We rested at the hotel in early November 24 - 2 adults and 2 children
We lived in room 301
The hotel is small - there are two small pools on the territory, the sun beds are very tired
Kitchen - we had the concept of breakfast + dinner - food without frills, BUT EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS - THE CHEF is WELL DONE)))
The staff is polite and friendly - from the receptionist to the cleaners)))
The rooms are compact, worn doors and furniture, BUT EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND IN WORKING CONDITION))) Pastel linen and towels- you can see that they are tired, but always clean)))
The only minus is in room 301 - an old, noisy, cracking air conditioner - asks for a replacement (((....
DAILY ROOM CLEANING is CLOSE TO IDEAL!!!)))
The beach - takes a bus at 10.30 there, and at 16.00 back, 45min on foot, We are with children 7 and 14 years old we walked both there and back - we don't mind)))
The hotel is located in the center - near a mosque, a playground, a sports ground with exercise equipment in front of the hotel, shops - MIGROS, A101, WI KIKI, BAZAR 82 - all within a 10-minute walk)))
The hotel does not have a territory as such
The owner of the hotel is WELL DONE!!!
We liked the Hotel and the attitude of the Staff)))
The hotel is located not far from the sea, within walking distance of shops, pharmacies, there is even a veterinary clinic, they feed well enough, they did not go hungry, always vegetables, cheeses, fish or meat. Friendly staff, there are no comments, especially pleasant Serkan and Murat (Russian-speaking, always explains everything, everything with a smile), an urban-type hotel with a swimming pool.
A very good hotel, small, but quite decent, everything is clean, the staff is polite, 2 swimming pools on the territory (only a lot of bleach, in general, as everywhere else), well fed, lots of meat, greens, salads, little fruit, a small assortment of sweets and very much for an amateur, but yourself and the child I found something to feed. The rooms are small, but clean, shower and toilet in the room, there is a TV even with the Russian TNT channel. 2 beaches, 600-800 meters to go to 1, 2.5 km to the other, buses run to the far in the morning there, in the evening back. I didn't like the far beach, we were in late August - early September, on the far beach the sea was more restless and there was a lot of mud floating, on the near one it was calmer and cleaner, going to the beach didn't bother me. There are playgrounds near the hotel, all kinds of shopping centers, ruins and shops nearby, there is also one where prices are regulated at the government level, so it is very loyal there, many times cheaper. You need to take lira, dollars and euros with you, if you change rubles, the rates are extortionate and it is very difficult to find where to change, you can only change from the card from the guide now, you won't even change it in the bank, so you need cash with you
Dear tourists! Be vigilant.
Ali's massage therapist ruined the whole vacation. He is very obsessive, he talked for a long time about what a cool massage therapist he is. He persuaded me to "just look" at the hammam area, massage room. Right there - one minute, don't undress, I'll just go through the dots. And he's already trembling all over and rubbing against his legs, hands, touching his face, lips.
Ugh.
It's the wildest abomination. Although I have clearly indicated that I am married and ready to pay only for a good massage.
I saw that I was resting alone, there was no one to stand up for me, so I let my hands go. An unpleasant aftertaste from all the rest.
Beware of him.
We rested as part of a purchased tour in October 2024. 4 stars were declared, 3 are written on the hotel, in fact it does not reach 3. The renovation is no longer new, not modern. The food is not bad, but the assortment is narrow (as a rule, 2 side dishes, 2 types of meat, some vegetables, watermelon, apples, sweets:cookies soaked in syrup and chocolate casserole), the effect of the dining room. It takes 12 minutes to walk to the beach at a brisk pace, but the beach is not very good. To get to the good one, you can take a transfer there at 10:20 and back at 16:20, walk for 30-40 minutes, of which 10 minutes through the desert.
Economy hotel catering and all inclusive. A hotel for those who know such small non-urban hotels in a coastal residential area.
A budget 3* hotel, the food will be very modest, but quite normal, there were also porridges filled with milk, watermelons, grapes, but without baking and sweet dishes, there was something like pudding.
When buying a tour, you can pay for half board and all inclusive - it will be with a minimum of drinks and lunch with afternoon tea is also included. The whole area is inside with 2 small pools.
