Were at the hotel from 28.10. to 03.11.
To the question - would you come back? The answer is probably YES.
Why is it possible (this is feedback for the tour operator and the hotel. When bringing vacationers by bus, you must inform these nuances to customers or prevent them).
1. For me, the big question is how the family resort and the disco until 23-30 correlate, in which all residents of the main building are forced to participate if their windows overlook the pools. Closed windows do not significantly save the situation.
But be careful, because if the windows do not overlook the pool, then you will listen to the ventilation of either your kitchen or the kitchen of a neighboring hotel.
There may be a piece of silence in the rooms that look at ,,lake houses,, or in these ,,houses,,.
The suggestion is to try to turn the scene towards the sea. Or move it, for example, to the beach. There's a bar there, too.
2. If you look at the main picture of the hotel, you see on the right a veranda with tables on the second floor.
In reality, there are still barbecues on this veranda where meat is fried. And the smoke screen is displayed right there. Well, when the coals are lit, all this buzz penetrates into the rooms. You're definitely not breathing fresh air most of the day.
The suggestion is to either raise the chimney pipe above the hotel level, or take it to the other side of the building, in the hope that there will be a purge.
3. We were at the end of the season. What are the consequences:
Ala Kart restaurants were no longer working. Although the representative of Anex suggested not to get upset, because they still feed the same as in the main dining room. (The sediment remains, isn't it?)
When you prepare the hotel for closing. In the morning the bar was open, by the evening it was gone. Buiti is being filmed in front of you. They remove the sun beds from the pontoon. You're still visiting, but it's like they're hinting to you that it's time...
the dishes are washed, but not clean. Food leftovers, tea and coffee strips are visible.
The tables in the dining room are cleaned as well as in the catering. Not like in a star hotel. Hopefully it's fatigue by the end of the season.
4. Apparently, because of the already cool nights, the water in the pools is cold. The whole family was freezing fast.
5. There is a lot of food. But in 5-6 days you realize that there is not much variety. Although we didn't stay hungry.
6. And the club for teenagers was closed.
Why can we come back?:
1. Very cool for children. Our daily routine. Morning - the sea (maybe we were lucky, but there were no waves for 5 days. The sea is clear and warm, the entrance is convenient, although my slippers were put on). After lunch - water park (children's zone - chic). At 20-00 - Luna Park (7 attractions, for different ages. The child is 7 years old, we focused on 4 attractions. In 20-30 +/- - mini disco.
A children's club was open most of the day. Animators - well done. Children fell in love with them.
2. The location of the hotel and the territory.
Direct access to the sea (not through or under the highway).
Very well-groomed territory and there is a place to walk. A field where boys play football.
No noisy highway near the hotel.
3. They make good coffee in the bar next to the Anex representative. The beer was decent. As far as the rest of the drinks are understood, too (we haven't tried it).
4. And of course a piece of summer (and it was 26-28 ° in the afternoon) in late October - early November. No comments.

Of the advantages, only a large territory and a number of swimming pools. Lots of ice cream.
There is a lot of food, but it is not tasty, the staff is rude, the cleaning is disgusting, the bathrobes are dirty, I had to remind them every day what needs to be done. We were supposed to rest in a hotel of the same grid, but comfort, which did not open safely on the day of our arrival, we were not warned about this. The grid has a maximum of 3 stars and then with tension. In bars, they pour it as if from their own pocket. The laundry is unrealistically expensive and substandard, they took away a T-shirt that needed to be refreshed, as a result they brought it with a new stain.
There are a lot of people in the restaurant, walking in droves.
When booking, we were promised a discount on laundry, spa and of course we did not receive anything.
The only fruit was a watermelon.
We were in early June and paid 400,000 for all this beauty with a family room, to say the hotel is not worth the money, to say nothing.

On the first day of check-in, the boy who carries suitcases said that it was not worth carrying himself, although it would not be difficult. we waited 30 minutes for him to bring the suitcases, and as a result, he began to beg for tips, just did not leave the room for 10 minutes, pointing with his fingers that he would like money. I have already given $ 2, I said that it was not enough. I've never seen such arrogance before. The room was given for the disabled, 3 hours after check-in, they said they would give another one the next day.
In general, not a foot in this hotel anymore.

