Beach: the best in the area, wide sandy strip, there are enough sun loungers for everyone.
The territory is well maintained, there is enough space for a walk + a promenade.
Room: we lived in a house by the sea. This is probably the most ideal location. No fuss, minimum of neighbors, sea view, the sound of waves. There is a small private area with sun loungers and walking hedgehogs in the evenings. The beds are comfortable. The room itself is tired and hopelessly outdated))), but this did not spoil the overall impression on vacation.
Food: varied food, low cuisine, of course, but you definitely won't stay hungry - there is always meat, turkey, grilled small local fish. There are fresh and steamed vegetables. We were very surprised that the mashed potatoes are powdered (which is not worthy of a 5-star hotel at all). There is a fish day on which they give red fish, one of the days there was a burrito. On other days, the dishes are +/- the same. Packaged juices. The coffee in the main restaurant is tasteless. There are 2 coffee shops on site. It's much better there. Next to one of them, they make wonderful delicious tortillas.
There are Ala-Kart restaurants, they were in Turkish and French. The price is $ 20/person. Overall, it's not bad.
There are creepy hot dogs and burgers on the beach))
Animation: all around the pools during the day. Nothing happens on the beach. There are various shows in the evening. I can't say that it's very interesting.. but to diversify the evenings, it will do.
Cons: service. It is impossible to wait for drinks in the restaurant. It's easier to go to the bar yourself. Dirty dishes are not cleaned either. In general, the waiters are very un-client-oriented))) especially in Russian. They left tips , but it didn't change the situation at all.
There are cigarette butts in the sand on the beach, but here the question is more for vacationers. We even saw an employee who went and cleaned the beach from them, but the effectiveness of his activities tends to zero)))
In general, you can go (without high expectations....

We rested from 2.10.24 to 13.10.24.The hotel is nice, with a huge territory, a large beach.It was built 35 years ago!!They lived in Selina.(if we go, we'll take a cottage)Therefore, everything is a little old, there is something to compare it with.But it's not bad.The rooms have a third bed.it is possible to accommodate three people or with a child.the first couple of days were not very well fed, there is almost no seafood.then it got better.There are a lot of fruits.There is enough meat.the wine is normal.There are a lot of sweets.Animation every day.Volleyball on the beach.there is a water park for children and a bunch of all kinds of playgrounds.There are a lot of pools, but everything is always packed with people.The indoor pools are small and the restaurant is open.there is Thai massage for money.saunas.A Turkish bath without steam is a sadness.in general, everything is decent, but not without jambs