It is better to choose such hotels for those who do not need large hotels with a chic all-inclusive or who is resting by car and comes to see the ancient town because the hotel is not on the 1st line.
There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach for Side, but the bus goes only in the morning 2-3 times and by 16 o'clock from the beach. The nearest beaches are about 10 minutes on foot on the boardwalk (free part from the hotel or with payment at the free beach sign or with the purchase of a drink at their cafe). There was a small part of the beach with sun beds with a pointer to Selenium beach.
The hotel is located in a private residential area (low 2-3 storey building) with all the infrastructure of cafes, shops, banks, a large bazaar- department store, McDonald's.
The hotel rooms are good, the hotel is not new, but everything looks decent for a small hotel price or a tour to it will be inexpensive.
You need to take into account all the features, such as the road from the far beach to lunch when paying all inclusive, and with small children the hotel is not very suitable. The elevator may not work, but the stairs are not steep. Children's playground and exercise equipment near the hotel and in the park.
assessment of the rest in the hotel 4 . the hotel itself is 3 stars.
I didn't like the hotel because of the service. The site promises a lot of things, but in fact the food is bad. Especially lunch. There is practically no meat. Russian Russian is spoken by only one guy at the reception, the rest do not know Russian. Not only that, when checking in on the first day there was no room and I was taken to some other hotel to spend the night!
A small city hotel. It is a 30-minute walk to the old town of Side. It is a 15-minute walk to the beach. The food is very modest. For breakfast, sometimes there were just boiled eggs, of course yogurt, muesli, cheese and sausage. There were always greens and vegetables. Everything that was not eaten at lunch appeared for dinner in the form of salads. There was no meat. Maximum chicken, nuggets. Basically, everything was edible. For those who like to eat heavily, not here. The rooms are cleaned every day. Air conditioners flow at times. Just put a towel under it) Good water pressure, cooler in the morning, even very hot in the evening. They even washed the shower stalls. Everything was fine. Beach: the sunbeds are dead, no one is watching them. A mountain of cigarette butts in the sand. There's not even a trash can. The watching man with the dog doesn't do anything there from the word at all. I have never seen such a dirty beach. The sea is gorgeous, warm, wonderful. Gentle approach and sand. A little bit does not justify its high cost this year. The hotel is almost completely inhabited by Germans. The maintenance staff is trying their best. The standard urban three, for unassuming tourists. I took off the star for the beach.
The declared 4-star hotel pulls no more than 2. The rooms are dirty, springs stick out in the mattresses, there is no shampoo and gel, there is not even a decanter and glasses, the elevator is not working.
I liked the kitchen and the staff, although the dishes came across with splinters.
The pools are clean.
The rooms are cleaned normally, the food is delicious, the staff is greedy, they squeezed drinking water from the cooler with the words "only for those who have everything included"
The air conditioning worked perfectly, the room itself is cozy
A small hotel, the food is monotonous, but there is a choice. There is always watermelon and apples from fruits. Alcohol is free of charge. It is inconvenient that drinks are given out on request, you can not pour it yourself and then only in
When choosing this hotel, you need to understand that this is an urban format. There is no entertainment. It's quite normal for a city hotel. Food: salads, vegetables, some meat.. Meat in general is very expensive in Turkey now, so don't count on it in the economy segment. For those who have been to large hotels, imagine a very large bungalow with small pools, a shop and a dining room. The rooms are clean. As in standard Turkish 5*. The beach is 10-15 minutes away on foot. Moreover, I left my things, and went swimming in the area of neighboring German hotels, where there are fewer people. The sea is something in common. I liked our guys in general. We bought a penny umbrella, settled mats by the surf and a super first line. The beach is sandy, it is comfortable to lie down. The exit beach (5 minutes by hotel bus) is generally gorgeous, but it's hard for me to be on the beach from 10 to 16. But many people liked it that way. The contingent is Poles and Germans. There are almost none of ours. In the evenings, I went for a walk to Manavgat by bus from Wikikki for 20 lira (80 rubles). It takes 15 minutes. Or I was walking in the old town. The only thing that really annoyed me was the paid drinks at dinner: tea, coffee-1 euro, beer-4 euros. There is no water or boiling water in the hotel. Rave!! Keep the boilers running. And water and beer are in the neighboring Migros. But I want to sit like people at dinner.