The hotel is wonderful in terms of location and interior decoration. Regarding food, any gourmet will find something for himself, and in general, as usual, a buffet. Ice cream is constantly available and there are many snack bars and more. The staff is helpful and friendly. The territory is large. The beach is gorgeous (small pebbles), the entrance to the water without parents is difficult, because 1.5 and a sharp cliff. I didn't like the rooms with sea views. The reason is that we were with children and they have a sleep schedule, and then discos and adult entertainment begin!!! And the noise insulation in the hotel is bad. So that the children had to fall asleep to the pounding music. The saddest thing was the repertoire of songs. It's not for children's ears at all. But the children's disco was moved to the very end of the hotel (15 minutes walk). Free carousels. Overall, it's not bad. But it was very upsetting that music was blaring at night.

A great hotel, great rooms, both adults and children can relax. There 's plenty of entertainment !!!! The animation is on top. You can eat and drink anything, anytime. Adults will not be offended))) the children are happy. The territory is huge, there is an amusement park for children and teenagers, discos, live music, foam shows, etc., etc. The beach is sand, the sunset is good, there are small flat stones on the left , but they do not interfere, but many on the contrary like it. We had a family vacation (2 adults, 2 children) in the period from 14.09 to 27.09.2022, in a standard room in the main building on the 5th floor (No. 515). We booked and organized everything ourselves. The hotel is very cool and exceeded our expectations.
Everything is at the highest level: food, drinks, room cleaning, on the beach. Food and drinks are available around the clock. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the approach is quite convenient, there is also a pontoon. The sea is clear and we had a very warm +28. Separately, I would like to note the animation in the hotel for children and adults. For 14 days, there were no questions about what to do with children (water park, evening rides, children's club).
The hotel changed its owner in 2022, the room stock and the territory were partially renovated and improved every day. The staff tries to make your stay comfortable.
I think by next season they will finalize the speed of table cleaning in the main restaurant, but otherwise everything is fine.
P.S. I really hope that next season the price of rest will remain at the current level.

The last time I visited this hotel was a few years ago and then it was called Lira. This is one of the reasons why the choice fell on this place. Other criteria were a water park for children, a pier for children in the first place and for parents in the second - we love diving and jumping into the sea, territory and bungalows. All this was in the Lira, and it remained in the Selectum. In general, the hotel is nice, calm and there is a place for everyone both for a relaxing holiday and for various activities. The animators are great - they bring other "moves" to the games, but not intrusively, and if you don't play volleyball with your daughter, they won't stand and beg or approach 10 times. The cuisine is diverse and monotonous... Let me explain... the first two or three days the eyes run away, on the fourth you realize that something is wrong and then you realize that almost everything is the same, just standing in different places. And even like in the joke about buckwheat. But in general, the kitchen is decent, you can eat, for every taste and color. Both dintic and vegan and meat-eating... The shows are good, we didn't really like the "Russian" ensemble... If the repertoire is not the same, then at that moment (the first half of August) the guys just weren't lucky, but half of the "hall" left, and the second was bored waiting for the party on the pier as an afterparty... Even the animators didn't help... But it's a matter of taste. Someone did not like the "Brazilians" from whom we were delighted, because their costumes are too revealing, although on the beach we all shine our buns without hesitation... A paradox in general))). A separate question is the waiters... In general, the flow of vacationers is large and the guys managed to clean, cover, serve ... But... Almost no one speaks normal English... Even Thais understand Thai better in their mix than here... You ask for a spoon, they bring a cup, and so on... I had to switch to Russian and explain with gestures periodically. And of course cocktails and other drinks... They do not know how to do from the word at all, they interfere with such gibberish that sometimes brrrr takes... Not all of course, a couple of bartenders were normal, knowledgeable, but overall not good for 5. The single point is the dosage... One pours one volume, another pours another, the third pours a third... Roulette every time))) and in the end, room cleaning is solid 3, not always clean, does not correspond to the stated schedule (pillowcases every day, in fact, never - maybe of course we are so lucky), of course we do not change pillowcases at home every day, you will say, so do not find fault... OK, but then remove this item from the declared service. The bar in the room is updated regularly. In general, we were satisfied with the rest.

