I would like to thank the #1 family polyclinic for its excellent service and patient care. Real professionals who are attentive to each person work here. Doctors are always polite, explain appointments in detail and are ready to help. The appointment is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere in the clinic is comfortable. Special thanks to Gulnora opa for her attention and professionalism! I am glad that I applied here.

Our local doctor seems to be working well. But as I understand it, they are not in a hurry to answer calls if they call the clinic, even if the temperature is below 40, they ask to come on their own. I'm sorry, of course, but ENT generally confuses the coast: she demands money for the procedure: how many times she came for an examination, she always asks to pay for washing her nose / throat. "No cash? Here's your card number, throw it off. No money? You can bring it for the next procedure." A couple of times I prepared a syringe with an unknown drug in advance, she says it will make you feel better. What if you have an allergy? What if it's fatal? No, I don't care. By the way, he asks for at least 50,000 injections. Although it says in black and white at the entrance: "All the procedures provided at the clinic are FREE of CHARGE." And they're not afraid. Questionnaires are generally a problem sometimes. She can wander from office to office and try to find it. You don't have coupons either, but you're still waiting in line. It's not very pleasant to be sick in general, but also for the reason that you have to go through this hellish place to get a sick leave. By the way, they only have them electronically now (maybe it's for the best)

I often visit the cardiologist.Such an attentive doctor will listen, advise, help, prompt,I told him that there was a problem with my legs, that they had prescribed medications, but they were very expensive, I could not buy them back, and he asked for a prescription and connected to the computer, found something to replace the very expensive one and helped me solve this problem, although it does not concern his specializations