It should be understood that this is a hotel and costs only $40 per day. The rest is tickets. And do not require chic, entertainment, 5* hotel meals. The room is small, but clean, cleaned every day. No need to run to breakfast and dinner before everyone else, everyone will get it. Yes, there are no lobsters with shrimps on the menu and tables bursting with sweets too, but you definitely won't stay hungry. For those who like to light lights, it definitely won't work. The guests are mostly Germans. Two beaches, takes a long-distance bus. It's not worth taking all inclusive, breakfast and dinner were enough for us. The rest is in cafes around, preferably not towards the sea, but on the contrary, where the locals go. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, market, shops, cafes.
We are happy with our stay at the hotel, it is suitable for pensioners from Russia on a budget. The staff does their job without leaving any negativity.
This is a good 3 stars, not 4 as they say in travelogue or somewhere else.
The staff is very attentive, very polite. They speak Russian, English, German, sign language is also normal :) For beach lovers, there is a shuttle service, but also not far from the sea on foot. The food is normal, normal, not top, but you won't stay hungry either. Rooms are cleaned right every day.
The entire infrastructure is just a step away from the hotel: bank, rental, mac, king, wikiki, cool cafes, etc., but the hotel itself is conveniently located away from the hype.
Wifi is free of charge, throughout the hotel, average speed, but generally normal.
Five stars for the really nice attitude of the staff.
Just today we arrived on August 13, 2022, rested for 14 days, an excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio, yes a lot of Germans, few sweets, but otherwise everything is clear.clean, cozy, we did not feel any discrimination, the hotel has two beaches, the nearest one is a 5-minute walk, for those who are afraid of depth and there is dirtier in shallow water, the far one with Wi-Fi and better at times, so those who came for a positive will not be upset, who are used to negativity and look for cons after expensive fives are such they will find disadvantages everywhere!!!!I recommend the hotel!!!
The hotel is not bad, quiet, there are two cool pools, which is good in the heat. The staff tries hard, the cleaning is excellent, the food is delicious. Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The location relative to the beach and the center is good. Not the first line, but also not the settlements, the sea is not far away. There is a sports ground and two squares near the hotel. The free wifi has finally started working normally. I lowered the rating for the lack of a "washbasin" at the beach, the sand is fine, it does not dry for a long time, it drags on its feet to the hotel. It is also inconvenient that the bus returns from the far beach only once at 16:00.
A great, clean, cozy hotel. Small, sauna, hammam, indoor pool and outdoor pool. The staff is polite and very helpful. The room is cleaned every day. Two beaches. One is small near the gendarmerie, the second is in the old town of Side, there is a transfer to the beach after breakfast. The food and drinks are excellent. The vacationers are mostly Europeans. I rested on 11/20/2021 to 11/27/2021, the weather was great, we sunbathed, swam in the sea. The rest was a success👍
We just arrived from vacation and decided to leave a review about this hotel... The overall impression is a warm welcome, a quiet, family-friendly cultural holiday, without dumb animations and drunken showdowns. The price-quality ratio is 100%!! The food is delicious, mostly vegetable and this is rather a plus! The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is very polite and courteous and there are no divisions between Russians and Europeans, as we wrote earlier in the comments, in any case, we have never run into this in two weeks. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, within walking distance of the ancient city with free entrance (and people pay from 20-35 $ € for this tour!), Two beaches to choose from, two swimming pools on site, many shops, ATMs. Affectionate kitties conduct MEOW therapy daily, and the magical Mediterranean Sea energizes and washes away all negativity. I definitely recommend it!!!! The hotel has a solid four, closer to the top five! We had a great rest 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😊❤️!
There are not even scrambled eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner are disgusting chicken bones or disgusting meatless cutlets to choose from once a day. Surprisingly, even the cheese is inedible

A good hotel with accommodation, a lot of German pensioners. But the food is just trash, there is nothing to eat. The staff is very polite, the room is cleaned every day.
