It's delicious, but the staff doesn't speak it in Russian and doesn't try to help with the selection. If you understand Vietnamese cuisine and understand what each dish is like, then no problem)
I won't say for a fee, but a couple of years ago there was a great tom-yam here. Now the cooks are no longer the same. What was served was a rooster's ear, not a tom-yam. Don't put your foot in here anymore. To serve such a stew is simply not respect for the client.
