Hello, I had the experience of visiting an ophthalmologist at Olga Solomova, I have not experienced such negative emotions and disappointment for a long time, I came out in tears, the doctor is absolutely not tactful, rude and unpleasant. She asked me 3 times why I came (I thought they came to her for one purpose), shamed me when I checked my eyesight, and was also very rude if I could make out the letters in one picture of the same size, but I couldn't in the other, she said "that you're lying" (as if I needed it) when I didn't I saw her saying TURN ON your BRAIN, in general, the idea that children will go to her for an appointment is disgusting to me, if it's okay for mature people who can stand up for themselves, then it's good, but it was very unpleasant for me as a vulnerable girl, by the way, the store clerk is a very good woman, comforted me afterwards...