Don't set foot here anymore. The hotel sucks, it's not designed for Russians. Not a single person from the staff speaks Russian, does not understand and does not try. There is no one to complain about your problems in the room, and there are many of them. Therefore, the most lame rooms are for us, and even if you pay extra for a better room (my case), Russians are not expected here!
If you want to waste your nerves and money, then you are definitely here. I can't even call this place a "hotel". Who gave this place 4 stars? It doesn 't even pull on
2, to be honest. The food is disgusting, greasy and monotonous, but there is a choice. We only took breakfasts and dinners. We went to breakfast once (and we stayed there, unfortunately, for 21 days) and didn't take any more chances. It is impossible to eat breakfast, and it is difficult to call it breakfast: several types of sausage, cheeses and olives. Dinners are more tolerable, but leave much to be desired. Free powdered juices (a la "Yuppie"), normal juices are paid (and prices are unrealistically inflated). The hotel staff is discount-free, no one knows anything, they cannot fully solve the problem. Russians are treated as an inferior class.
They put us on the 4th floor, first in room 402, but it's a horror… The walls are cracked and renovated in the style of "grandma's cottage". We were moved to another room-404, the repair is the same, the room is much smaller, but +/- more comfortable, as a result we stayed there. The lighting in the rooms is disgusting, like in the basement. There seem to be a lot of light bulbs, but +/- good light only in the bathroom (or solar).
Since we arrived in the midst of forest fires, the non-working elevator was justified (+ there was no electricity at the time of arrival). On day 3, we decided to ask, when will this miracle of technology work? To which we received a response from 2 administrators (Russian and Turkish)-never. By the way, none of the staff offered to help us drag the suitcase to the 4th floor. When asked to move us at least to a lower floor (both have shortness of breath and hypertension), at first we were told that the whole hotel was overcrowded, but then, suddenly, the room was vacant... but this is such a "room"...you won't wish it on the enemy. He ended up on the 1st floor, in some catacombs of the hotel, even smaller than ours and with access to the pool (where there is an eternal farce and smoking). As we understand it, this was done on purpose, they say, we offered you an alternative, but you yourself refused.
Room cleaning also leaves much to be desired. Most often, this cleaning needs to be achieved by fighting. And if the cleaner comes, she rolled her eyes at the request to come in 5-10 minutes or even said that she would come in the next day. Mirrors are wiped at the request of the cleaner, floors are not swept, but immediately pass with a wet cloth, dust is not wiped. Bed linen and towels are often stained and have holes. And once we even changed our own bed and were horrified by the color of the pillows… At the end of the rest, our room was not cleaned for 5 days, although they asked for it every day and assured us that "I will tell the girls."
There are piss-soaked mattresses on the floors, 2-3 pieces per floor. The hotel is noisy, dirty, untidy, the staff is not very polite.
More about food. For the sake of interest, we decided to ask them to pack us a lunchbox for a trip to Pomukkale (about 18 hours). We were told, they say, yes, tell us about it at dinner and we will collect everything for you. Well... they gave us each a sandwich in a film. I remind you that we took breakfast and dinner, and on the tour we skipped both meals at the hotel. Apparently, that's how the hotel staff eats, a sandwich a day. This nightmare was given back to the administrator.
It is worth noting that there is a mosque nearby, where prayer is given 10 times every day. I have nothing against it, but at 5 a.m. I was morally not ready to wake up from it (and the audibility of wow).
The pools at the hotel are very small and always packed to the brim with screaming children, we did not dare to swim there. By the way, the dining room is right by the pool. The tables were untidy, dirty, and often had to be asked to wipe the table, or even to do it themselves.
The beach area at the hotel is small, but we went mostly after 4 and the deck chairs were free. The sun beds are worn, but we didn't sunbathe on them. The beach seems to be clean, the entrance to the sea is sandy, the sea is clean (but the fish bite very painfully).
To sum up, I can say that the rest was overshadowed by the hotel. It makes sense to take the all inclusive service only for the sake of alcohol (it is quite expensive in Turkey). In general, it is better to choose a more lively city.
