We rested from June 4 to June 12, 2024. The hostess of the hotel Elena is a very friendly and friendly girl who always tells and advises where it is better to go, where and what you can buy and how to get to any place. The rooms are clean, cozy and well maintained. It is not far from the sea, it takes 5 minutes to go to the beach with pebbles, 15 minutes to go to a more equipped one. The location of the hotel is good, there is a bus stop nearby and a couple of shops if you need to buy something if necessary. The center and the market are not far away, it takes 20-30 minutes by bus or minibus. The hotel has a home-cooked kitchen, the prices are reasonable. The girl Albina prepares very tasty dishes and a varied menu every day, you can even ask for something to cook individually. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, thank you very much girls! We found this hotel by accident, but we never regretted it! I really liked it! Lena, a very hospitable, cheerful and interesting hostess of the guest house, created such an atmosphere that now you definitely want to return. It is simply unrealistic to find housing of this level in Sukhum, for such a democratic price tag! The guest house also has a very tasty kitchen. You can always order some dishes individually. And all this is also not expensive. The hostess is always ready to tell you where and what you can find in Sukhum from products and things. Excursions and transfers can always be arranged from the hotel. It will be delivered beautifully there and back! I advise you, if you are going to go there, take with you some souvenir from your hometown (for example, a souvenir plate or a magnet), since there is a high probability that you will want to throw a coin into the fountain in order to return here again and again. Of course, people who are dissatisfied with life will always find some disadvantages, but they have to live with it ;)

For comparison, we paid only 1,780 rubles for 3 people for 4 days of stay there (this is lunch and dinner tomorrow for 4 days.) The rooms are clean, the air conditioning worked as it should. Ora mshibze! Abkhazia is a country of temperament and openness! We rented 3 rooms, from 30.07 to 6.08. 3-4 per day, but it is better to communicate with the hostess. On the day of arrival, one room was checked in on time at 16:00, and the other 2 were checked in 1-2 hours later because the rooms were not ready. The rooms are clean, pleasant, everything works, air conditioning and shower/toilet are everywhere. The refrigerator is not everywhere. The audibility of the neighbors is average, if you don't talk loudly, you can't hear what they are saying. Single and euro beds/mattresses, clean, non-squeaky, comfortable, high-quality pastel linen, dense, whitest, smooth. There is a kitchen. Irma the cook prepares breakfast, lunch, khachapuri, the prices are pleasant. You can not use the stove / refrigerator, there is a microwave, everyone washes the dishes, wipes the table. The rooms are cleaned by the staff and towels are changed if requested in advance, but not every day. In the evening, you can sit quietly with the company in the kitchen. They drank water from the tap, and there were no incidents. The shower and toilet are combined, clean, well-groomed, towels are soft, dense, and the whitest. The delivery of toilet paper takes place personally through the hostess of the hotel. There is a Wi-Fi, not stable. Sometimes the electricity went out. The pool is made of PVC and pipes, 50-60 cm, clean only the first day after filling, stands under a tree, is not covered, so after a day it is already in vegetation and insects. The water is being changed. There are no noisy neighbors. Mostly families with children. The hostess lives and works there, so her presence in the kitchen sometimes creates tension, because sometimes: solves work issues, communicates with the staff, people come from outside to her. The territory is fenced. To the beach without a sunbed is 5 minutes, with sun beds 10-15 minutes on foot, by taxi 200₽ - 5 minutes. It is more difficult to get to the beach with a stroller, the road is full of holes and there is no sidewalk. On the day of departure, at 12:00, they tried to evict us, despite the fact that they settled us 1-2 hours later. They did not offer compensation, we did not ask for it. We stayed 2 hours longer in 2 rooms. The hostess Elena will help, tell you. Thanks to Elena! We recommend it!
