The service at this clinic is just terrible!!!!! The pedontologist unprofessionally conducts the reception, does not explain anything intelligible!!!! Today my husband and I arrived from Lida to Minsk, which is 170 km. just to 15 min. they paid attention to us and did not say anything useful, but simply sent us to CT, knowing that we would not do it and would not return to her!!!!
I'm just horrified how anyone can treat people who have approached her with a problem like that!!!!
It seemed to me that Minsk has the most professional doctors, but it turned out that this is just a MYTH!!!!
Therefore, dear people who have problems with gums or teeth, it is better not to contact this clinic and this specialist, because just throw "money down the drain"!!!!

Of course, I was impressed by the doctor and this dentistry. The reception does not know the norms of administrative processes in the Ministry of Health. I asked to provide an extract from the card, in response I received - wait 7 days, to the question of where the norms come from, the answer is as a rule. Is it really impossible in a private center in the 21st century to make an extract from the card quickly, well, okay, I had to study the legislation and call the Ministry of Health. The answer is, Decree 200, the maximum period for submitting documents is 5 days. I called, told the norms, and decided. I visited the doctor Bobkov M.V., the impression is as if you came and owed him, you can't ask anything normally. I made a diagnosis, asked the doctor to write recommendations to a neurologist (to pay for insurance), in response I received - and here the neurologist, this diagnosis is not related to this (I will also clarify). According to the provided statement to the insurance company for a dental scan, the reason is that the diagnosis is not included in the insurance protocol (according to the Ministry of Health). We will have to study the documents on this issue once again and make a question to the Ministry of Health.