Minuses:
- Monotonous food
- The hotel management does not care about the guests
-Untrained staff
- Dead numbers
-The elevator is not working ( it will never be repaired )
- The screaming Mosque
- dear bar
Positive:
- There are seals, you will often meet them in the dining room
- You begin to appreciate the conditions of other hotels
-Sandy beach
In August, I was vacationing with my wife at this hotel, the tour operator gave information that the hotel has 4 stars, solid 2, it makes sense to take everything included, so that I would always be drunk and not see the whole nightmare, I'm not talking about the micheet that wakes up the whole area at 5 a.m.
The food is monotonous, it often feels like dinner is served with what's left over from lunch and breakfast. Hello rice and bulgur lovers, there are pasta. They asked to assemble a lunch box for the whole day (breakfast and dinner) at 5 a.m. the administrator took out two rolls with sausage wrapped in foil, the same "sandwiches" flew at the administrator, humor was not appreciated. The elevator does not work, the asthmatic ascends to the 4th floor, dreams in terrible dreams, they offered to move to the 1st floor with windows on the smoking area and a swimming pool with children. The walls in 2 of the 3 rooms that we saw in the cracks.
The administration did not conduct an excursion upon check-in, they carried the suitcases to the 4th floor themselves. Practically, the administration answers "I do not know" to every question about the service.
Room cleaning is a separate story, the cleaning lady's eternally rolled eyes when asked to come in 5 minutes later killed all the mood, at the end of our vacation, cleaning was not carried out for 5 days in a row.
The result is brief: I do not advise anyone!
I liked the instant check-in at 7 a.m., the cleanliness of the hotel, the kitchen, the responsiveness of the staff, the pool. Interesting people and silence. Thanks!

The departure was by Ural Airlines at 2.10 am. The plane was delayed and we took off at about 3.30. The plane was so old that the rag on the seats was rubbed with our hands until the skin shone. After 2 hours of flight, my nose and eyes flowed from dirt and dust, and it became unbearable to breathe. And then the stewardess announces over the speakerphone whether there is a doctor on board. I tensed up. And oh, horror, a woman was carried past us down the aisle, completely senseless. I still don't know what happened, maybe the pressure dropped or something else. The woman was very decent in age, her confused husband walked around her. The picture was creepy. Upon arrival, another girl became ill. An ambulance was already waiting for us at the airport. My opinion is that it's all the fault of a terrible, dirty, old plane, another hour and they would have taken me to pump out.
I will say right away that we flew only to Thailand on the ticket. It was a threesome in Pattaya, the room there was terrible, but it did not upset our vacation. We have no complaints and decided that the troika in Turkey will be normal. The host party of the odeon tour in the person of the girl Galina met us literally with the words : That your faces are so sour. I almost fell over here. I thought it was customary to say hello, not to run into tourists. We told her that the plane was delayed, we didn't sleep all night. To which she replied: Don't make up your plane was delayed for 25 minutes! I was surprised by such harsh behavior. In the transfer, we were informed of the rules of conduct in Turkey. There were 8 people in the minibus in total. And Galina informed us that it is customary in Turkey to tip for a transfer, and this was forcibly informed to us. When there are 8 of you, you will not leave without paying, Galina stood and watched closely whether everyone had left tea. Of course, I was taken aback by this, in Tae we were given small bottles of water with the tour operator's logo and there was no question of any forced tea.
