A good budget hotel. When I visit Semsk, I stay only here. Perhaps there are better ones, but I am attracted by the convenient location and polite girls at the reception. The guests are welcomed like at home, and it's nice, don't you agree?

A great budget option. Not a hotel - the conditions are simple, but not a hotel either - I would say a guest house. Very attentive and customer-oriented staff. You can cook your own food in the shared kitchen, you can warm up the finished one, you can order breakfast. The hotel is small, occupies the first floor of a residential building, there is a separate entrance. There are many places to park cars, both on the street around the hotel and in the courtyard. The windows are plastic, but there is no ventilation mode, only for opening

There were 09 August and 16, 9 even less, they booked through booking, and 16 arrived and forgot that on the 9th they made reservations for 3 rooms, they said only 2 rooms were available and did not try to solve the problem much, thank you at least they did not kick out. The rooms are so-so, one outlet per room for 3 people, the phones were unloaded in turn. There is a conder, but there is no way to turn it on, there is simply no outlet and so in all rooms. There were three families and everyone had it in their room.

Very conveniently located, everything is within walking distance. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby where you can eat delicious and reasonably priced food and have a nice rest. Special thanks to the staff, they readily responded to any request and were VERY friendly. The furniture is very simple, there was no wardrobe, only a wall hallway with hooks, a table with 2 stools and bedside tables. Foam mattresses are covered with quilted mattress pads. But all these are small things, we only came to change clothes, wash and sleep. If we go again, we will only stop in Semey City.

I stayed there from October 11 to 12, 2019 in a simple room (No. 5) for 6500 tenge.
Double bed, clean white linen, amenities in the room (shower, washbasin, toilet - everything is new and clean).
The hotel is always quiet, the area around is also quiet. In the morning, girls (salem, Aizhan!) they can prepare a breakfast of their choice (porridge, scrambled eggs).
The Internet is flying. There is also a TV in the room.
If you are two or three people, then generally a very profitable accommodation in the very center of the city.
