I only eat Pho bo from Vietnamese cuisine. I've tried it in different cities. And here he is incomparable. At first, I didn't think there were enough sprouts and I didn't like lemon instead of lime either. But in the end, it was enough and everything tasted balanced. I didn't expect it. The meat is gorgeous and it's from the heart. The portion is huge. From draniki, washcloths, sorcerers, etc. it was very hard) I wanted just such a broth.
