A wonderful hotel! Wonderful, polite staff! It is located in the very center of the city. There is a grocery store in the next building.

A very good family-type hotel. The staff is always ready to help with all questions. The rooms are very spacious and chic. I recommend the management to go to the Island. Then the flow of tourists will be greater.

We really liked this hotel🤗 spacious rooms, excellent location and wonderful staff! It is really cozy for a family🙂 there is a kitchen where you can make coffee, brew tea! A large refrigerator! Everything is like at home🤗🙌🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Two stars for the location in the very center of Yerevan, as well as for the friendly administrators.
Now about the cons: we were settled by five people in a room with two bedrooms and a hall. There were 1 towels per person, and I had to ask for that. The doors in the showers were leaking, and again I had to throw a towel on the floor so as not to go out into a puddle. When I went to change towels for fresh ones on the second day, the cleaner just killed me with her displeased look, considering that the heated towel rails were not working in the bathroom. No one in the room has ever thrown out the trash, the floors have not been wiped, although I personally asked to take out the bags. The windows overlooked the construction site and there was dust and sand on the floor for all three days. The beds and pillows were normal, the folding sofa was uncomfortable. In general, I will not return to this hotel anymore, I will look for others nearby.

Clean, comfortable, not expensive
I arrived in the evening, and the hotel that I had booked in advance turned out to be at 0%, immediately called the family hotel, had a free room, arrived, checked in, lived for a week and did it with great pleasure.
Large balcony, daily cleaning, breakfast and a great location in the city center.
