It's a terrible clinic. I took a voucher for 15.30 to the nurse (Kurbanova Barno Daminovna), who listened to the complaints and referred me to the therapist at 16.15 in the same office, waited with a fever for another 45 minutes (!) and they didn't let me in, because the doctor (Imomkulova Umida Abdualimovna) decided to receive patients not according to the system, but as she wanted. 🤡
When I showed her that I had an appointment with her, she started yelling at me, claiming that she was NOT MY DOCTOR. I waited until she examined her "important" patient and came in, in response, she said that she had already referred me to an ENT WITHOUT EVEN EXAMINING ME. They didn't accept me because of the long WAITING list (again, they don't work according to the system). The head doctor, as it turned out, works from 9.00 to 15.00, and the secretary was not at the workplace! When I got really sick, I was sent to a young therapist in room 9, who prescribed ANTIBIOTICS for me and told me that I had SARS! (With a common viral infection (SARS, flu), antibiotics are not needed because they kill bacteria, not viruses)
The clinic is a mess! Doctors accept patients at will, treat patients negligently, and have no fundamental knowledge of medicine!

Or the doctor will quit and your appointment will not be rescheduled. I made an appointment in advance for a certain time, I came to the registry on the day of registration, they did not give me a ticket. They say the electronic record has been preserved, you can enter in the order of the electronic queue. At the same time, the doctor says in the office that there is no electronic queue, go live. If it is possible not to go to this clinic, I advise you not to go

Gynecologist Shainazarova S. takes sooooo long for everyone, some more try to get in out of turn. Plus, doctors come periodically and the patient's time is given to them. There are standard tests, they are taken quickly, but the queue is still going, because one nurse works. From 7:30-8:00 and even later, you can call the registry and make an appointment with a doctor or several doctors, you can also make an appointment for tests if you have a personal medID, they will write you down if there are coupons left. If they did not stay, then they are sent to the reception desk on a first-come, first-served basis, respectively, they are accepted by coupons. But some patients (visitors) call their familiar doctors and get in line with these doctors.
