I would like to draw the attention of the network management that the service is simply as bad as it can be. The seller talks on personal matters on his mobile phone when paying at the checkout, or another time he smokes on the porch of the store, but today there was an egregious case (19:50 on March 4, look at the cameras: there are 15 people in line, one cashier is working (evening!), the second seller sits next to the first, takes out his phone and flipping through either social networks or news. On the remark of the queue to open the second cash register is just ignoring.
The last time I saw something like this was in the 90s. Very sorry. Everything is fine with the choice of drinks, but I think I'll go to Tolbukhin's in a similar chain store, I think you know which one.