We arrived at the hotel at 10.20a.m. They even gave us breakfast, which was very pleasant. The rooms are small but clean. The territory is as described above, the pool is surrounded by tables, everything is cleaned by lunch and turns into a beach)At first I was very happy our room (106) was in the shade of orange trees. But when the Germans huddled under our bushes for two nights in a row, pushing tables, singing happy birthday songs) and endlessly smoking. I regretted that our room did not face the end of some building. Everyone smokes at the hotel at breakfast, dinner, in the pool, on the balconies. The hotel is purely for Germans. The first day we went to the city beach, then we found the beach of the hotel. It's just a survival game. If you found a chaise longue, you're good. On the beach of the hotel there is no path to the sea, no shower or hose where to wash your feet. We went like bums to other hotels, all the time afraid that we would be turned away. The beach is divided into 2 zones: German - smooth rows of sun loungers, cigarette butts, umbrellas. And the Russian one - who managed to do well, 20 sun loungers are almost intact, the rest are broken, broken, there are no umbrellas. As soon as you find an empty chaise longue on the German side, a fat man runs up and yells 2 bucks for a chaise longue! You say, but there is no place for me to stand, but everything is occupied. He throws up his hands and replies that he doesn't know anything. Why the hotel positions itself as a hotel with a private beach, I do not know, at 10.00 everything is occupied there and 20 sun loungers per hotel, well, this is ridiculous. Actually, from the sea side, when we swam, all the beaches were with umbrellas placed exactly, our beach is the wreckage of it is unclear what (there is an umbrella sticking out there, a piece sticking out. We went to the private beach 3 times, it was so humiliating when other hotels lay from you through a rope (yes, this is the birth of hotels) and you take a chaise longue and a piece falls off. The feeling that our beach was not for people but for shit.
Food at the hotel. At first I thought how cool so many things were. On the second day, how cool. On the third : maybe something will change already? From the food breakfast: cabbage cheeses cucumbers tomatoes coffee eggs (always boiled) watermelon. For dinner, everything is the same, only with pasta. There was only watermelon for dessert and that was it. And to my surprise, drinks including water at dinner were PAID. That's what I didn't expect at all. Of course you can live, but I can't say that I was always super full.
A guide from Odeon tour. This is a separate story. Her name was Bela. At the meeting, everything was presented to us in the language of a trader from the Uzbek market. The women are about 60 years old, who came for the second time and could not divide the amount for the tour for three, she said well, "are you stupid? It will be so much and so much..." I was in a stupor from such a conversation with a company representative. The girl from our group who asked her a question during the meeting received an answer:I don't have to answer anything to you, you're late, I've already told you about it. I shouldn't have been late. All the meetings with the guides I had the feeling that I owed these girls so much. I do not know if they are taught arrogance when applying for a job?
We bought a Turkish hammam tour. It was presented in such a way that after the procedure you will fly for two days. In fact, we were brought to the hotel, where there was a barrel of mud, we smeared ourselves in the sun, washed it all off and went to the steam room. A steam room of 30 meters where people are washed on 5 tables from ONE basin. And it's all for $70. After talking to the staff, I found out that they were all from Kyrgyzstan. Where the hell is Kyrgyzstan and the Turkish hammam? Well, there was a massage, well, just for 200 rubles I did it in Thailand. Then they gave me a cup of hot yuppie , calling it all tea . What kind of tea if it's pink? My white swimsuit never washed off after the mud of the hammam. We'd rather eat those 70 bucks. In side, you can see the ancient amphitheater completely without guides, everything is within walking distance. And the sunsets on the sea to which I invite you are not beautiful, because the sun sets in a haze.
Leaving the hotel, we were fined 15 drillars))))we didn't have cash, we agreed to pay by card, their Internet didn't work. The boy who was trying to perform the operation was nervous , then he started hitting the terminal on the table , shouting something in Turkish🙈The duration of the performance was 15 minutes. They all went out together to smoke. They yelled at us, but they still charged us 15 bucks. And yes, they didn't speak Russian exactly until they needed to fine us) What do I think about a vacation in Turkey? That I want free deck chairs, and the respectful attitude of the guides, and not like cows from which they milk the loot, and even if the food is cucumbers and cheese, it's not so bad. Will I come to Turkey again?

Deception of pure water, upon arrival at this hotel, people are sorted, Germans are left in Selenium, and Russians (Russians) are settled in a neighboring one -this is the concept of the hotel, money (euros) is more important than hospitality and opinions, guest reviews. It's a terribly shameful queue for food in the dining room, otherwise, dinner is at 19-30, and the queue is lined up 15 minutes before the start of dinner. I have never seen this anywhere, although I have been to 3 stars, by the way, there are no stars in Selenium at all. We will never go there even for 5 kopecks.
