens) were in sufficient quantity, which allowed me to customize the dish to my taste preferences.
The only negative that I would note is a slight delay in service, although the place was not crowded. But it didn't spoil the overall impression much.
Overall, **SenHanoi** offers an excellent fo bo that is worth a try. The rating is 4.5/5.
Personally, I like to go to different places, and decided to come here a couple of months after the very opening of the Concourse.
Well, my choice with a friend fell on Sen Hanoi.
The general atmosphere is fire, you feel such saturation at the sight of this whole kitchen, and there are wide and comfortable tables with chairs nearby, there is no discomfort, you can unload all your things on the windowsill so as not to interfere.
A girl / woman served us, accepted our order in the best possible way (and I have already ordered there for the first time at the moment) and I want to note that the service is always the best.
Yes, we had to wait 15-20 minutes after making the order, but it's worth it.
The menu is very diverse, I tried different dishes here:
Phobo - large portions for nice money, rich and hearty broth, with long and delicious noodles, you feel like the same Naruto who made noodles from soup every morning. You can also adjust the sharpness and sharpness for yourself, for free you can take sauce, vinegar, spices, Chili pepper along with the order, I'll tell you that's a fat plus ➕
I also tried the Bun Hai Shan soup here - and seafood was not spared here, from the word at all, there are just a lot of them, the sweet and sour broth left so many good memories.
Pho Sao Vit is generally a separate conversation, the most delicate duck with amazing rice noodles and unusually cooked but well-suited carrots with sesame seeds, you need to try it, I advise you!!!
Well, we also tried Goi Kuon - cooked in the best traditions
The prices are average and very pleasant, I think this is the golden mean among the establishments.
The kitchen itself has a very beautiful style of that very Vietnamese cuisine, which can be seen from the cooking utensils and the overall design, class 🙌
From my description of the dish, you can see for yourself what my eyes and taste fell on, but these are just my taste preferences and expectations, always rely on yourself when choosing.
One thing I can say, soups are insular even without additional additives, I always add spice on top, but this may not go far for everyone, keep this in mind when ordering.
Personally, I can safely recommend it, I've been here more than once, and everyone always liked everything, this is my top of the top)