So: the food in this hotel is 5+ ! Not only that, you can eat around the clock, and not just "night soup" and "burgers" on the beach, but fully in the restaurant! One restaurant closes for a break - the other opens at this time! This is a real bonus! The quality of the food is excellent: always fish - and not just one, always grilled meat! The chef's dishes are plentiful and so interestingly executed that it's a pity to eat them) And what desserts mmm... delight! We were from 26.04 to 6.05 - there were strawberries, every day! And champagne rose))) - not every one, but for quite a long time! Cleaning - well, they try. Towels were changed every day. The territory is huge. I walked more than 10.5 thousand steps on the first day. Only if necessary) Everything is here for children in general: there are two "paddling pools" in the pool; the children's club is wonderful and is actively used (as a kindergarten). We drove our own (4.5g) every day- I asked for it myself) ; children's slides; attractions; and also a water park! In general, there is a place for all ages! The beach is clean , there were enough sunbeds (the beginning of the season, and there were a lot of people), towels too! The only inconvenience is that there is only one beach towel pick-up point. In general, I liked everything! We also successfully bought the burning tour, so the price-quality is more than successful! I share my impressions and brag))

We came for 11 days and said that this hotel
5 stars ARE NOT ALLOWED. We tried to check in for 4 hours. Ants are running around in the rooms, the cards from the rooms do not work, they are cleaned for a very long time and poorly, the wallpaper is all scratched, torn and dirty. The food is also not tasty and fresh everywhere, there is no meat. And as a result, we moved to another hotel for the 4th day of rest. I don't advise anyone!!!

Terrible hotel! I have been traveling to Turkey for 9 years, I have been in different hotels - both expensive and cheap, but I have never seen such an outrage anywhere.
We were from October 1 to October 10, 2023.
Go to the hotel 1-1.15 on an individual transfer or 2.5 hours on a shared one.
There are always not enough forks/spoons for children in the main restaurant and in the dessert area.
The dishes are dirty through one. There is not enough grill, every day the same thing is hot. One dish changes in the middle of the distribution. Tables are cleaned terribly, they just brush crumbs on the floor with a rag. There is no non-smoking area on the street. Ikea high chairs and all their tables are broken.
There are very few fruits. There were watermelons for 5 days, then they were gone and only melons became. Plus apples, plums, peaches, bananas.
There is no pineapple, no strawberries, no kiwi even. The food in the children's area was always almost cold.
When we checked in with a small child, we were given a room going to a disco. Send me, reluctantly changed to the 4th floor.
All 10 days 4 people lived in the room and all 10 days they put only 2 large towels. They called every day to bring it.
We had a doctor at my grandmother's, we asked - what do they give? The answer is a cake
Ok. We asked for a cake to give during a candlelit dinner at an a la carte restaurant. As a result, the DR brought the cake to the room during cleaning.
Consumables for the entire vacation have not been delivered even once. I had to go by myself again.
A beach with rocks. The big waves come and go further. If the sunbeds were not occupied at 7 am, then at 8.30 you will see just the whole beach occupied with towels without people. Especially smart ones drag sun beds from the back rows and put them in front of the first line.
Towels according to the cards. The nearest counter is near the pool. We had 7 people and now we had to drag them to the beach on the floor of the hotel.
Delicious ice cream by weight in cones. I highly recommend it.
Now the children's part.
There is a children's club, adult slides and children's slides, a lunapark.
During our vacation more than 25!!!! the children were taken from the children's pool to the hospital with rotavirus.
Our child also got sick, but we were able to heal ourselves.
There was also a family who left the hotel for Moscow with koksaki.
Lunapark is good, free. You can ride as much as you want. Minidisko as everywhere, after minidisko interesting children's shows. The kids liked it.
The kids' club is closed all day. We were asked to pick up strictly at 16.30, because the club is until 17.00, and they need to clean it up yet.
In general, avoid this hotel.
